went in for a pepperoni pizza with my friend and walked out with it being like warm sat in the car and bit into it and it was stone cold. my friend went back in to complain and ask for a warmer one and they refused saying they can’t warm it up or give us a refund! not a lot of money but still a waste.

I really liked Greggs Sausage Rolls, their best seller but over a period of time either my taste buds have changed or there is more pepper in them than necessary, I don't buy them any more because of this, however, if you're talking about their magnificent Steak Bake then it is in a different class, just loverly!!!!

Me and my husband had a cook breakfast on the 6th of November. My egg was overdone all crispy round the edges. The waiter said I would like you egg So I told him I would like it he brought the plate back with the same air on and just cut around the edges I find it absolutely disgusting, not fit for purpose and so it’s expensive for disgusting food would never eat or drink in there ever again again, food was disgusting.???

Dry burger bun so it literally disintegrated and had to attempt to eat a burger with a fork! Brown aged lettuce! Gloopy disgusting ‘loaded fries’ Don’t even provide napkins! Staff are not used to human interaction in any format!
