Food taste very good and good costumer service

ABD had great service, food was quality as always

Dismissive manager or unfairly accommodate me and as a whole it’s not a very friendly understanding restaurant chain. Rude managers as well and so are there other branches. They don’t care about individual customers needs etc. Chris Sherriff the CEO of Wingstop he’s a very cold hearted ignorant person who doesn’t care whatsoever including everyone else with in this organisation.

Staff were brilliant. My collect order went to the wrong restaurant but the member of staff sorted it out straight away with no fuss. Food was delicious. Highly recommend.

Food is really, really good. Service and atmosphere is what you would expect from a fast food place, also it was Friday evening and there was some pisshead stumbling around being an annoying prick. Other than that we really enjoyed it. Pre-order on the website and pick up at your chosen time slot. Too easy. Bit of advise, if you are ordering wings, take the gloves, you will need them.

Wingstop is always my fav fried chicken spot! Although this branch is just another level of crowdedness!!! I waited for over 60 minutes to get my order :) Always recommend their voodoo fries + original bites!

For someone with the words FRESH & FLAVOUR all over the walls, this didn’t live up to these things at all. For chicken on the bone, it was dry. Tenders were cold even though it was a busy lunchtime. Flavours were pretty bland as well with no significant flavour and sauces didn’t really coat the wings that well. Pretty disappointing really!

Crowded in the store but was easy to collect the food via the app. I would recommend doing this if you do not want to wait in the queue in the shop. Staff were friendly and approachable. The order was correct and the food tasted good. Space in the restaurant is at a premium and so at peak times it is hard to get a seat. Probably best to collect the food and takeaway instead of eating in the shop. Also to mention in store it is card only meaning no cash is accepted. Wide range of spiced options from neutral to extremely hot, worth trying a few flavors for a varied taste. I would recommend the chips with the Wingstop variant.

The food was pretty good, the staff were very friendly and helpful. We got the boneless wings and cajun fries. The fries were good. The ranch and blue cheese sauces were good as well. The flavors were as follows: Garlic parm : I expected it to be a but wet but it was dry and kind of just like fried chicken with a very slight hint of spices, was pretty plain though and I was disappointed in it (I love garlic parm) Korean: really really good, will def get this flavor again Hot honey: more like plain honey. It didn't have any "hot" in it to me, maybe the tiniest bit, but I would just call it honey. It was good though, just no heat Mango habanero: good flavor, I enjoyed this one. It wasn't super spicy or anything, a little bit of heat with good taste Also the music is really really loud, but will eat here again to try some other flavors.

Shocking attitude and customer service. Shows on the website closing at midnight but been told they close at 11pm! Piss poor service no apology

Oh my god. I was an atheist before I dined here, now I know god is real because he sent me to the Manchester Piccadilly WingStop. Highly recommend the original and louisanna rub. Although the service wait time is a little rubbish.

i wish i could rate it 0 absolutely atrocious customer service rude staff waited 45 mins for 8 wings avoid here at all costs it’s a waste of time absolutely terrible couldn’t put into words how dissapointed i am with this place

I wish I could rate this a 0 star. The manager and staff on shift on 8/03/25 were terrible. Their attitude and service were awful. For a ‘fast food’ restaurant, it was not fast AT ALL. After waiting 20 minutes for some wings, of course I became impatient. I asked for an answer as to why it was taking so long and was told ‘this is normal’ for 5 orders to be in ‘critical time’ should NOT be normal. I am embarrassed by the service of the staff, they most certainly need additional training, rather than chatting whilst 10+ orders are on the side waiting.

Their wings are really good. I'm not the biggest fan of some of the flavours, but they are always fresh. The decor and general theme inside the establishment is very modern. Lots of seating and service is very fast.

I was really surprised by Wingstop - I took it for just another fried chicken place. First of all, the service is amazing. The girl on the till asked if it was our first time and then patiently went through the many options with us, getting everything spot on. Next, they bring the food out to your table so you can just go and relax rather than bustling around a waiting area. Finally, the food. There were so many different flavours to choose from and dips etc that I almost had choice paralysis. Really enjoyed everything I had, with a special mention to the Mango Habanero strips and blue cheese dip. Will definitely be back.
