Awful service man had no clue what he was doing he was rude and abrupt and his breath stank! Would not recommend this place if use the other one in Newbury I will not be going back

The place needs closing down before someone gets food poisoning or worse, I had a chicken bake and was ill for two days The hot food is always stone cold! The management need to go on a food hygiene course before someone sues them

Its a greggs there pretty similar all over, i have had some cold chicken bakes before that should have been hot so make sure you check your order before you leave

The chips and curry sauce were great but the fish was dreadful, I ordered a medium partly as there were only small ready cooked, and I wanted something cooked fresh (I guess i should have said). I was given 2 smalls that had definitely sat around for a while. One was edible minus the very chewy batter, but the other was very dry, chewy and inedible- really disappointing on a Friday night when I thought they would have high turnover

Station Roadwas 30 minutes late and is cold very unhappy with that as its not cheap gave you over £40 for something cold don't order from here

39 Clayhill RdTonight I paid £9 for a cod and chips. The portion size was ridiculously small. What an utter waste of money and cash only (wink wink) There was little no fish after peeling back the batter. Rip off!

37 Bartholomew St, Newbury, RG14 5LL, United KingdomOrdered a chicken burger- with salad. The only salad was lettuce ordered bbq chicken wings- sauce very watered down and the worst chicken wings I have ever seen. Will stick to Mrs Mollys from now on
