food was hour late chicken was dry chips soggy and cold gravy not sure what it was never again

Pizza and fried chicken cold on delivery.. But pizza has a great taste and chicken lovely.. Delivery man is lovely but as a company you need to invest in a heat bag... Shame 2nd meal was 29 minutes late

Food was wrong for a second time now, thought I’d give them the benefit of the doubt the the food is horrible. Pizza dry and too much herb, cheesy chips and beans missing the cheese??? Vile. Won’t be ordering again, suggest you avoid.

Amazing food in a quick amount of time good taste and well customer service.

Absolutely rotten. Found a dead fly in my food and my partner had plastic in her food. Place needs closing down. Rang to complain and they kept cutting the phone off and wouldn’t resolve the issue.

Tried this place for the first time and I ended up with 3 black hairs in my kebab wrap. I also had a piece of cling film in my kebab. AVOID!!!!!! Food Hygiene need to do an inspection ASAP!!!

I ordered online couple of times , they cancel it immediately, shop’s is open but they not let people in to serve and always say open tomorrow , why they waste people time. Really Awful 😡

Checked into the travelodge and asked for a delivery to the hotel, my order was cancelled instantly without any reason why and took payment which i am now waiting to return to my account. Disgusting behaviour from a supposed professional business. Try them at your own risk

Food is always good. Really reasonable prices (we love the value box) and the guys are so nice! Honestly 10 out of 10, would recommend to anyone:)

Been here a few times now and tonight was the last. Can't even supply safe, hot food. Food is always cold, and it's getting worse. I even phone ordered and collected hoping it would be hotter. No, stone cold and inedible - only thing hot was the pre cooked chips they slung back in the fryer whilst I was there. I went to Reg's in Southmead last week. They are piping hot and half the price. I've given Grill and Pizza Express enough chances, and every time it's cold and a disappointing.

It says open till 2 am on a Friday I had to ring nine times before getting an answer and then to be told that they shut at 1 am

Ordered food twice and both times came in very small portions. My large kebab was smaller than my medium kebab last time I ordered, which was small aswell not alot of meat

I can highly recommend the House Special Kebab at £13 ..we shared between two but could easily feed three. It was absolutely delicious. Excellent food and excellent service...As always.

The men that work there are extremely polite and the food is great, cooked perfectly I’ve never had any problems with them, out the 7 years I’ve been getting food from them I’ve had nothing but great food. I’d definitely recommend.

Occasional late night burger muncher when I’ve been out for a drink. Nothing exceptional, just a classic burger cooked well and with a nice mix of salad - sets me up nicely for bed. Nice group of guys and good to see them doing well on deliveries.

I ordered food from grill and pizza express on my just eat and I thought they were very quick and sufficient. When I placed my order around five just eat said delivery time would be 17:45 and at 17:13 I had my delivery I'm very impressed and happy with this restaurant and will order from here again all food fresh and Yummy big thumbs up.

Just the best place for a kebab in Bristol. Friendly nice people, always waves out at me when I pass by. Been a loyal customer for over 3 years. Even better that it's up the road from my house :)
