Greggs in Lichfield

Good to pop in when going to the train station. Lots of free parking around and friendly staff. Great offers when using the app.

Very stale bakes! Went in late in the day & they served cold & stale bakes which were probably cooked early morning! Won't visit again!

went to order my favourite brew at Gregg's rivergate and was told No tea on a Sunday morning.😳walked into supermarket next door and their shelves where stacked with tea bags. Felt like saying to the staff in Gregg's give me a tenner and will pop next door and buy you some tea ‼️

I have used this branch of Greggs on several occasions and find it to be good value and serves decent snacks etc. Normal Greggs fayre, which is no bad thing at all.

Always enjoy their bacon and sausage rolls, fresh, tasty and always hot, of course the cakes are are lovely too, cant resist when I go in. Sadly due to Covid the seating area is not open, cant wait for to be available again, so enjoyed going for breakfast, always looked after and always clean and tidy.

Greggs is an ideal place to grab a quick snack for me and the kids on a day out. It is consistent and cheap. Carry on the good work.

Had a recent poor experience when the 2 sausage rolls were cold'ish. We usually have good and friendly service so this experience was unusual.

What should you expect from a sarnie shop who specialise in hot drinks with a sarnie? I'll tell you. . . . . Hot Tea or tea of any temperature. Not at this Gregg's. No teabags I'm told. 4 staff members and not one of them have the commonsense to go and buy some until their supplies arrive. So, I went and got a Subway tea and brought it into Gregg's. They weren't happy but hey ho, don't run out of teabags at 8am in the morning

Often visit for a lunchtime snack whe we are in Lichfield. Reliable quality and friendly, helpful, staff.

The staff hear are always welcoming but at times they tend to get orders wrong. On a number of occasions I have ended up with the wrong sauce on sandwiches or other items I have not asked for.

The vegan sausage roll never disappoints. I popped into Greggs today and got a delicious 🌱 sausage roll. I hope Greggs never takes them off the menu. They are amazing. The customer service was friendly and helpful as well. Greggs also offers a variety of other items for all tastes, regular sausage rolls, cheese pizza, sandwiches, wraps, salads, pepperoni pizza, an assortment of drinks, cookies, and donuts. Greggs is the perfect place for a light snack or a meal. You can dine in or take away.

My daughter loves a steak bake from Gregs, it doesn't matter which branch you go to they take the same. Great value for a quick bite to eat.

Both Greggs in town arevery busy, and doing an excellent trade with hot pasties and pies. Good choice of cakes,take away and hot drinks.

We regularly visit this shop, in the centre of Lichfield, for a quick lunch - sausage rolls are good value.

A visit to Greggs is mandatory in our house when shopping on a Saturday in Lichfield. We all like their Veg Pasties and Yum Yums as our weekend treat. Can get busy, reasonable prices, some staff more friendly than others.

The place you rely on for a quick snack. Always plenty of choice. Fast, freindly service - important to me.

We often pop into Greggs in market street Lichfield first thing on our shopping trips for a breakfast bap and coffee. The service is always really friendly and helpful and the food is fresh and tasty. Where else could you get 2 baps and cup of coffee eating in for £4 Great value.

Nipped in here Saturday afternoon for the festive bake and sausage rolls.They where promptly served by the pleasant staff and where hot and nice but average Greggs food.

Lichfield is getting busy and on the lead up to Christmas there are many places to purchase snacks. You can't go far wrong in joining the queue at Greggs, especially when one particular chap is working (sorry, don't know his name) he is so friendly and works really hard to keep the queue moving along. Good food served with a smile, what else could you want

The UK's largest bakery chain and they don't sell scones! Says it all. They are only interested in the take away and cafe side of the business now.

Working in Lichfield and saw a good old faithful Greggs. As you would expect all the great favourites with lovely smiley staff. Everywhere was clean and we'll looked after. The staff are a credit to this shop!

As always the Gregg's staff are warm and friendly beings. Their baguettes are always fresh and the hot chocolate made on the spot.

Wanted a quick breakfast whilst wandering round Lichfield and were pleasantly surprised. lovely lady behind the counter, very helpful. Coffe/tea good and hot and plenty of bacon on the bacon rolls. Good value too!!

Popped in for the usually popular Bacon&Cheese turnover just to fill a gap. Surprised and disappointed to see an empty tray and alarmed to see they're priced at £1.65 each. We bought from a Motorway Greggs for £1.10 each a month or so ago.. What's going on? Poor Management to not have these trays occupied by produce.........

I love Greggs, the food is fabulous and a short waiting time for hot food...good quality food at reasonable prices. My niece often gets me food from there.

Anyone who has experienced a Greggs will know what to experience from this Greggs, however the staff from my experience always make a difference, always cheerful, male and female staff are brilliant.

The staff are friendly and helpful, the food selection was great and the store was kept clean.The food was delicious and would recommend!

Always good value and friendly service. A good selection of snacks and an orderly queu which keeps moving.

As with most Greggs, this doesn't disappoint. Always fresh sandwiches, cakes etc although difficult to get a seat at times.....but that's due to it being so popular.

You can always tell a quality establishment when you have to queue! Very popular and yes, you may have to queue but the service and food is great.

Always good to go here but any Greggs are.Staff always polite and friendly.The products are nice and warm and make a good light snack

Greggs is Greggs tasty sandwiches and sausage rolls for a reasonable quick lunch , can't always sit down but we use Gregg half a dozen times a year

Brilliant. You can always rely on Greggs for good fresh food served by cheerful staff. This is no exception.

Don't even bother with this Greggs, all the staff are rude (with the exception of the short lady with short brown hair) they often just turn around and walk off to get something out of the oven which I'm pretty sure is not even turned on as the last hot pasty I was served at this place was about 12 months ago. The bacons wet and has an inch thick layer of fat around the edge. You could question on if the sausages are even meat as they are full of grissle and what can only be described as haribo gel. This place is a disgrace and the manager needs to start managing her staff and take some sort of course on people skills. The Greggs around the corner has some of the most friendly staff I've ever met and are a credit to the company.
