Very popular but quite slow at serving people

Noticed prices sneaking up,misleading meal deals

Love the food but half the time I can't even buy anything just because I don't carry cash. Get your card machine fixed once and for all

Awful, 2 staff busy chatting whilst queuing out of the door. Cash only as machine packed up... Hopeless

No bacon left at 10.30 in morning and no batch. Big que to find they have no breakfast items left. 1 member staff serving. All the rest of staff in back of store ???. Sum mornings no sandwiches made up to take away ??? Very poor

Ordered steak bakes, got sent literally every other bake option. Knocked me sick, did write a little note to me explaining it which was nice. However I do not understand how you are out of Steak Bakes. Regardless I think in the future you should update your menu and get rid of items you don't have so I don't waste my money.

Staff seemed on a go slow over 15 mins to serve 2 customers couldn't even get a white coffee order right won't be going back

Great shop, couldn't get nicer staff, nothing too much trouble. Clean and always well stocked.

Ordered food and a couple of coffees only to be told afterwards it was cash only... so went to Dunelm cafe instead... the food and coffee in Dunelm is by far better by the way hope this helps 👌

Awful Staff service not telling anyone cash only till they’ve ordered food staff behind counter need to sort out there attitude to customers won’t be going here again

Had a hot choc. Very nice .Clean and tidy

Had a pre fishing breakfast. Brekfast was ok. But only 2 sandwiches made.

They do a good selection of bread and treats.

There are sausage rolls and there are Greggs sausage rolls and as for the steak slices

Staff were very helpful and very polite. However always confuses me why the sausage rolls and pasties are always luke warm or cold. It would be miles better if they were able to keep these hot like other bakery. There sausage roll and pasties whilst hot are the best out of all bakeries just a shame you very rarely get them hot!!!!!! No queues quick service nice and clean inside. Even has a small.seating area if ya wanna sit in!!!!!!!!

No sandwiches etc left and it was only just after lunch time ,dissapointed.

Good. Mostly the pastries are cold. They need to find a way to keep them warm. Need more healthy breakfast options

Delivering local. Told to wait 45 mins. Thought I’d walk to greggs. Ordered a bacon baguette with red. I just walked 10 mins back to my lorry and opened it to find a sausage with brown sausage. How can you get that so wrong. It wasn’t as if they gave me the wrong order I was the only person in there.

As always busy. That's only shows how popular that place is. Welcoming, helpful and friendly staff. Quick service.

Very nice what I had bit more of a selection is needed very limited and even what was there was very little in numbers so one of this 3 off that needs more in rhyl there is more of a choice

Every time I have been to Gregg's the hot food I get is near enough cold.

Was surprised at the quality of food served here , absolutely spot on, the wife didn't feel too well this morning so to save me carrying her down stairs to make my food for work I called here!! Wasn't disappointed 😜😜👍👍

10:40am. No sausage left for sausage butty. No pasties or sausage roll, except a vegan bean one. Not really going well if you've not got the basics ready to serve.

They have a good range of sandwiches and pasties great coffee can get busy but usually plenty of staff.. They no longer sell soup.

Staff are always lovely with my son (who has autism). No complaints from us!

It's Greg's, you want a pasty or sausage roll an they're isn't a sayers around but there is a Greggs then greggs it is. Don't expect quality 😂😂

They don't seem to have any heat to keep the pies warm on the counter everything comes out cold

never seem to have baguettes for breakfast ,even though the sandwich baguettes are there on display . aren't they the same

We popped in here to get a meal deal after doing some shopping in Bromborough. Despite being after 1300 there was still a good variety of items left to choose from. We both chose the mature cheddar cheese ploughman's oval bite which contained cheddar cheese and plenty of lettuce. tomato, cucumber, red onion and pickle. I also chose a cloudy lemonade drink. The sandwich was very tasty and well filled. The deal at £3.35 was pretty good value for money. The server was friendly and efficient. We would do a meal deal again from this outlet.

Gets busy. Only problem is bacon should not just be for breakfast but someone somewhere declared there will be no bacon butties after 11am. Gutted, had to settle for a sandwich, pasty, sausage roll and a pizza slice. Runs out of stuff fast at lunchtime, you may not get your first choice butty.

My son loves the vegan steak bake, we love the vegan sausage rolls. But Greg's Bromborough sadly didn't have my favourite Mediterranean Vegetable pasty, yum

Standard reliable Greggs, nothing special; however, consistent and cheap food. Staff are always really nice in my experience. Breakfast is decent and great value.

Me and my wife popped in for a coffee. The manager in there was so rude. She didn't smile and she was serving a customer and saying it's bad people going in to Gregg's because of chonavirus. She didn't look happy that we were all there. Without are custom she wouldn't be in a job.

I've used this place before and the standards are quite good, they just need a little customer service training. It goes a long way.

Very poor went there last Saturday morning for 2 sausage and egg baguettes at 10 o clock no baguettes left went there the following Friday at 10-10 not enough egg for 2 baguettes won’t be going there again its a joke

Service is by staff who appear not to want to be there, I like Gregg's but if this type of service exists elsewhere I will change.

Your typical Greggs. Good snack food at affordable prices. The staff are very friendly and efficient

Ripping off Sayers original beans and sausage pasty but adding a disgusting cheese to the mix. Food is luke warm at best, some staff are total miseries (some of them are very pleasant) and if you choose to sit at one of the very small tables they have in there then be prepared to have 20% added on to your bill total for the privilege.

Lovely and clean with very pleasant servers behind the counter. I ordered a vegan sausage roll and a club sandwich (i'm not vegan but these are fit) and even had a great bit of banter with the lad behind the counter over the whole is it/isn't it a sausage roll. My food was really hot and everything tasted great. Well done Greggs @ The Croft, you really showed how it should be done!

First time I visited here I came across a fine serving person who goes by the name of Nicki. Nicki is a person who works all hours apart from a Tuesday. Her persona is impeccable, and generosity with the ketchup on my sausage sandwich is second to none. Ask her for a special Tea, which consists of tea and milk👍

Went in here today with the family. Had a voucher out of a magazine for a free wrap. Wife paid and we ate but only when got home we realised they didn't put the voucher through. Food good, ut that left a bad taste.

We bought some of their vegan sausage rolls, they have become a family favourite, to take home for our tea. Managed to resist buying any of their lovely cakes. Service was quick and friendly.

Nothing is gluten free and vegan :-( Two vegan options in store.. neither are gluten free, which means I can’t buy from here, such a shame, please cater for people who are allergic to gluten and vegan!

Called in for a coffee and cake but have eaten here before. If you want a take away or quick snack the place is ideal. Reasonably fast service and fast food. I would certainly recommend it if you want something quick.

Good fresh food most of the time, service is quick and efficient with most staff although certain staff members seem to be untrained in certain aspects of the job, this issue is especially present during the morning and lunch rushes.
