Can’t beat a Greggs brew, pumpkin spice syrup just takes it to a new level

If there is nothing else... I can only imagine people go there because it's cheap and fast.

Nice little Greggs, made an error but was quickly resolved good service.

Great staff. Usual Greg's food that tastes great and then the shame comes later.

Cold, cold, cold FFS. Go to Carrs instead, always at a good edible temperature, and im sick of flaky pastry all over my van, go to Carrs for proper shortcrust pastry.

With out a doubt the worst Greggs ever,always queue,staff seem to drag there heals doing other thing rather than serving customers,poor won’t go again

7 o'clock and they didn't prep fresh sandwiches, very poor service.

Vegan Sausage rolls are best with small hot chocolate

Good service and good food can't big up Greggs enough.

Lovely Greggs but there was a big queue only 1 serving whilst 2 other staff of those 2 staff 1 was replenishing but the other decided to empty a bin and he did notice the queue but still took rubbish out and yes I know it can be at times non stop serving but he didn't muck in so service for me had to knock stars off and I go out of my way to visit this Greggs hopefully he learns to be a team member

Click and collect on the app beat the queue and your food is ready to go. Also tables and chairs to eat in

The breakfast barms or bagguets, absolutely dreadful. Even when first open the bacon is hard and rubber like. Is what it is but £3.50? Can get a small cooked breakfast for that

Food is fine, however starting to get a bit pricey.

This place needs to improve on customer service as surely its not common practice to have a queue of say 15 plus people and only 1 person on a till , yet there is more staff which are reluctant to jump on a till and serve its customers.

My order was given to someone else then had to wait more

Open every day at 6am Can get busy at times but still good service

Pushing the mask agenda at those who are exempt from face muzzles, will gladly take my money elsewhere, their food is mediocre at best anyway...

Really disappointed on Friday. Queue out the door, slow staff and wrong orders. Simply didn't have time to go back and complain.

Called in today was looking for an address on the park. Male member of staff went to enormous trouble locating it and giving me excellent instructions of how to get there. The food was also piping hot and wonderful

Dessapoitnted with the service, It's only 1 person attending the till and the waiting tike is about 20 mins to get to the till and paid.

Usual Greggs nice and clean nice seating area but the staff are way to slow. Need faster staff to cope with early morning and lunch time tradesman rush

Yesterdays pasties today. Always cold and always stale. It wouldn't be so much an issue if the staff could at least ask you do you mind it cold and old.

Poor hygene staff use there hands to pick up eggs and sausages whilst handling money. They don't use thongs or gloves

It must be the weirdest location to work at. The staff do an amazing job, they're polite, helpful and deal with all the mud covered Hi-Vis wearing lot! The food is well... Greggs... It's good, but it's not amazing.

As with most Greggs clean good service with a friendly smile.

Good selection personally I think the tomato soup is the best but rather go to Martin's

What you would expect of a Greggs

This is a great little find in the middle of the industrial units at Trafford Park.

Staff very pleasant and quick to serve you .but out side the shop is very dirty and a large amount of litter and cups around the car park . Dose not portray a very good image for Greggs

Excellant customer service and served very quickly. Inside was clean and tidy and point of sale was very clear and easy to understand

Not the best but very busy staff aren't the best but parking and good rest area

Opens earlier now which is good. The usual female server is excellent who gets your order right everytime. However there's a young male who has served me twice and got the order wrong. Both times he's had to give me the order he messed up and the one i wanted. He must be costing Greggs a fortune!!

Cold pasty and no sausage rolls left!

Hardly had any pasties. Just cold ones. Shelves were empty. No donuts either. What kind of greggs is this?

Stumbled across this greggs by mistake a wrong turn the place is clean and tidy had a wide range in on the day I visited

Since starting my new job in Trafford Park, it's rare I don't go there for my lunch. Excellent customer service and great food & prices.
