I went to Gregg's during my endeavour for the famous "Gregg's Sausage roll", I had just purchased this magnificent piece of the British Cuisine. When I experienced my first bite of this luscious, mouth-watering pastry I just knew that it was special. I consumed it so fast that I was certain I was in a dream, I would then proceed to purchase another one of these fine pastries. I genuinely couldn't believe this delectable food item was sold at all around the country, and for such an outstanding price as well.

We often visit Greggs for a snack and it is always busy. Sometimes the floor can get a bit messy but the staff are so busy serving they don’t have much time. We have always found them to be friendly and helpful this morning at 10.30 we had a tea and a coffee with two bacon rolls. £4. What value nd they were excellent. Will always return.

wonderful place staff so friendly and the value for money is great. The coffee was good and my bacon roll was really good. So cheap and well worth the money would go back here again

After a shopping spree in the Kingsgate Me and my friend went into Greggs looked at the good selection and i decided on the pizza slice. Poor Slice for pretty poor value and very thin. I See every review about pizza is bad not surprised. Good staff and nice sit in area though.

We buy from greggs in linlithgow on a regular basis and it never fails to please. The staff are so pleasant and helpful. We love their sausage rolls but today we had ham and cheese toasties. They were delicious oozing wth cheese. Just loved them will certainly be back for more. Also it is excellent value.

Nothing better than a Greggs' Mexican Bandit baguette. Hot, spicy and tangy - really hits the spot. Also tried their coffee as well and it's pretty decent considering it comes from a machine. This outlet also has quite a few tables so you can sit in as well.

I gave greggs one last chance to prove it self and I'm done. Sausage roll was very cold and same with my daughters pizza slice. Incredibly thin as well for over £1. I can just go to a takeaway or Tesco and get a full one for triple the price but the whole thing. Value is terrible.

Went here yesterday, staff were ok. Not friendly. Had to ask for the table to be cleaned. Pizza wasn't hot, but the lady told me before I paid.

This new restaurant in the Kingsgate Shopping centre is always busy and that speaks volumes. The steak and chicken bakes, the savoury bacon wraps, bacon rolls, sausage rolls and cakes all ruin your diet! The coffee is excellent. The cafe is very clean and you are served promptly by pleasant staff.

We went here for a cup of tea as it is dog friendly. That was a big plus. However you can only seem to order via the screen opposite the counter and this was not easy with lots of people milling around. We found seats towards the back and the lighting was poor which was probably just as well as it felt slightly grubby. My husband wanted to use the toilet and said it was filthy and certainly the queue of people waiting to use the one toilet would not have allowed a clean. Overall not somewhere I would return to as a parent of a student.

Visited this lunchtime with service users. Food was ok although 2 of the baked potatoes were very small with hardly any filling, the 3 filled rolls all good, no complaints. The issue arose when it came to paying, quite disorganised. The gentleman became visibly stressed, struggled to find the price of most items. We needed individual receipts + as the till didn't print these, they needed to be hand written, he didn't know what to do + when he asked for help he was told "he's busy" + "I've not a clue, sorry", there was a woman standing close by who looked like she could've helped but didn't. I made eye contact a couple of times but she just let him muddle on through. I ended up saying to him to forget about the receipts and I would do them myself on return to work. He was so anxious, really felt for him. He needed support + didn't get any. Wasn't a pleasant experience. I've worked with adults with additional support needs for nearly 20 years + have an autistic stepson. I'm all for places like Sensoriale but please support the staff to be the best that they can be.

Excellent. I wasn't expecting much considering it's a supermarket cafe but my breakfast was perfectly cooked. The hashbrowns and tastie scone where a real highlight. I got the big breakfast and a latte. The cost came to just under £12. Not bad compared to the other cafés in Dunfermline. Ladies who are serving are friendly, polite and very accommodating. The coffee is real, vibe in so comfy and cosy. You forget you are in the middle of the shop. I went during the summer holidays, so the were lot's of lovely families. Only con. The is only two people working in quite a large cafe. The serve is quick still. But they really should have more help. It's within walking distance of the high street and bus station. Overall very please. Will be back very soon.
