Arrived at 12.30 and there is nothing to eat ! Sold out all sandwiches, hot foods and salads . Ask the staff when is food be ready and responded oh it be 15/30 mins to make ! I said you supposed to keep an eye on and restock but not wait till ran out ! This is your expectation when you want to eat not standing and wait for so long !!!

I ordered a chicken bake and sausage and bacon sandwich for myself and partner and also ordered cakes for my kids via just eat got my order and saw that the cakes for my kids was missing so I rang the store they told me to sort through just eat and they can’t do it there end which is fairs. I thought I can’t be assed with that so I ordered the same cakes as my kids was looking forward to them and put on the note that was reordering them and only expecting the cake to open the bag to some extra’s thank you very much my kids was so much happier to see that absolutely amazing customer services and no matter what I’ll keep coming back

There's not much you can say about Greggs, since their branches are clones of each other, but this one is new and has their usual high standards. However, I'm still puzzled why they have Tandoori Chicken Baguette on their website, but I can never find any in the store!

Ordered online and shop cancelled my order. Kept showing driver was on its way and changing arrival time. Then recieve a text telling me my order had been cancelled. When ordering before I've had to call to be told my order is with me them when I argue this they then tell me it's still in the shop

62 Eastgate St, Gloucester, GL1 1QN, United Kingdom1 star is too much Absolutely shocking order completely wrong staff put meals through instead of burgers on there own told um when was boxing up didn't want chips was told tough , beef burger was ordered only cheese and ketchup got home it was smothered in mayonnaise salad and no cheese couldn't of got it more wrong to be honest .... lost 4 customers ... for good

20-22 Westgate StI have been in lots of McDonald's but this is the worst one so far, food is just made so messy, cheeseburger just usually getting absolutely smashed or the meat in it is overcooked, staff just grabbing fries with naked hands. Tables are uncleaned and very oily. In general the atmosphere is really bad in there

32 Clarence StreetBeen here twice now,absolutely loves the pizza,all fresh (I'm not normally a pizza fan)doesn't taste stodgy pretty light on the stomach,the chips were good and crispy,all fresh to order and piping hot,we will be back again.
