your delivery people like to take there time and they also can't read English road names probably and they love to jump there motor bike on the pavement to get round traffic

This is the second time that food wasn't properly hot, just slightly warm.

i only gave 4 stars because the food wasn't as hot as it should be. if it was wrapped better and retained the heat I would have given 5 stars.

Delivers, unlike south woodford.

I ordered 12 doughnuts (box) with my order and didn't receive it. The charge has been made but still I am waiting for the refund. It was not a nice experience as we had some disappointing kids

Wendy is a total star - gets ahead to speed up any questions - puts coffees on and takes the money without a blink of the eye - no hassle just friendly smiley and a really nice person - other ten members dont keep pace with her but she docent ever stress just keeps the coffers and food flowing and customers served quickly.

Ordered 3 vegan sausage rolls, only 2 delivered.

Why are the chocolate muffins smaller now? Not very good value for money, smaller item and increased in price.

They don't know how to prepare a sandwich. Maybe hire staff who can prep a sandwich. No filling in it at all. Suppose to have pickle and mayo. Neither present

Brought pizza the dough was all soggy and cold the other pizza was burnt this isn’t the first time either couple of months ago Tina baguette had a hair in it

only half a coffee arrived, the rest was spilled

Forgot to deliver the baguette and all I got was a refund for £4.80.pathetic.

The food arrived cold and the drinks were spilled. The driver was waiting downstairs for a while before letting me know he was there :( when I showed him the broken bag with the drinks he said it was normal

Too long for a Gregg’s near by. It arrived at 08:43 so over an hour and the food is cold because your driver was making other stops I was following his route.

Always forget items and you can't get your money back just a dam credit note!

The driver never turned up!!!!! He called my mobile to be let in and he went to the wrong place!!!!!!!!! I need a refund ASAP!!!

Staff members Jackie needs to learn customer service, She doesn’t seem to have the best hygiene and insists to pick your bottle of drink up by the top of the bottle ERR no I have to drink from that. Always a long queue when she is working, and picks customers from the back of the queue to serve before the person in the front of the queue.

Cold pasty can't be bothered to warm it to give to customers ridiculous

They just about manage a satisfactory service, but it's OK. Went there today, 5.30pm on Friday and it's closed. They should be open till 7pm, no notice or sign explaining why they have closed early.

Delicious! The bacon was cooked perfectly to slightly crisp. What needs improving upon though is the hash browns. In both Greggs branches I order from, these are always hard and dry.

Delivery person can not Read any from of sign road or otherwise and I have at least 7 around the front of my house so how did he miss my house waited over half hour for my order to to put out for delivery then another half hour for it to be at my door what's going on

Wanstead Greggs is the best out of every borough! I don’t even use the closer Greggs. Professional staff who understand customer service. Teach the rest plz :)

The sausage rolls were luke warm at best, and the two bakes were stone cold. They felt like they hadn't seen the inside of the oven for at least an hour. So calling it hot food was badly named!

A nice enough Greggs with some limited seating to sit in. Usual fare - sausage rolls, Steakbakes, Baguettes and of course the lovely cakes. Disappointed they didn't have any soup ready at 12.00 which is lunchtime - would be ready in 20 mins! Not good when you are trying to be a bit healthy like me!

I ordered Southern Fried Chicken Goujons to eat with the potato wedges I also ordered. The delivery has come without the Southern Fried Chicken Goujons.

I understand the driver was sent on another delivery before mine in the opposite direction to my home therefore having my food delivered cold. He had waited along time for my order also so this is nit the drivers fault. My breakfast roll was inedible. A waste of money

Called for a quick snack but the fayre just wasn't as good as we have had elsewhere. Nice friendly staff though.
