Says delivered but not delivered … very bad service no option to report no delivery diabolical

i still haven’t received my food

Greggs Pizza is absolutely delicious, Driver was quick.

We was missing half of the food!!!

Separate the food and drink bags, for goodness sake. Ordered two meals and the only thing separated was the bottled and sealed drink. Not one food item was edible because the hot drinks spilled and ruined everything.

Does not open at half 6. Waited outside untill 6:45 the woman completely ignored us

wrapped so well and came on time. the coffee was taped so well, that except 2 raindrops worth, nothing was spilled. thank you

Driver was friendly and staff left a cute message on my delivery bag :) they even spelled my name right which meant a lot, thank you 💓

driver was very very polite and accommodating. as it was a big order he managed to deliver without complaining or issues.

The GREGGS in crisp street market is just. Dirty. Very dirty. To be honest I am disappointed that is kept open it should close down because of cleanness hazards. Just a honest opinion. You can do better or hire a cleaner. This is a brand company please check the presentation of your shops

Perfect delivery but the food was very cold

I placed my order, received it earlier than expected and thoroughly enjoyed it! I was able to use a promotional code to get £10 of my order which was fantastic, and lastly the employees even wrote lovely little messages on the bags my food came in.

Food quality was bad was missing a item and the sausage rolls wasn’t warm

Whoever always take care of my order and always leaves that note to say thank you for ordering , it is much appreciated and makes us want to come back .

Missing several items and given incorrect ones- avoid

Sorry for that but service ( staff are rude ) I had an issue and they charged me twice and they didn’t even want to listen to me by saying payment didn’t go through and obviously payment went through Disappointed…

food arrived very late and very cold. I called the restaurant and the driver collected it 1hr before actually starting to driver over to deliver

It was so late I had finished my lunch time and was not able to eat it.

Don’t usually have a issue when ordering. Items were missing and replaced with something my children won’t eat. Coffee was delivered not sealed properly with open hole so it spilt everywhere. Would have thought it would have been a fully closed lid.

Not worth the risk of going. They randomly close whenever they feel like it. 16:04 they closed today (saturday). Last time I came, they were closed by 2pm.

Ordered a chicken bake aswell as the rest and never came

Most of the order missing! Had to order from another place as Kids had nothing for their lunch! Not hard to read the order and put the items in a bag if there 8 items then 8 go in the bag not 2 👍

Throughout October, November and December 2023 and now March 2024 - this Greggs in Poplar has a habit of closing early. Staff seem to find excuses for closing early. Families live in this area who rely on this Greggs for after school food.

Vegan sausage rolls were actually warm. First branch to do this and tasted the best I've had.

The tuna baguette was filled more with spinach and lettuce that bulked it out from the bottom, with little strip of tuna on top, (would prefer more tuna less of the leaves) but taste was alright. The rest of the food was ok, all the hot food arrived nice and warm and everything was labelled which made it easy to distribute the correct food, thank you, and the doughnuts were lovely.

Pizza was not tasty. Margheritta is one flavour of pizza you cannot screw up. Even that was not tasty. it was very sweet. I felt like bread + tomato ketchup on it. Potato chips were not salted/peppered/crisp - they were soggy. Coffee was good. Delivery was very fast and very good.

Always low on pastries, the elderly female is very grumpy every time I go there, no smile on her face not sure why. I guess Greggs is not looking out for her.

After waiting longer than the estimated time, my food arrived cold, and my coffe was spilled.

Honestly one of the best Greggs I have ever had. Everything was fresh and the sausage rolls were still as warm as if they come straight out the oven. Store left a little note on the back to enjoy too, which was a nice little gesture. Delivery driver was very polite.

One sausage in my roll I've never seen anything like it

Driver went to another delivery first which I understand but then went to the estate behind my house stood knocking on a random door for 5 minutes before realising it was the wrong road altogether. He then went the wrong way and got lost again before finally coming to my house then tried to tell me my food was still hot because he came straight from greggs!! I watched his entire journey so I know he lied and my toastie wasn’t even warm enough to eat.
