Standard shop can be busy but there are too many homeless and problems in the surrounding area especially weekends being near pubs

Absolutely great for breakfast of bacon roll and coffee or tea. We used Gregg's four days out of our six in Cardiff. Cheap and a good way to start the day. It’s a shame there’s no indoor eating but it still gets 5 stars from us.

I'm a regular here and I'm just wondering what's happened to your best staff? Seems like you've had a staff turnover and the new staff don't seem to know how to provide standard customer service. I feel like a burden to them when I order my breakfast, they don't seem happy at all and one girl in particular didn't open her mouth once until she told me how much I had to pay... Not sure what's going on there but its really disappointing and I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Upon existing the station, I can often smell bacon cooking and end up ordering a bacon roll and coffee, Very nice efficient staff, I'm always so sad to see how many homeless people reside outide and will often buy coffee and breakfast for the as well

Arrived for two cooked breakfasts, waitress only arrived with one my partner left hungry and fed up so we will never return despite the lovely food she misheard him very ditsy woman even though she was friendly missing an order is not acceptable as the food took a while to arrive

94 St. Mary StreetCame across this place after walking around and finding a lot of chain restaurants which we didn't really want. My friend and I had a pasta, bread and a bottle of wine, all of which were lovely. I thought it was well priced compared to some Italian restaurants I've been to recently. One thing, I've looked at its website and it doesn't show a menu. I'd like to bring some friends here but I know they'd like to see the menu first. I, however would definitely come here again.

Unit 4-6 Mermaid Quay Mermaid QuayGreat evening at The Botanist in the Bay - Food was delicious Atmosphere was enchanting Service was excellent Our server Phoebe was adorable friendly super efficient and ‘happy’ which makes the experience extra special - My family enjoyed the Sharing Starters Steak Beefburgers Salad Desserts and a lovely bottle of wine 😋

9 The FriaryGreat friendly bar always a good atmosphere in here,staff give excellent customer service always nice and chatty prices are very competitive considering your in the centre of the city,has been going here for a few years if you're looking for a good place to meet up with friends would highly recommended good day/evening as there's always something different going on .
