Coffee was cold. I asked for it to be reheated and was told I can add hot water? Like that will warm the coffee up! Make it right in the first place. Sat in and the cafe was dirty, every table and it wasn’t busy at all.

We have literally just discovered Greggs on the motorway and it is quality food with great service for excellent value. Everyone else has obviously discovered it as it was the longest queue in the services. The staff are brilliant and very quick while maintaining good customer service and it feels homely and friendly. Certainly know where we will be stopping in future and highly recommend for freshness, quality and value. P.S. lovely ladies serving at Carlisle south bound

Great staff always helpful nice and clean shop good and value for money. Savourys always hot and lovely coffee will definitely go back.

Excellent service excellent when something what didn’t like I give the guy 10 out 10 never argued just got on with it and made me another sandwich roll not many people like them now a days time visited 6.45am 28/02/2020 lot people said what is wrong with the roll sandwich

Lady serving dropped my baguette bag on the floor then proceeded to put my sandwich in it!! When I complained she told me it would be ok! I asked for tomato sauce on my other baguette and she completely covered it so that it was dripping out the bag. Had to throw it away when I got home.

Greggs Greggs every where you look in Carlisle there is a Greggs all very nice all very tasty nice clean shops all with very helpful staff I did visit them all over the 4 days I was in Carlisle

Typical Greggs, stopped for lunch, shop was clean and tidy, staff were pleasant and was served quickly. Food offering is as per any other Greggs

Been here a few times and it serves all the normal Greggs food great if you are in a rush and the staff are really helpful, couldn't wish for more

We went and on the electronic screens and counter it said Cheese pizza slice. Then it said served all day and we asked and said made about lunchtime! The cheese and onion bake was way to cheesy and not cheap. The cloudy apple juice was nice. Would maybe go again

This is a very pleasant Greggs in Denton Holme, Carlisle. With seating and great staff. The breakfast menu is great value.
