after 2 other delivery s ours came cold

Missing Coffee with the double breakfast roll deal

Waited over a hour for my order. 2 hot orders were stone cold.

sausage and bacon baguette was delivered when I ordered just a sausage baguette with extra sausage! on top of that it's stone cold! I was also missing the mango cooler which I paid for!

food was cold and hashbrowns were tough and cold.

Took 45min from ordering to delivery when its 10min drive

Food arrived cold, arrived on time and within 10min from the shop, not sure why it was cold

I order this 11.30 and didn't come until come till 12.21

my hot chocolate has not been delivered with meal for one.

Greggs is always good , best place for breakfast

Bought 4 individual sausage rolls as I wanted them warm and don’t like the 4 pack ones - so they send a 4 pack which is cheaper than the 4 I ordered. Not impressed.

Delivery turned up 20 minutes late. Took over an hour. All of it was cold! I asked for and paid for numerous additions that were not added. Never again!!!

The order did not arrive at this address :-(

Asked for a baguette with red sauce as i am allergic to brown sauce and they all came with brown sauce so wasted money on nothing as I couldn’t eat it.

Ordered on just eat and didnt receive the order. Not their fault.. im guessin the taxi driver cant read simple numbers and road names or even a SATNAV!! Given 1 star because i tried calling to see if they could contact the driver and they didnt answer.. very poor service yet again from a billion pound company. Cant even pay people to answer the phone yet the directors buy yachts and airplanes. Defo last time i spend my hard earned money at greggs..

Didnt get my food at all. Says delivered......but it wasnt....... what a total waste of money Why isnt there an option for your order was delivered 'never'??????

wrong sandwich delivered..... even has a label stating they intentionally gave me bacon and egg instead of roast chicken...... that is a disgrace

Lovely friendly staff in Bilston store.

Order every Saturday at work for 3 of us. It’s getting worse every week, delivery time, cold food, no sauce. Really poor.

The staff were lovely, swift response to problematic courier.

so I never had issue with delivery but I order a pizza sharing box other orders came but nit that one wich was the kids lunch very unsatisfied

The food was cold by the time it got here and the egg in the baguette was burnt.

I ordered two large cups of coffee and when it arrived both were half cups so payed for two large and only had one

bacon and sausage was at bottom of bag and bag was open so it was cold 🙄

Bit disappointed tbh Pizza were perfect On the other the tuna crunch baguettes got subsided with Blt that’s nearly a tenner for 2 sandwich’s no one is going to eat.

Had sent for to come at a set time and had ordered food 2 hours before and still was 15 minutes late the food was cold and my coffee was half full

We ordered BREAKFAST at 10am and the driver did not deliver the food until after 1:30pm! 3 and a half hours later!! I had contacted the restaurant while waiting and they let me know the food was ready and waiting for pick up. So the food dropped off had been sitting for hours! It wouldn’t even be safe to eat. Absolutely shocking! Have requested refund and gotten no response. Will not use just eat again! Gave 1 star as choosing zero wasn’t an option

No goujons was told to buy something cheap and we'd be sent some free doughnuts too. But delivery charge is more than the cost of doughnuts

Ordered at 7am in the morning for breakfast waited until 8am with no update so I called greggs directly to confirm about my food only to find out that they had prepared my order which would of meant cold food for me so I had to cancel the order which is inconvenient because now they have taken my money with no service just eat is falling apart. I couldn’t fault the greggs staff via the phone very friendly and very helpful it’s not there fault!

Disappointed as spent nearly £17 on order to find oval sandwich missing, but careless of team to not put this to order yet charge, especial when delivery is over £3, not good enough should get refund on delivery

Popped in here today on a quick visit to Bilston to get a hot sausage roll, the roll was hot and tasted has you would expect from Greggs, delicious,, but while waiting I looked up and noticed the extractor fan was thick with dust with flies flying round it, and where someone had eaten at a table there was food on the table and the floor, it was about 2pm and the shop was not busy, not a good impression for a first time visitor

Awful missed the main item of my delivery

The food we did receive was fine. However, the cappuccinos we ordered along with our meal deal weren't delivered. This is the second time we have experienced missing hot drinks from this Greggs when ordering a meal deal. It's extra frustrating as you can't request a refund for individual items from meal deals through just eat.

Ordered 2 breakfast rolls extra sausage paid for. No sausage received on one roll. Latte drink spilt all in the bag. Really disappointed.

i was missing an item off my order

Delivery was fantastic however the food was disgusting, the sausage rolls could break your teeth they was that burnt and overcooked! Also forgot stuff it’s pointless!

Order was on time but breakfast roll was cold & for 60p extra only adding 1 sausage to the roll is a joke . Also to not include any sugar or milk for the tea aswell is stupid

Requested extra sausage on the baguettes and literally had one sausage extra on both, sure it used to be two. Not good value for money unfortunately. Food arrived and was like warm, as were the hot drinks.
