Came in to grab some food for me and my mum, friendly service and welcoming. Even came from behind the counter to help me out the items in a bag. Will return! The employees name was courtney!!

Just got a sausage roll from the Wellington branch and it was freezing cold and very hard. It was lunch time so you would expect everything to be fresh but it was probably sitting there for hours. I normally love Greggs sausage rolls but always go to the town centre branch. Will definitely not visit Wellington branch again.

A very reasonably priced Bacon Roll and coffee for £2 the Bread roll being a nice quality although the coffee can be a little bitter

Had some sandwiches, baguette, sub roll and chocolate shortbread all lovely and fresh very nice man behind the counter (10th may) all looked clean and tidy, gets busy we would call in again when in wellington

Greggs has def gone down the pan everywhere cost cutting in every dept as left me boycotting this over prices seller. Sausage and bean melt was so undefiled it was a pastry in tomato sauce. Most filled rolls are clearly undefiled and to me way over priced Subway a far better choice

Fantastic coffee, breakfast baps and lunchtime snacks and meals. Sometimes spoilt for choice as to what to eat.

the prices have gone up at greggs! ok for a snack and a sausage roll and a drink! there are seats to sit down! it can get very busy!

As a fast food retail outlet, it is quite a pleasant shop. It is clean and well laid out. The food is freshly made and available to take away or sit down to eat. It is always busy and sometimes the staff seemed to be overrun and do not have those extra seconds to make the customer feel that little bit special or important to the business.

We stopped for a drink and snack on a Saturday. They now have tables and chairs to eat in. It was very pleasant and would call again

Popped in for a water and a hot snack. But the cheer and onion roll was cold and a disappointment. Served quickly by the staff

Visited here yesterday for a coffee and bacon bap which was horrible and the way it was presented was awfull the bap had not been cut properly so the bacon was just hanging around in the bag would not try again.

Not to my taste - food full of fat and sugar. Coffee is vile and overpriced. Tiny area to sit down in is always dirty.

Good variety of quick snacks. When they are baking and bringing out all the hot bread it smells amazing!

Always good for a quick bite while on the hoof, nice pies and pastries and cakes on offer throughout the day.

Fresh food slightly cheaper than london prices - nice variety of cakes and sandwiches centrally located in Wellington town centre can't miss the site.

Greggs amaze me with how they keep their prices so reasonable regardless to whichever part of Britain. They make a refreshing change to the usual fast food burger bars plus their coffee is much nicer and cheaper than the likes of Costa and Starbucks.

the old layout suited me as the bread section was separate from the hot and cold food service so you could be served v quickly if you only food. Now it is all one queue and the bread section is greatly reduced. Greggs have obviously decided that fast food is the way forward for them, therefore I now buy all my bread and cakes in Wellington Market

Had to ask for table to be cleaned as covered in food. It was done by wiping all the dirt off the table but then on to the chairs!!!! Ordered a cheese and bean pastie/roll which was barely tepid and tasted so poor quality. The filling was like a mashed up paste of a couple of baked beans, a piece of tinned sausage and was just a soggy horrid mess.The baby's high chair was covered in food and stains from top to bottom. Would not even wish to touch it!! Absolutely horrid place and the floor was completely covered in old food. Yuck. Couldn't get out quick enough and certainly won't be going again!

prices gone up quality has not, everything seems to be undersized and taste is not there for me, think better value is available from the many cafes in Wellington

Me and my daughter (age 11) went for lunch in Greggs in Telford. We arrived and were surprised that there was no queue other that one lady in front of us. We were waiting ages for the lady in front of us to be served but then we got to the till. We ordered a Sausage Roll and a Sprite for my daughter and a Ham and Cheese Toastie and a Tea for me. We got everything straight away other than the Ham and Cheese Toastie which the lady said she will bring out to us. We found a seat and sat down and my Ham and Cheese Toastie came out straight away! It was really good how fast they were with it! I went to find some sauce but sad to say there wasn't any sauce. What restaurant has no sauce?! As a returning customer, I was happy with the service and will definitely return again.
