Greggs in Bromsgrove

Used to be a great small shop where you could nip in for a sausage roll but now the queues are enormous took me 21 minutes on a relatively quiet Thursday, so God help you on a Saturday. Understaffed and had the cheek to ask me after waiting 21 minutes if I wanted to donate some money with my order to fund breakfast for poor children, with that level of service the kids would long starve to death before they benefited. Greggs isn't restaurant material, the food simply isn't good enough for that, people just like to sit down indoors.

90% time not enough food prepared never enough hot vegetarian options I,ve headed 12 -2pm headed never enough stock every time without fail

Visited Bromsgrove on Thursday 9th June, 2022 on the last day of our holiday in Warwickshire. Unfortunately it was raining and we were looking for a place to have a quick snack. Walking down the High Street we found Greggs and called in. We ordered the Chickenbakes and consumed them in the cafe area. The food was delicious and staff very friendly. Most enjoyable.

Great place for your food lovely selection always piping hot and fresh reccomend highly.easy to get to staff always have a smile on their face and eager to serve you love Thier sausage rolls and steak bakes! Jammy doughnuts are hard to avoid too keep up the good work!

Food is always nice just wish it was hot or miss to if it was warm or cold :( besides this staff are more than helpful always polite

You know what to expect here. Popular food at low prices with quick service. A guilty pleasure. There is usually a queue so it must be doing something right!

Really cannot complain, good value, good range, friendly staff. Handy for a quick bite on the go or sit in.

An average bakery situated in the middle of Bromsgrove High Street. Bread and pasties are nice and so are drinks. Cakes are nice too. But there is nothing else too say really apart from they charge you to eat in and sometimes it is busy. Staff can be polite, but most of the time miserable. Overall good for on the go, but not as a first choice bakery.

its a greggs wot can I say.food is ok staff friendly enough but nearly tripped over a pidgeon on the way out.

Have eaten here many times. Very large menu but the food is always good, as is the service. Last time I had the cheeseburger and I have to say it was perfect, a real tasty burger. The rest of our group all had different meals, but we were all very pleased.

Greggs offer a speedy lunch to take away service. Hot pies and pasties. Sandwiches and drinks as well as bread and rolls. The hot steak pie is my favourite and can be eaton on the go.

This greggs has had a refurbishment and looks really nice and new you can now sit in (limited seating) you have to pay a little more to eat in. I think this is due to the government and the V.A.T. rules. the also have free WiFi. Hot and cold food and drinks. My only complaint is that the day I went a Saturday the music in the shop was very loud and you had to almost shout to tell the staff what you wanted. Staff are nice and helpful.

Come here once a week to grab the orders for my work Colleagues, not much selection at the time I go in (8:15am).I've noticed that each Time I go the food is always cold never seems warm.. Do they use the day before left overs??? A positive point would be the young lad who's working at that time of the day is a real asset to the place friendly and cheerful!

Nearly always pop in for a sausage roll when shopping in Bromsgrove - only one though, have to think of my figure! Try one they are great!

I have visited here twice in the past 6 months and on each occasion the food has not been hot enough, nor has it met the standards that Greggs usually aspires to and that I've experienced in other outlets.

Sausage rolls second to none and good selection of cakes and pastries, staff very polite and jovial.

For what it's worth this is a very handy place to get a sandwhich, crisps and a cake on a budget. Always handy if you see one when your out and about
