Greggs - EURO Billinge in Wigan

Not once have we been here and not been asked to park up and wait for food. We order a double cheeseburger meal and a nugget happy meal, no alterations so why? Never serve customers in order at drive through, never have milkshakes service is shocking. Use the one at asda!

I ordered on the machine and asked for sauce. But I went down to get a few more and the women who served me called floss was very rude and ignored and she gave me one sauce when there was two of us standing their. I then asked for a few more because their was a few of us but she then was like it's one per meal and basically threw the sauce on the counter at me

Absolutely disgusting, felt nauseated all through,after waiting over a hour, had to call them severally to know when they will deliver, my kids hated the food, none of us could eat it as received. They need to shut this foodplace down. Food very blank, no iota of taste, wasted money. I will never ever buy from here again.

Food was good here, hot and tasty. The staff was very courteous too.

Absolutely fantastic service! Fast arrival time, large portions, free garlic bread after spending a set amount pluss a very friendly delivery driver who even offerd help me with the door as was a lot to carry. 100% will recommend and be back
