Greggs in Sandwell

Looks nice from outside but one of worst Greggs been too staff were friendly but it was dirty the Halloween cakes for sale were all squashed in packet and smudged images not fit for full price sale, croissants were dark brown over baked and the toilet was filthy clearly not been cleaned for weeks wee on floor no loo roll dirty mirror and surfaces. Walked to get a coffee and keep warm from football academy but will keep walking to McDonald’s next time

Have used this branch several times, food excellent but tables and toilet disgusting, it really lets the store down, please employ staff that take cleanliness as important as serving, I felt sick with the state of the toilet it looked like it had not been cleaned all week!!!!

The service I receive from Jodie isn't quite right when I use my vouchers. Always she has something to say loudly to make make me feel embarrassed in front of staff and other clients. Everything else, great.

Staff was so rude unprofessional and make the place clean dirty table chairs you name it is very dirty everywhere those person was working on Sunday was not doing there job properly trained them again with smile on there face look like customer Bern bother them food was not cook properly

Food is good and warm, just an average greggs really. Friendly staff and good location. Cant really say anything else.

I recently visted this branch and received fantastic service. I was in a rush so not taken much notice of the offers and Chevorn, James and Simon ensured that I was made aware of the relevant meal deals. Due to the current pandemic situation I was so glad that the team made me aware as this exceed my expectations. The branch was clean and tidy will def revisit

Love this place, it’s so so clean !! Staff are super friendly and always go out there way to show you what the latest deals are and make sure you are getting the best offer Food is always fresh and hot I always seem to see the same staff members , chevaun and another girl, they are so polite and make you feel very welcome I’ve been to a lot of greggs but this one is by far the best Big car park Seating area inside and out Keep up the good work

Although Greggs were traditionally a North East Business they are now a National concern and to find them outside the West Brom football ground was fantastic. Choice of sandwiches , hot bakes pies etc was most welcome. A must if you are anywhere near.

This greggs is clean and staff are helpful It is quite big and the food is always fresh Quite big car park as well

Always a long queue at lunchtime. Good Parking. Frequently running out of sandwich stock at lunch time.

On WBA match days this turns into a free entry Fanzone. They showcase local bands and the car park is full of hot food and drink stands. Not high prices like many football grounds are. Gregg don't raise prices either, two big rolls a soft drink and coffee for £6.00.

Good location and polite staff. Good selection of food and drink items. Rarely a long wait. Large carpark and seating available.

Just like every other GREGGS, but you get free parking (not sure about this on match days). Its not huge inside, yet there is seating available. Conveneient for meetings as its just off M5 junction 1.

Yummy pies and cheap too-served with a smile too😍 The vegetable pasty was devoured by my teenager-lots of cheese since they’ve changed the recipe-vegetarians delight

Just popped into Greggs, Birmingham Rd, West Bromwich for my lunch. Well I say popped. It’s Friday at 1pm, the queue out of the door. The poor assistant Blake was on his own. He did great. Pleasant, efficient and didn’t fluster under what must be enormous pressure. He deserves a medal!!

A lovely place, the staff are so friendly just what you need going to work at 7am. A good range of food is served. Would certainly recommend it.

We dropped in for a coffee on a wet old day, perfect place to meet up, easy access, close to the M5 and had a good sized carpark! Clearly popualr with the local police which to me is a good sign!
