The food delicious and price are reasonable.

Food was great. I had the hangover burger and smash patties were thin and juicy which is what a smash should with crispy edges, personally I love it like this. I also had the beef tacos and unfortunately it wasn't as good as I thought it would be. It was just too oily and all I could taste was the oil and kidney beans. I thought it would be like pulled beef tacos. My friend had the American dream and he said it was nice however it was slightly on the dry side. My other friend had the peri peri burger and he had no complaints. Also the fries portion was really good and your decent quality fries.

Amazing service from Muqsit, he made our Oreo milkshakes, they were on point. Highly recommend chicken sizzler meal, the loaded meal and the peri peri burger meal. All our food was very tasty. We also ordered nachos- they are freshly made they were delicious. Will be back again, thanks.

I'm writing to express my disappointment with the Grill n Shake restaurant. Based on the positive recommendations from my colleagues, I was really looking forward to trying their South Indian cuisine today. Unfortunately, when my friends and I arrived at the location, we found that the restaurant was closed, despite the fact that Google indicated they were open. This is quite frustrating, as we made the trip specifically to dine at Grill n Shake, only to be let down. As you know, South Indian food can be difficult to find in our area, so I was really hoping to enjoy an authentic and delicious meal there. I would ask that you consider updating the restaurant's online information to accurately reflect their current operating status to prevent other customers from experiencing the same disappointment.

the rashers are missing on my burger and the chips are horrible normally they amazing but today they added totally different flavours and this was my number 1

Disgusting and flavourless food I have ever had. I ordered tacos, beef steak stir fry and chicken sizzler which took 30 minutes to prepare despite the place being empty. Cheese in tacos weren’t melted and it didn’t have any chicken at all. Chicken sizzler and beef steak stir fry was flavorless, some pieces were barely cooked while others were practically mush. The chicken and beef slices were grisly, swimming in a greasy pool burnt gravy. There was no balance in the flavour as if someone had thrown random ingredients together without any thought how they might actually taste. However, surprisingly this place has got 4.9 I wonder who give such positive reviews to a restaurant that is actually not worth at all. Wasted my money.

Grill chicken meal was very tender. Toilet facilities need work. Halal place to eat.

Very good place with great food i got the grilled chicken burger and the chilli cheese fries that came up around 11 pounds, which was very filling. I went there about 8 days ago and would go there again to try out the rest of the menu, and I would recommend it. The people working there were very nice and understanding and well mannered.

Went on a nice day and ordered the Philly cheese steak and peri fries which came to about 11 pounds, the food tasted great and I don’t usually like beef but the peppers, cheese and spices made the beef taste great. Normally I wouldn’t like to spend 11 pound on a meal but I would for this. The staff are really nice and polite aswell the food didn’t take too long to arrive and if there were any problems they would fix it right away. The only negative thing I could say was there isn’t much seating but they don’t have that much floor space so it makes sense why.

The food was absolutely gorgeous! It is the only place I have found the swiss mushroom burger that used to be done by Burger King and was my favourite. This version was lovely.

A great place for Weekend South Indian Buffet Unlimited buffet. Parking is on the side, behind the main road. This has been a burger and chicken place before but now converted into a South Indian hub. Seating is limited for smaller groups. Very engaging and pleasing service

Proper desi Indian breakfast but only one thing missing is Palli chutney 😜.i would recommend to try it at least once worth it.

I only got a takeaway so I don't know about atmosphere. But boy, they know how to make a wrap. To compare big johns to this place in selly oak is blasphemy. Hands down one the best wraps I've ever had in my life 😋😋😋

The staff we're friendly. I ordered the mexican chicken burger deal with fries and a kinder Bueno milkshake for £9.99. Absolute bargain ! It was sooo yummy and flavoursome. The service was amazing. Food didn't take too long to come. Will be back soon !

Decided to order a couple of different sizzlers (Chicken and Beef steak) Each sizzler dish is served with salad and a chosen side of your choice Chicken and Beef steak were good, taste and flavour wise, also had a nice kick to it All in all, decent meals can't complain

Me and my gf always come here. It’s %15 off for students so be sure to bring your student iD. The food honestly it’s the best food I’ve so far had. My favourite one it’s the grill chicken burger. And the food is always fresh. And the stuff are very well friendly. Love the food I wish I could give 10 stars

Amazing place, the burgers are superior to all the closer restaurants. They pack a punch for sure, super flavourful, original and all clearly hand made with passion. The milkshakes are also phenomenal and they are offering a bellow average price for above average shakes. Compared to chain restaurants it's no question which is better. Small business like these are way to underrated!

Amazing food. Order promo burger set for £9.99. The burger patty is juicy. The set comes with onion ring, fries and oreo milk shake. Also order creamy pasta. The taste of pasta suit well. Overall had a good experience while dine in.

“Cheesy garlic bread” is a dry panini with melted cheese. The fries have no potato inside of them. The wings are inedible.

I don't normally order from places without a hygiene rating, however I wanted a philly cheese and this was the only place offering it, so I gave it a go, I am glad I did, it was so yummy, very tasty and hot. The piri piri fries were just like anywhere else, but usually you only get a tiny bit of the piri salt, from here they were generously coated...a nice surprise, it was my first time ordering, but definitely won't be my last. xx

A must visit place. I really recommend you to have a try. I just found out this grill shop today, and they sell a lot of foods like burger, quesadilla, burrito, taco, and many others. I tried their burger which is the best burger for me so far. It's tasty and fresh. Their burrito is also really good. I will give 10/10 for the burger and 9/10 for the burrito. The best part of it, it is halal. Its affordable, where they even have NHS and student discount.

No coke sent with meal even though it was payed for

The driver said that he had to deliver to the hospital on the 5th floor so it took a long time to deliver. The food arrived luke warm, and the burger was squashed together, soggy salad and burger bun. The cold drinks were put in the same bag as the food so milkshakes were melted and the bags were wet with condensation. We have ordered food directly from the restaurant before and didn't have an issue, but this time was very disappointing.

First time ordering, delivered on time by a friendly driver. Halloumi mushroom burger was amazing, hot fresh and really tasty. Milkshake hit all the right notes too, will def order again! 10/10

Food is very nice. Ordered mac and cheese, supreme nachos (which are proper tortilla’s) had the buffalo wings with the extra hot sauce which was very nice. Marinated very well all through the meat. Mac and cheese also was very nice just needed a bit of seasoning. Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming.

After a long day out we decided to get food at Grill & Shake, Food here is amazing and is very nicely presented when eating in. I had the Philly cheesesteak on ciabatta bread. Steak was perfect not chewy at all and all put together great! So tasty! Staff are sooo friendly and the restaurant is clean 🧽 couldn’t fault them one bit. Will definitely be back!
