Greggs in Preston

Got cheese&onion bake, chicken bake and hash browns. All of which are supposed to be hot food, but all of them were so cold it looked like they served stale food. Didn't like it at all

Called in today around 14-00. Shop clearly following social distancing rules. Staff cheery and friendly. Coffee good. Tried a Festive Bake. Sorry to say very bad choice. Pastry very oily and greasy, as for filling difficult to say what it was, some sort of salty mushy substance, very non descript in taste. Very like baby food. Have had a greasy oily taste in my mouth ever since.

£2.20 for a bacon barm and coffee. Love it!

I work at True Colours, a tattoo studio local to this particular Greggs, and we frequent here at least 5 days a week for our coffee's. Every single time, without fail, service is first class. In particular, Dan is excellent with customers, he always tries to upsell, he's always really friendly, likeable, professional. This applies to the whole team here - they're a great bunch and an asset to the Greggs brand. THANK YOU GUYS.

1 lad dealing with multiple customers quickly and efficiently. Getting upsells of nearly everyone. Puts other shops to shame.
