Greggs in Sunderland

I can’t comment on the food as I didn’t try any, but the coffee here’s really nice! Staff were very friendly and lovely, plus very quick to move out of my way when I was trying to get something from a fridge they were filling. Service was very quick, and the seating area looked clean.

Popped in whilst waiting for bus - pleasantly surprised. Room to sit inside. Staff very friendly. Under £5 for cookie, pizza and a latte

Grabbed a bite to take on the train - chicken hand-pie for breakfast (wish I'd bought two of those!), southwest wrap was perfect for lunch. Reasonably priced, good value.

Lunch time. Only 2 People serving. Really!! Surely this is one of their busy times and the paying customers deserve a better service than this. Tables were filthy. Rubbish and cups littering the place. In addition there was filth on the floors. Not a very clean or well organised place. There are plenty of other types of places like this I’m sunderland. Think long and hard before you give this lot your money. There are many independents who I think would welcome your custom and money and would be s lot more efficient and cleaner.
