Greggs in Erewash

Brilliant service...loved fuel bar and orange juice ...staff good...good ambience ....I did take away ...I would highly recommend

It is a excellent place with a wide range of food and drink and a warm place too and all the staff are very friendly too.

Greggs is the evil personification of bakeries in this country. All I want is good, crusty, tasty bread of different varieties. What I am offered is vegetarian sausage rolls.

I personally did not visit Greggs, but my neighbour did, she bought me a fresh baked cornish pastie, which was beautiful, with chips & gravy

We were visiting the fair and we'd had our burger and pork roll. It was good to find somewhere open for a coffee and a sit down Greggs coffee is good.

We were visiting an event at the museum and popped out for a walk round the market and to find some lunch. Greggs is always a safe bet, a range of good basic food at reasonable prices. This one has space to sit and eat too.

Highly recommended, 10 10 Peng. Gelato 3.5s for 30's. Ask for a hereby sausage roll and they slip your bud in the bottom of the bag.

This place does a nice cuppa at a nice price and the staff are very friendly. The foods always tasty(very greasy) but nice all the same

all greggs is now is a open toilet, a mother and baby and pushchair group meeting place, a oppurtunity for secret eaters to guts grease, and a oppurtunity for the less fortunate to pinch sugar.

The customer service wasn't good as the workers didn't even attempt to make genuine conversation, but it's understandable why because the workers must go through a lot of stress working in the hot and fast paced environment that is Greggs. The pasties I ordered weren't great as they were frozen, that's how cold it was; I couldn't feel a bit of warmth in the pasty when I bit into it. Not only that, but when I asked if I could have it heated the worker said they're not allowed- what rubbish is that?!! I asked if I could have a different one, that was warm, but the employee said if I wanted a warm one I'd have to wait 20 minutes for it to come out...20 minutes!! Having said that, the sandwich I had (a tuna and sweetcorn baguette) was quite nice because there was a lot of tuna unlike sandwiches from other places, such as Tesco. However, if you're looking for something healthy to eat, Greggs isn't the place because even the sandwiches and baguettes are a lot of calories, too much for what they should be.

always good for a quick sandwich on the move or a sausage roll and a cake. The coffee isn't bad either. a good staff always pleasant with me.

Excellent value for a bacon baguette and a tea for brekkie. Nice clean tables and for the money hard to beat.

Popped in to Greggs to make myself feel better with a cake and coffee, was waiting in the Que and I was just watching this lady (at the time didn't know her name) Angela. She was happy, smiley, laughing all in the most professional way, making the customers feel welcome! Nothing was too much effort or trouble!!!!, no huffing no slamming around the place, I hope this lady stays at Greggs for a long time, this is a 5* rating for this member of staff, Angela. On the other hand a woman manager came out and was miserable as sin, this manager should not be working with the public, but just in a office away from everyone else, no hello, how are you today?, slammed around in a huff! Unprofessional- no excuse for this behaviour,

Food shop where you can sit next eat breakfast all freshly cooked. Also sells tea, coffee, cakes,pasties etc. All freshly cooked

We had never had a "pasty" and we were told this is the place. We got beef and cheese pasties, sausage pasties and a beef pasty. We also got a wonderful chocolate muffin. Everything was terrific and I doubt it was healthy in the least but I don't think pasty foods and healthy eating really go together.

Just popped in for a sausage roll and a coffee with my partner, great customer service, fast members of staff, the lady who served us Angela was outstanding, friendly and brilliant customer service! Will return to this Gregg's because of Angela!

Been in more than one shop of Greggs all are good value cheap and very tasty.! Freshly bake & quick serve.

No es un bolsillo de carne. Es un "pastie". Y es muy, muy bueno. Fui a Greggs en Mansfield, pero no puedo encontrar en tripadvisor. Es una cadena. Me imagino la comida es la misma. Fuimos para un rápido pastel de carne, pero no pude contenerme de conseguir una porción de pizza. Pizza en panaderías sabor bastante diferente de deli o pizza restaurante. Tenía una costra ligeramente dulce y perfecta cantidad de queso. Los bolsillos de caliente en muchas variedades. El café es bueno. Muchas personas estaban comiendo en sus coches. Recomiendo encarecidamente este rápido la mano comida.

Won't sit in greggs because they have a open door policy .In winter when it's cold and windy it's absolutely freezing in there if your near the door .its ok for the staff they have all the cookers keeping them warm .The heater above the door in cold weather is useless.There's better places to eat where you can actually take your coat off and relax without shivering your socks off!

If you get it fresh its lovely, if it's at the end of the day then, hmmpft!The sandwiches and sausage rolls are the best bet.

Nothing special! Just Greggs! Nice to have the option to sit in now they've moved to larger premises. Toilets a little off putting but I just avoided these!

Good variety of food, good service, clean environment, great, especially when it's raining or you are in a rush.

I was very surprised to read such negative reviews for Ilkeston Greggs. We have popped into Greggs for a bacon or sausage bap several mornings. The latte is lovely and the bacon and sausage baps are tasty and all in all very good value for money. No - this is not the Ritz, but I think it's good value for a quick and tasty breakfast.

Not impressed at all. The steak bake was cold, sausage roll was very greasy. Tables hadn't been cleaned, bearing in mind we paid an extra 20% VAT to sit down to eat! The toilet had no toilet paper and the bin was full of dirty nappies which were spilling over the top. All in all a bad experience. Wasn't expecting it to be anything glamourous and I'm never one to complain but felt the need to mention this.

Recently opened on Bath Street opposite the Albion Centre, restaurant is clean, well decorated with plenty of seating inside, service is quick and efficient. Normal Greggs menu on offer, you know what you are getting.
