Greggs in Luton

I had an issue with a car I had just picked up - the 2 members of staff were amazing!! so helpful and kind,helping with a supply of water to fill the car up asking if I was ok etc even though they both were clearly busy, even washing out a used milk bottle and filling with water for me just in case I needed it - unfortunately I only got as far as Harpenden realising that I needed a mechanic - I didn’t get their names but I would be proud if they were my children and especially my staff!! Big thumbs up 👍🏼

The coffee's not always to par but the baguettes are good with any beverage and this is a clean, modern outlet coveniently set inside a business park

Its a smal place but very busy, food was fresh and service was quick, excellent for a quick lunch. And as a fair bit of parking space.

Simple order... bacon roll with tomato sauce. Get back to office ... brown sauce! Not the first order that has been wrong but don't realise until too late. Seriously.... can not be that difficult !

Visited on Saturdays , tables full of rubbish, spilt coffee all over the floors , tables or floor not cleaned the half an hour i was in there. Wasnt particulary busy so i would have expected staff to at least clean up the spills, no customer toilets either

Small unit on the industrial estate near the main entrance. Offers all the normal things. Clean and tidy with indoor seating.

Greggs is nice small, air-conditioned café situated next to the security office of the Capability Green Business Park and with a small amount of parking outside (10 spaces only, no other public parking available on the business park). Friendly service. Good selection of rolls, pastries and hot snacks at sensible prices. Well recommended if you need a quick break / lunch snack.
