Greggs Brazennose in Manchester

Just popped in today, Staff were really friendly and recommended just the right doughnut to hit the spot! Pumpkin Spice, in case you're wondering 😍

Just want to give a shout out to all the lovely staff at Heron House, Brazenose st, Manchester. Always friendly and cheerful even with the long queue out the door. ❤️

the cashier was so nice! shelves were full of food which is nice but the couch and tables and chairs were dirty

Amazing customer service from Peter at the Greg’s in heron house makes the customers feel welcome and wanting to go back to Greggs everyday 🤩

Max is always on it like a car bonnet. Peter loves a sausage roll and if you have a small he always substitutes it for a big one. Watch out for the ankle biters on the tills, they can be a bit nippy. Lovely staff always going the extra mile just for us 😀 👍

Can't really say anything positive about this chain of drab conveyor belt splodge. Except that I'll avoid from now on, life is too short for ordinary

So friendly and quick! I forgot my wallet so they gave me my lunch and said I could pay the next day. Big fan!

Not daylight at 7.10am on a cool but dry Jan morning, i have already been to the Airport to drop family member off at 6am and i am in City centre for a meeting at 8am.... need a Brew and a Hot Pie? Shouldnt be a problem in city centre? Then i step into Greggs, 6 people in queue as only one person serving, shes got a problem with some code/promotion that the customer has presented. 5 minutes pass by and eventually its sorted and out of the back appears another member of staff who proceeds to serve the nxt customer to relieve the queue... most are on soup and i quickly get to the counter where i ask for a Steak Bake, 'sorry not hot' ok i will have a Sausage Roll, 'sorry not hot but the vegan steak bakes are' i dont want a Vegan Steak Bake! i want a hot pie of my choice. Believe it or not i had already been in The Arndale Greggs at 7am and they had no hot pies either and was told 'they was all hot at 6.30 when they came out' My local one is the same in Rawtenstall on a Sunday morning, So, unless you go in the shop within 15 mins of the pies coming out of the oven you cant get a HOT pie. Am i just the unluckiest person around? Because on the rare occasion i get a hot pie its delicious!

The greggs what can they do wrong? Even when a chicken bake burns the roof of my mouth i still can't help but take another bite.

Típico estándar de Greggs Fayre. ¿Pero es un bocadillo culpable? Sí pastas de masa, rollos de salchichas, etc. Sin embargo, saben tan bien:)))

Me han pasado en esta rama de Greggs unas cuantas veces, el personal siempre es acogedor y la comida muy sabrosa. Buen lugar para tomar un bocado rápido si estás en el ir.

この店の向かいにVEENOというワインバーが有ります。この店で、昼食を取ることにしたのでしたが、ここは、ワインバーで本格 的な食事はありませんでした。 ちょうど向かいに、この店舗があったので、そこで出来立てのパンを買って食べました。 ちょうど昼時で、多くのサラリーマンがテイクアウトで買い物に来ていました。私たちは、入り口左にあった椅子に腰掛けて、食事を済ませました。 丁度寒い時期でしたので、体が温まりました。

Had breakfast multiple times there.. Omelet Roll is good but coffee isnt the best.. it's good if you are in a hurry and needs a fast breakfast

Just what you need if your rushing around , grab a pastie and warm yourself up with a hot drink , great deals with lovely staff who always have a smile and are all pleasant .

This particular Gregg's has always been good. It caters mainly to the lunch trade so when it is 2pm, it can look a little bare. As result most of the food is made for this time.
