Greggs in Liverpool

Shop very dirty. Food all over floor. Bin overflowing & staff just walked past it all -3pm not even busy

Fast food chain that you can find throughout the United Kingdom, it is not a bad option if you don't have much time to have a sweet, it is usually takeaway and has an affordable price. You can almost say that you find one on every corner.

If you come in and grab items and walk out you have more respect than a paying customer. Why be open so late if you cannot sit and eat with no pos to mention this. No staff at the front of tills.

loud ambient noise and my hearing is kinda bad but the staff were so patient while my anxious self who couldn't hear very well was misunderstanding everything they do 😭 thanks

The eating area wasn't very clean. Dirty tables and food on the floor. Toilets were not in a good state either. Ok for a take out.

No complaints, love a Greggs sausage roll! Hard to give it 5 stars as at the end of the day, it is a Greggs outlet!

Gregg's are always good value, with good food, and this store is no exception.

Whenever I go in here for food is stone cold go to castle street instead staff are friendly and food is always spot on

Absolutely cracking joint, Stupendous confectionary, top class staff if your ever in the area please go in you won't regret it (Ask for Garfield) quite good even though i haven't left Slough. Photo attached is me!

Great pasties. Busy shop but toilet could do with regular checks. Bit of a mess and only 1230 lunchtime.

Lovely friendly helpful staff Toilet was disgusting and not fit for purpose, didn't appear to be cleaned in months

Good experience there. Sat in for our afternoon tea with a cake. Staff went out of their way to make the tea (I'm fussy) just the way I and hubby liked it rather than the Gregg's way. Thanks to both staff, very kind to us oldies.

I like Gregg's the food was tasty especially the chicken sandwiches and the staff were very friendly and pleasant quick service, clean, observing covid rules

Always plenty of good quality, affordable and tasty choices, ready to eat instantly or in minutes! This is one of the more spacious Greggs in Liverpool and has a nice atmosphere, with a view of the busy shoppers of the high Street right outside.

More choice of pasties it occasionally cold

Quite a new store very worryingly seeing young guy working on his own for best part of an hour with queue to door no sight or sound of manager !! It’s sunday morning One other staff member slips on wet floor when coming back from cigarette break gives it a dirty look then joggs on.
