Greggs in Hinckley and Bosworth

I've been working in Hinckley for years and the staff in Hinckley at the Greggs are amazing. Kara, Katie, Debbie,all the team are just diamonds Friendly, chatty, helpful. Always get a warm welcome when I pop in

Not this Gregg’s but one up castle street ,awful service nobody on front had to call and then someone came and wasn’t very happy,not very good customer service too busy chatting or on phone out the back ,shouldn’t leave shop unattended and people waiting !

We were in town and decided to get something to eat and drink from here. We decided to sit inside which it seems there is no one that cleans the area as everything always seems dirty. It was busy but we managed to get a table. I had a cheese and onion bake which was ok and cappuccino which was ok, standard Gregg's quality. Overall the place needs a massive improvement in cleanliness and possible renovation to make it more appealing like the other 2 stores in Hinckley/Burbage. Staff seemed friendly and helpful

We were in the Britannia centre as there was Santa's grotto which we went to visit and decided to get something to eat from here. We found a seat in the seating area. There was some cleaning stuff left near the bin area which we had to use to clean the table etc. The place isn't overly clean and I don't think the staff do regular cleaning. The food and drink we had was ok, I had the festive bake and a hot chocolate.

We enjoy our visits to Gregg's as we can have a chat over a bacon bap and a Lattie with friends a good start to the day

I very rarely pop in as it is always a mess, but their sausage rolls are delicious 😋 The amount of times I have asked staff ro clear the tables and wipe down. I wouldvsay the place is disgusting
