Best place in the whole of Shropshire the young lad with the beard is the best man best pizzas

Food was great as always and piping hot,arrived early,driver just handed the food no hello,thanks or bye just walked off,definitely needs some work on people skills

Due to the deal, this order was cheaper than all the other Kebab places but the quality of the food was so much better. The staff were polite and efficient, our large takeaway order was ready in 15 minutes and the food was still hot! the cookie dough and ice cream were to die for, and the kebabs were delicious. Would definitely recommend ordering from here!!

I paid for large wraps & there was hardly any filling in them , they were really skinny & there wasn’t much in the chicken kebabs either

been going to grill out for a few years now, they serve really tasty donnor kebabs and usualy arrive early

Read updated below. Cracking pizza delivered tonight, our first time and it's not going to be the last. Greek halloumi with added ham and pineapple, and yes you can have pineapple on a pizza. 👍 Update. Its all gone down hill I'm afraid, we had pizza last night and kebab and chips, all was pretty poor compared to the times we have had before. Update again 27th October 2024. Tried again and pretty rubbish pizza, had pepperoni and you wouldn't have know it was on, no taste at all. Nice milkshake though, I think it's not time to give up with grill out.

Other places in town can be annoyingly hit and miss, but Grill Out are consistently good every time. Tip : Try the Greek pizza :)

This takeaway has a huge menu with everything from burgers to peri-peri-chicken, loaded fries and gelato shakes. Everything is cooked fresh. Always on time and always tasty. Staff are friendly and efficient.

Food freezing cold on arrival items missing from order rang spoke to them about missing items and the food being cold they could not be bothered with the complaint said it was made fresh and it was hot never ordering again worst take away ever.

Googled this place whilst at the local hospital. Went in around 8ish and asked for a menu because the screen kept flickering to different menus. The guy servicing the till said "we don't have menus", I was like ok. Finally ordered a large tikka wrap(not on the screen). Whilst waiting I got the impression I wasn't liked. Once I got the wrap it didn't taste like chicken tikka. Couldn't taste any lettuce or onions and for a large wrap it seemed pretty small. My stomach played up all the way home after eating it. No love from this place. Not feeling any love in the food or the service.

Hot food and really tasty. Crispy chips which is great as some places who deliver tend to have soggy chips.

Ordered mixed meat and chips and was only given 1 type of meat. Very disappointed

Ordered 2 snickers milkshakes and think we got sour milk straight from a cows udder with a handful of nuts that even a squirrel would be fuming about. Honestly I wouldn’t even bother calling them milkshakes, I could make better with soya milk and a fart. When ringing up to complain as you know £15 for 2 crusty udder shakes is diabolical and the guy was rude and dismissive “that’s how we make them mate” I’d rather drink radiator water than them again.

Nuggets were fine, kebab wrap was tasteless, the garlic mayo was clearly the cheap stuff you buy from Iceland really disappointed. Driver was pleasent and polite.

Food was juice but ordered 3 cans only received 2

Used to use grill out regularly, but food has gone down hill. Milkshakes used to be amazing made with ice cream and chocolate bars, now they are disgusting made with just milk and syrup and are nearly £5 each. When told that the milkshakes have gone from amazing to sour milk in the space of 2 weeks the man was so rude. Delivery takes hours and food is overall disappointing for the prices they charge.

Would of liked a refund for this order but just eat WOULDNT let me even though the food was not eat -able

I am appalled shocked at this poor excuse of a restaurant I ordered when it was open! And guess what it never bloody came I am disgusted I just wanted some cookie dough but I can't even get that... you didn't even bother to notify me that my order didn't come.. not happy at all..

I wish i could rate this zero. Ordered food didn't bother showing up. All I wanted was to gobble some cheesy chips and cookie dough, waited for hours and didn't even tell me they weren't coming. I'm truly appalled and bloody fuming. Not acceptable

Chicken,chips and donner meat can of Pepsi. Chicken was very dry but good taste to the skin, chips were soggy, donner meat was dry, hard and tasteless, Pepsi was warm, won’t be returning

We moved into the area yesterday and ordered food, which we ordered online at 21.30, come 23.30 still no food. Rang them, bloke on phone didn't seem to have a clue and just said its on way...didn't turn up! Today we had bloke from the place asking about our order from last night, as apparently the order ticket was done and food was done but not paid for?? Maybe your staff are stealing from you...and the most disgusting thing is..we didn't get an apology

Cannot even rate this. All good arrived cold and missing items. When called to complained they were not bothered they just said they will let Just Eat know to have compensation

Wrong pizza sent, did collect and send the correct one. Chips were soggy and undercooked and pizza was very bland. Gravy was alright though.

I normally rate the food quality as 6 stars but unfortunately I didn't enjoy my food this time around but it won't stop me from ordering here again, less burnt burger and bun (especially the bun) and you'll do great again.

First time using, sadly won't be using again as chicken kebab was inedible. It had some weird gravy on it despite asking for no sauce. There was hardly any salad and it tasted horrible. The Halloumi wrap wasn't much better. Was delivered on time and delivery driver was friendly but food quality was really bad.
