Roosters Chicken in Gloucester

The lady who works there rude as anything got our order wrong then blamed us for it telling me to shut up then waited 45 mins for her to get our drinks Rang to talk to manger told they’d ring me back same day didn’t! Rang back next day the same lady who got our order wrong answered asked what the problem was I told her I didn’t want to speak to her about it and can I speak to the boss and she told me to stop ringing and put the phone down

They used to sell great chicken wings at a great price Every time I've ordered the (now overpriced) wings off the menu in the last couple of months, I've been told that they don't sell wings ...

By far the worst chicken burger I've ever eaten. The chicken was so dry it was inedible.

Ordered a box meal. All the chicken was raw, fully pink and stone cold. Rang them to complain and he said “ok…. What do you want me to do”. Was so so rude.

ordered on just eat the order was wrong and when we rang to complain they were rude and argued with us and eventually told us to speak to his manager then hung up I will never order from there again

İf you see this review do not eat from them, they normally open at 10am but when I called them at 12 for collection they said that they were closed and she didn’t even talk good English therefore my opinion is very very poor. I wish I can give them 0 star!

Chicken not cooked properly. Phoned up to let them know did not want a refund or a replacement. Very dirty restaurant. Poor hygiene

Ordered a couple of box meals, chips were dry and tasteless, chicken burger was dry also missing piece of chicken. Poor quality

They do the best Chicken wings in Gloucester. Nice and juicy straight from the grill

This is my Go to place🧡🧡 I love their fried wings, wraps and chicken.. The grilled wings are a no for me(tastes like you eating coil and it's too hot for us that hate chilli, no mild option).. Another thing is that you open late 11 am🤦🏽‍♀️, when I knock off from night shift I crave wings 😩❤️🔥

The chicken tasted like it was off, like they're from yesterday's batch but they couldn't make them so they used them for today. Would not return

Great chicken fillet burgers and chips here, highly recommended.

Chicken was tasty and fries excellently crispy. Washed down with a can of Rio. Winning.

Just revisited the shop after a long time it's been renovated and looks super clean I love what they have done with the place and the food was great the worker also had a nice convo with me while he made my food pleased to inform the food was great too overall great experience

Me and my entire family got food poisoning after eating from this place, the food is nice but the hygiene is ... well whole shop needs to get rebuild

Dirty, nasty and dry food. The frying oil was jet black avoid unless you want to die.

PROS : You get what you pay for CONS : Long wait, order will be forgotten *Could just be my experience. But this is my review and therefore shouldn't tarnish your experience. I had ordered something from their menu at which point the chef gave me a special deal. However, this deal is not advertised anywhere (not complaining but would be more attractive to potential customers). Then 5 more people entered and ordered their food, while after 7 minutes the 5th person ordered additional items. The reason why I have mentioned this is because I was the last person to recieve my food and had to ask me what I ordered.
