Greggs in Cheshire West and Chester

Had to walk out because we stood there for at least 5 minuets in an empty restaurant and staff didn’t bother to take our order. The place is messy and grim. Needs shutting down.

Food was fine but the can from the meal deal was missing. Tried to call to rectify but the phone is dead and it would seem there is no other way to contact them. Very poor customer service

food missing,cold, and the food that did turn up was very poor. will never be eating there again. don't even deserve 1 star

Stay well clear, batter on fish crispy like toast, fish still raw. Absolutly disguysting. Had to bin the lot.

food was stone cold, not even luke warm. definately not cooked fresh, asked for extra pickle on the big mac, had 1 small pickle on it, fries must have sat there at least half an hour before being served, as cold right the way through, double cheese burger cold, only thing had any warmth was nuggets and those were warm not hot or fresh, no milkshakes as usual. awful food considering it wasn't busy and should have been freshly made, absolutely wasn't and should have been b8nned by them not me, total waste of money. which foods do you recommend? none from here after tonight's dire excuse for food, felt hotter cardboard on an empty pizza box that had more flavour to it. not who it says posting incidently, my sons attached to my phone for some reason when going on Google for the website
