waited nearly an hour for my food to go out for delivery and driver drove to a spot in the opposite direction that was further from the restaurant than my house is

lodered delivery it it went to collection tried again same thing happened this is disgraceful it now says collected i am disabled and could not collect even if I to IAM now out ofpocked by

Food is missing. Didn’t get delivered to my door so not sure if driver stole my food or if someone else did.

Hot and tasty. Definitely good cold weather comfort food. Also, thank you sooo much for the lovely message written on the bag. I hope you have lovely day too

Don’t usually have a issue when ordering. Items were missing and replaced with something my children won’t eat. Coffee was delivered not sealed properly with open hole so it spilt everywhere. Would have thought it would have been a fully closed lid.

Not worth the risk of going. They randomly close whenever they feel like it. 16:04 they closed today (saturday). Last time I came, they were closed by 2pm.

Ordered a chicken bake aswell as the rest and never came

Most of the order missing! Had to order from another place as Kids had nothing for their lunch! Not hard to read the order and put the items in a bag if there 8 items then 8 go in the bag not 2 👍

Throughout October, November and December 2023 and now March 2024 - this Greggs in Poplar has a habit of closing early. Staff seem to find excuses for closing early. Families live in this area who rely on this Greggs for after school food.

Vegan sausage rolls were actually warm. First branch to do this and tasted the best I've had.

The tuna baguette was filled more with spinach and lettuce that bulked it out from the bottom, with little strip of tuna on top, (would prefer more tuna less of the leaves) but taste was alright. The rest of the food was ok, all the hot food arrived nice and warm and everything was labelled which made it easy to distribute the correct food, thank you, and the doughnuts were lovely.

Pizza was not tasty. Margheritta is one flavour of pizza you cannot screw up. Even that was not tasty. it was very sweet. I felt like bread + tomato ketchup on it. Potato chips were not salted/peppered/crisp - they were soggy. Coffee was good. Delivery was very fast and very good.

Always low on pastries, the elderly female is very grumpy every time I go there, no smile on her face not sure why. I guess Greggs is not looking out for her.

After waiting longer than the estimated time, my food arrived cold, and my coffe was spilled.

Honestly one of the best Greggs I have ever had. Everything was fresh and the sausage rolls were still as warm as if they come straight out the oven. Store left a little note on the back to enjoy too, which was a nice little gesture. Delivery driver was very polite.

Store is always closed earlier than advertised

One sausage in my roll I've never seen anything like it

Driver went to another delivery first which I understand but then went to the estate behind my house stood knocking on a random door for 5 minutes before realising it was the wrong road altogether. He then went the wrong way and got lost again before finally coming to my house then tried to tell me my food was still hot because he came straight from greggs!! I watched his entire journey so I know he lied and my toastie wasn’t even warm enough to eat.

My food arrived hard and cold and arrive 2hours 20 minutes late

Driver had delivery to do before so food was cold when arrived but worst part was there was no milk with the Tea so it just went down the drain.

Requested bacon well done in notes. The bacon arrived undercooked. I’ve never experienced this issue before when ordering from other branches. Unfortunately both rolls had to be thrown away.

No sausage when i ordered a sausage and bacon roll, no chicken and no bacon in the chicken and bacon baguette so dont understand why they name it that because its only filled with leaves and sliced tomatoes

Ordered the chicken and stuffing baguette. Very dry with hardly any filling, only a few scraps of chicken. Clearly no care taken with the order. Don’t recommend.

Just eat, you guys really need to sort your deliver drivers. They have a reputation of non delivery and in my company alot of Mt staffs have complained of non delivery of their order. Its just sad. I ordered today and the same thing happened driver did not deliver after calling and taking my postcode. Driver even went ahead to cut all my calls when I tried calling him up. Its just sad. Av lost all hope using this app. Would go to uber eats going forward.
