Greggs in Gloucester

I bought a pack of 5 spicy chicken goujons from here, they were delicious! Very tasty, actually spicy, and fresh and hot which is just what you want. The guy behind the counter was very friendly and professional, always nice to get customer service with a smile. Would recommend for tasty quick-grab grub.

Visited on Saturday 13th November. Very disappointed that Greggs had not set things up better for socially distancing and some customers did not wear face masks whilst in the store.

y ahora tienen un tono condescendiente a la moda sobre "hacer cola" adecuada / expandirse a otras áreas, como "esto es todo lo que tenemos" cuando se les preguntó si tenían bagels calientes / nota que sí uso una máscara voluntariamente. . lugar triste

No estoy seguro de qué métodos de capacitación utiliza Greggs para su personal, ¡pero lo hacen a la perfección! No importa cuán ocupados siempre sean rápidos pero amigables. ¡Sabes lo que vas a conseguir con un Greggs y no te puedes equivocar!

It is not hard to see why Greggs have such a strong following. The food is great value and always well cooked and tasty. They are expanding to meet the requirements of different dietary requirements and always seem one step ahead. The staff at this one are friendly and very efficient.

When I vacated my hotel opposite Market Square and get my car in the Carpark in this Shopping center to leave Gloucester at 7Am, I visited this early open shop to have a hot sausage roll. It is a lovely clean establishment, and the smell of freshly cooked food draws you in. It is worth a visit if you come again. I thoroughly recommend the food here, its very hygienic and safe eating.

What's not to love about a Greggs! Esp when you get a bacon roll and any coffee for just £2! I've never seen an empty Greggs anywhere!

A place for travellers- great coffee. Everything very fresh. I had blueberry muffins and a croissant. Energised and refreshed!

tasty, affordable and very polite staff, but tucked away and almost missed. could do with some seating nearby and maybe a bin?

It is the perfect lunchtime stop next to the Eastgate Shopping Centre with a wide range of pies and pastries along with a good selection of beverages.

What can I say apart from one of the best around this area with the staff polite and helpful. Will definitely visit this again.

Went in on a Friday morning. 4 customers in front so expected slow device but it was terrible. 1 person serving who did not seem to be worried about the que. 1 other member of staff going back and forth putting items out - did they stop to help reduce the que? Of course not. Breakfast time rush with customers on the way to work, more staff required by far! And not even a 'sorry for waiting'. This needs sorting please.

Why is there never any hot food? I come in here most days and never any baguettes or hot baguettes. Always empty? I like the coffee tho.

Greggs Southgate street- poor staff, can never seem to have stuff ready in morning, always cold in there. Overall poor poor poor

This is a little shop for your sandwiches, cakes etc, Nothing special, centre of town and convenient. but just an average Greggs shop.

Always a que at this very popular Greggs ...time it right and get the sausage rolls as they come out of the oven. Eat out to pay only 85 p..its another 15 p to eat in.

Like many people I've visited a fair few different greggs stores across the country, and to be fair, this one is actually one of the better ones. The food is always hot, and the store is well stocked.

this is a clean well presented shop staffed by polite efficient friendly people, quite a bit of the food for sale is made up fresh on the premises, a large variety of fresh bread rolls savouries etc. conveniently situated in the shopping arcade.

Constantly disappointed by this place, keep giving it a go in the hope it will get better - it doesn't; either there's not enough staff to serve or they've run out of basics at peak times; food often cold and not appetising. The air con is on all the time which makes it really cold when waiting. They haven't worked out yet that when you order a bacon roll and a coffee, if you make the roll first it goes cold by the time they do the coffee, poor management, supervision -not good.

Went here on Saturday morning. The store had just 2 loaves of uncut bread so didn't bother. Pretty poor for one of the biggest bakers in the UK

Greggs is always good for a quick tasty snack and this one's no different. We had a steak and Stilton sausage type roll which was excellent, then a nice cake to finish. You really can't go wrong if you need a quick bite to eat.

Cannot resist these. They often have four on a special price.

Nothing different to any other Greggs oh all but the price! Not sure why it's different each shop? Clean, quick service unless you are waiting for something out of the oven but no longer than 10 minutes, smiley helpful staff.

Value for money always here. Special deals if eating before 11.30 Very good service and in the heart of town centre.

You cannot come to the UK and NOT get hooked on Greggs sausage rolls ...time it right and they are hit, just out of the oven. If you want them hot, it costs more due to tax but if it just happens they are freshly cooked....winner. Also buy takeaway and eat outside otherwise it's a 20% more tax to pay

Worth waiting in a long queue as freshly baked food was excellent. Prices are very good and always special offers on.

Nice clean place food good not bad prices always hot and staff very helpfull you can get meal ideas to take away ideal to carry in your bag and eat when you are ready plenty places to sit and eat

I have purchased food and drink once from here and would never do so again. The coffee was bitter and unpleasant and I left this as a full cup. I had also ordered a sausage roll. After one mouthful I decided this was bird food and feed it to the seagulls, I think they appreciated it more than I.

Simple, tasty hot and cold food to take away -very reasonable prices. Ask for Cheese and Onion pie/pasty or vegetable if you are vegetarian

Good on the go but feeding a family of 4 was over £12! So it wouls have been cheaper to go to the chippy! Maybe they could be cheaper!

Always stop at either of the Gregg in Gloucester, I love the food. Really good stuff, always hot, always ready, always good! The price is handy too, nice and reasonable.
