Ordered 6 breakfast rolls (Bacon & omelette) - received 4 rolls with three bacon rashers & omelette but 2 rolls with only 2 bacon rashers & omelette. Either a stealthy business practice or incompetent staff !

I stopped off at Greggs for a bacon bap and a cup of hot chocolate. The staff were very polite and friendly and the food was delicious plus it's one of the best cups of hot chocolate that I have ever tasted. Well worth a visit.

1 star for 2 reasons. Main reason, I have vegans in the house and asked could shop mark which where the meat sausage rolls. Not hard. They didn't. How hard is it to use a pen? Had to physically break sausage rolls to check which were which. Also late

Won’t be ordering again as a 15-30 delivery turned into a 2 hour wait and all food freezing cold.

I’ve been a regular at this Greggs for years, but I’ve noticed the quality and customer service slipping recently. Several times in the past few weeks, I’ve visited only to find that they don’t have sandwiches available. When I asked a staff member about it, the response felt abrupt and unfriendly, with no effort to explain or offer alternatives. It’s disappointing, especially since this used to be a reliable spot for a quick lunch or snack. While I understand that sometimes stock issues happen, the repeated lack of availability and change in the staff’s attitude is frustrating. Greggs has always been known for friendly service and decent food options, but lately, this location just isn’t meeting that standard. I hope they can address these issues because it would be great to see this branch return to the quality it used to have.

I ordered this morning on uber eats I end with 3 delivery drivers turn up to pick it up and ended up with nothing arriving as my order got cancelled and I ordered at 7.30 it got cancelled at like 9.30

Missing the sausage sandwich and reported to Just eat immediately, however refund for the missing item was rejected based on “the information they have”! Not sure what information this is however there was no sausage sandwich in my delivery bag.

items were damaged and squashed , didn't get the items I had ordered and items were missing . very disappointed 😞

Just love Gregg's, plenty of pastries to choose from and also cakes, tea or coffee and ready-made. sandwiches. A few tables inside shop in Bromborough also open until 8pm .

So, dont know why but this is the second time, order arrived. No pizza. Which comes in a big blue box......Last time they called but I had to order another item to get it delivered, which made it an expensive meal in the end.

Missed off the chocolate sauce for the cookies and missed a single slice of pizza and food was cold. Driver was on time!

forgot half my order absolute joke done this to me 3 times in 1 week had me off with like 17pounds worth food

Live map shown the delivery driver got to 50 yards of my house, then disappeared, no food, over 30 mins and no sign of them. Looking forward to my cold soggy hash brown and hour old coffee. I went for a look for them, either gone home or a new burgler on their 2nd job.

Coffee missing and sauces on sandwiches that wasn’t asked for.

Ordered 3 vegan and 1 normal sausage rolls. All came in separate bags with NO indication which was the meat one. Even a pen mark would have done. Had to break rolls up and examine them. Also, on driver tracker, they spent 20 mins by the bypass, not moving, hence the delay in delivery.

Ordered two baguettes and only received one and a roll

Food came all mashed up it was a disgrace, the guy delivering it got ran over, our meal was ruined and the cookies we ordered were different, please refund us the value of the meal.

I tracked my order on the map and the delivery driver came from bromborough then went past my address and straight up to rock ferry making my order late also when I finally got my order it was cold with no dips for the wedged and cookies all broken.

Food came perfect! Nice and hot! No spills and everything was so fresh! Delivery driver was very friendly

Driver came into car park then drove away and came back 10 minutes later

Missing two steak bakes, two sausage rolls. Wife has half her order and I have none of mine. Unacceptable

Food was good but no milk or sugar provided for a cup of tea even when specifically requested. Annoying.

food arrived on time but missing a box off yum yums and the changed my order and just sent substitute without checking with me which I couldn't eat very disappointed I won't order from them again they should of phoned about the substituted item and they should of made sure the order was correct

Ordered steak bakes, got sent literally every other bake option. Knocked me sick, did write a little note to me explaining it which was nice. However I do not understand how you are out of Steak Bakes. Regardless I think in the future you should update your menu and get rid of items you don't have so I don't waste my money.

Ordered double up deal, bacon baps ×2 not in order as past breakfast time. Waited 1 hour 45 minutes for order, as no driver. So no breakfast baps. Difficult to get a refund for ×2 bacon baps as part of double up deal.
