went there on a Saturday at 11:30am and they had no normal or vegan sausage rolls!!! Zero!! 16 mins to bake and wait!! The staff were putting 4 trays of them into the oven!!! They never seem to have anything available, we went to Gregs Hight Street instead and they had everything waiting.

I have visited several times and the food compared to other Greg’s outlets is cold at best warm, definitely not hot. It’s as if the franchise cannot afford the electric to run the display cabinets

Ordered a takeaway. Chicken satay was processed preformed meat, out of the freezer not fresh chicken. The sweet and sour balls were TINY bit of meat in a HUGE lump of batter, sauce was orange gloop and tasteless, not sweet or sour. On the whole everything was lastless and poor quality. There was nothing special don’t waste your money.

49 Upper Brook StI have been here at least 20 times over the last year. Friendly staff and nice food. Quick food and fairly cheap prices. I would recommend this place.

Winchester Services, Northbound Shroner Wood M3 Motorway, J 8/9 NorthAbusive staff unwilling to assist when I had difficulty ordering at the kiosk. Argued that kiosk working well. I walked away. They obviously are not interested in customers. Later tried BK at Fleet Services - they could not have been more different. Friendly and helpful.
