Driver delivererd to wrong sddresss no suprise as the majority of them dont even speak english . Deliverey codes are there for no reason

First time order and was very impressed.

Friendly delivery driver, food came early so I was happy to get my hot chocolate and feed my face earlier than expected, very happy with the notifications letting me know how my order was doing, very happy.

Didn't come says delivered but I've not received anything

missing ham and cheese baguette

it was a shame that part of my order was not available as the few bits of food that I got was lovely.

The food was cold and the pizza was stuck to the box … the driver was rude when speaking to us

baguette and drink as wonderful as I remember it being. Saw the message on the bag wishing me a good afternoon with a sun by it and I just felt like that was a sweet touch, whoever wrote that clearly likes to make customers smile and I appreciate people like that so to whoever bagged up my order and wrote that little message I appreciate it I found it sweet.

Happy overall apart from the wedges were stone cold. everything else was perfect

Breakfast baguette missing, hot drinks barely warm. Very disappointed. I said I wouldn't order again but I'm all for second chances so I will in the future. If it's wrong again then that will be it. One of us went hungry for breakfast. 😭

You order hot food comes cold not even put in oven note saying u have to cook yourself sorry

very easy placed order it gave me ETD the food came driver was pleasant, hot things were hot and separate from cold,great service Happy Customer.

The only thing was I ordered a breakfast baguette but received a ham and cheese one!! It tasted lovely but I was so looking forward to the breakfast one.

I love this greggs, I don’t know how but this greggs is just better than any other. The service is amazing with lovely employees and the sausage rolls there are just spot on, also the yum yums are just so good!!! Would recommend!

When my order came it was missing 8 items totalling £20.40. That is absolutely disgusting that like. What a joke. How can someone still be in business with such atrocious service

I ordered pepperoni pizza for my 2 year old and I had to cut four bits off because it was so burnt and crispy there is no way he would of been able to eat it I normally love greggs but this is absolutely awful

I got pizza with nothing else I ordered and when I asked for the rest I’ve been given someone else order which is no good to me I won’t order again

Even though my order was on time I was left disappointed with the quality of my food. I usually enjoy a Greggs breakfast. However it turned up cold and the bacon was still wriggly with only a drip of sauce on one half of the baguette.

My order took an hour from when I first ordered it

Missing items annoyingly and that was the same Fri 7th June which is disappointing when I always order from you. We have a training centre some important we get all items, inconvenient otherwise

Food was good as normal and deliver lady very polite and friendly.

Fruit pot out of date. Driver rang wanting me to go round the streets looking for him..I did not do that as paying for delivery.

Driver text to say he was outside when I was at the door. I rang him and he didn't make sense. Took him about 10 mins to get to my door.

order turned up late with missing items and cold food

Unfortunately most of the order was incorrect, considering one person has an allergy things couldn't be moved around or swapped which is a shame as usually no issues from here.

All toppings had slid off pizza due to delivery driver holding it side ways. He also squahed the doughnuts and extremely rude virtually threw the order at me

The Mexican flatbread was delicious, the coffee always still nice and hot, and there was a sweet message on the bag which made my day!

Very disappointed in Greggs today @ 12:30 (28/1/24) Ordered a cheese and bean melt, a corned beef bake and a chicken bake. They were all stone cold. They must have been sat there on the trays for at least 30 mins for them to be that cold. It’s enough to put us off having food from there again. The trays were full so God knows if there were any hot ones on the tray.

yum yums were unavailable so they changed them to donuts which i love and even added some scones in the bag for my unavailability

Absolutely delicious 😋 meal I had today perfect

Pastys was stone cold but sausage rolls was hot so a bit strange to why they was so cold rest was amazing filled doughnuts was so soft and fresh and the wedges was still crispy and hot overall we are full and satisfied great value for money too!

I'm still waiting for £8.20 refund from order not received last week.

Second time was fantastic. Unfortunately I received the wrong order the first time but this is the courier's fault not Gregg's. The staff were lovely

I received somebody else's meal ! I'm awaiting a refund for the food I didn't receive. Unfortunately it was not food I would choose to eat for the most part. The Gregg's staff couldn't have been nicer it was a courier error.

I did have an issue with the hot baguette being overdone but the staff were so helpful and helped me get a replacement. The rest of the food was lush.

Stale food not be ordering again

The driver was a bit confused, telling me that I ordered from a park and he could not provide me with the food as he couldn't accept. I proved to him that it was however ordered from my wired in computer (so could not be ordered from a park) and he provided me with the order stating he was now having to go to a park and could not accept any more deliveries. Overall nice food though, thanks Greggs.

Was missing both hash brown deals

Never usually have a problem here but just received an order and two bags or crisps and a cheese and ham toastie were missing. Food that was received was nice though x

Items received are fine and Greggs have been nothing but helpful. However your driver didn’t deliver half our order and spoke to me in a foreign language at the door making me very uncomfortable! I’m not happy with Just eats service through that driver!

Disappointed with just eat today order confirmed at 12:34 approx 1 hr 20 mins wait for food. Not sure if delay was at restaurant. Driver was pleasant and friendly and delivered within notified time slot which was updated and adjusted. Also cappuccino had no chocolate. If this is the performance I can expect from just eat over a lunchtime period we’ll use an alternative on future.

Will not order again delivery always missing something when you ring up the store all you get told is the full order was definitely in the bag. Bags all sealed?? Told to come and collect missing item even though i have paid for delivery! Only 4 items order so not a difficult order.

Nothing to do with Greggs store but items were missing and bags opened following collection by Just Eat drivers. Spoke to Angela in store who kindly helped & I went to collect order again. Never had issues like this before.

Never again 1st order was complete handled wrong pizzas had no topping and where’s mess tried again thinking well that would be down to delivery and second time wrong items where delivered really disappointing service

The driver made an error with my order, he delivered one of my bags to another customer. The store called me and we both spoke to the driver who refused to go back to the shop and redeliver my items that he gave to somebody else in error. Not hood enough! He tried to say that he is tracked a cannot go elsewhere … do better just eat! Your drivers are appealing.

Bread was soggy on the tuna sandwich and went in the bin, a hot chocolate was sent instead of a cappuccino which went down the sink. Very disappointing. Delivery took ages to be assigned a driver and kept pushing back the delivery time.

Delivery driver seemed so preoccupied with his phone call that he didn't notice that he had broken both seals on the food and he almost threw the pizzas out of the box handing it to me. When I opened the box I found that the pizzas were destroyed. None of the topping was left on the pizza and the drinks were shaken up so much they exploded. If a little more care went into the transportation and delivery of the food it might have been enjoyable.
