Extremely rude staff member who was condescending and horrible to another customer in front of me, he was being embarrassed by this staff member who wanted to argue with this gentleman about a query why customers without the app were given priority service, I told her she was rude and walked out without my breakfast in disgust. A need for customer service training is a priority at this place See a previous review for similar feedback

Had to walk out because we stood there for at least 5 minuets in an empty restaurant and staff didn’t bother to take our order. The place is messy and grim. Needs shutting down.

16 Coliseum WayFood was cold. Arrived late and missing a drink that was ordered. Also the cold drinks were in the same bag as the food, so drink was warm food was cold
