Ordered a chicken kebab and a mixed grill. Both very good and filling. Great for the price as well. Staff were friendly. 10/10 would become a regular

How can I give this place 0 star , my partner had food poisoning after eating the lamb shish wrap here.

Was recommended by a friend and has become our go to kebab shop everytime. The food is consistently excellent. Would like a make your own kebab option added to the website menu like Uber have on theirs or at least add my favourite mix of lamb donna, chicken shish and kofte to the menu please. Regardless we will be be back again and again. Keep up the good work.

Popped in as usual shop closed. Had 2 large pizzas generous with toppings and reasonable price. Friendly staff. Will definately be back

I've been a customer for 8 years and I can't fault the service or the food. They've got decent menu with plenty of salad on the side, and it's competitively priced.

Found this place during the Covid pandemic when places started to reopen. Been going back every weekend since. The kebabs are fantastic! The kebab wrap is lovely! Burgers are great and the Burito’s are great too! Staff are friendly!

Good value for money, lovely kebabs with a generous amount of meat and salad.

Went in this evening ready to place a big order, these guys cannot even be bothered to greet or acknowledge a customer, basic polite manners guys! C’mon, just felt ignored standing there, then noticed a grubby sign saying cash only, so thought forget this place plenty of others nearby, first impressions count allot

I just don't give zero stars because they don't have options, I felt cheated when I got home, when opening and starting I noticed a large amount of burnt chicken with a bitter taste, I spent 17 pounds And I threw my snack resume away withered potatoes that tasted like old fat The other time I had a good lunch, but this time it was just awful, I will never go back to buy anything at this establishment

Beef burrito for the win! Love that it comes with 2 tortilla wraps so you can build them yourself 🙌 very tasty, food was hot on arrival, more than enough ingredients in the tray, even had some of the burrito filling left that I put on the chips to make dirty fries! Will definitely order this again. Thank you!

I ordered on the website. It said my order was accepted and they took payment. I then was told my order was cancelled and I wouldn’t be receiving the order. And my refund would be processed but this left me £30 out of pocket and no food. After calling the shop the manager was very dismissive and basically said it’s not my problem and I would have to wait for my refund to be processed. Which would take anything upto 5 days No offer to sort it out no acknowledgement of any wrong doing. Like dealing with dinosaurs. Absolutely shocking service. I would 100% avoid. Unless you want to be ripped off without any recourse

Food had hair on it and when i called to complain they shouted at me despite not asking for a refund. My friend and i also got food poisoning that night. Definitely do not get food from here.

Wonderful company, helpful staff and great food

Food is usually okay from here however gone down hill. Make sure you order 6 hours in advance as drivers love to de tour across Bristol before getting to you. Also make sure to get the rubber chips right down your neck as soon as possible as they are stone cold. The pot of mayo will also only cover about 4 chips so bare that in mind aswell

I tried their chicken sheesh which is pretty good with nice smoky flavor. Prices are reasonable as well for lodge causeway area.

Small portion sizes for a lot of money, food was burnt customer service terrible. The lady just hangs up while I'm discussing the order which I was not happy with. On the same road lodge peri dealt with my complaint straight away. As he missed a few things on my order.

Great menu, but I would've like bbq wings. Our kebabs were lush. Best pitta bread I've ever had. Chilli sauce was nice but could've been a bit spicier. Delivery was 30 minutes earlier than they said. I will be ordering again. Thank u

AVOID! super rude, passive aggressive guys in there. Turned up to order food, said they were shut even when the door was opened. Let me order anyway and then got annoyed I was there. They didn't allow me to pay card so hard to go to a cash point to get cash. Food quality was OK and staff were rude af. All and all a bad experience and will never go back.

We've had food from here a few times now and it's already become one of our favourite places on this side of bristol. Gurt lush portions, tastey food and (literally) cheap as cheese and sprinkles

Do not go to this kebab house!! Had to wait 2 hours for my order, rang them to see where it was they kept saying it was on way... (it arrived 2 hours later) once it turned up it was Stone cold and they got the order wrong. Service was awful they don't care. Do not recommend.

Been going here for 1-2 years now, the quality has remained consistent as well as the generous portion sizes, pricing is reasonable I would say and there's a good variety of food available. I've yet to try something from the menu which I didn't think was any good. Would highly recommend.

This has been a regular favourite of ours and always loved their food and cheery service in shop and deliveries, how ever I passed the information on to my daughter looking for a teenage birthday family meal, she was greeted on the telephone by a woman who yelled "do we deliver to this postcode" to which a male voice replied in a not nice tone "Yea Right" girl then came back to phone and said no..hence they didn't get my daughters order and have also lost a regular customer

No masks, no screens, no social distancing. Covid kebab? No thanks.

Massive portions when it comes to the kebab meat

Had the lamb chops, my wife had the steak, all very good and delivered promptly. Will be back. have told the regulars at the masons arms, so hopefully they will get more business.

Great food prepared in a super clean environment. Never had a bad meal yet! As a local I use these guys alot. Friendly polite staff always happy to serve.

The meat is different and not as nice as it used to be ...the last few times I've been over long hair has ended up in my kebab which automatically puts me off going over . I thought I would give it one more chance but I'm definitely put off for life now

Never again that was the last time i order from this place orderd lamb kebab got chicken coverd in mayo an the rest of the food was shockin. Next time i will take my money an put it straight in the bin smae place as all the food

Nice food but can't get the orders correct. ie, Last 2 orders, asked for bbq sauce, came plastered in mayo, last time, asked for no salad on one, came with no salad on any of them. If you oder anything different for 1 item, like the no salad, make a note on there. Wouldn't trust this place if you have food allergies

Ordered food. Not all of the order turned up on time. When the last part of my order turned up it was freezing cold. Will not go again to this establishment again. Was told this was a fresh one however stone cold. Also after the 5th attempt of calling they ignored my phone call until I rang on a different number and answered after 2 rings.

Proper takeaway food, to a high standard; when I feel like Night Out food but don't want to go far, this is where I'll come. Junk but cooked well, cheese that in other locations that would taste like plastic on the pizzas here is just the right side of a joyful guilty nosh. Has a good variety of kebabs and alternatives too.

Ordered a meat feast pizza from this place. Menu says pepperoni salami ham beef. Pizza came with none of this and tasted of garlic. Most of all was given food poisoning from the chicken on the pizza. Never again.

I love this takeaway! Everytime delicous, allways clean, and very kind persons! I definitely advice you to try their pizzas with quality ingredients especially cheese and perfect grills. I tried delivery and collection. They delivered earlier then I expected, and was still hot. Thanks guys! I will order from you till I leave Bristol!!!!
