1 star is too much Absolutely shocking order completely wrong staff put meals through instead of burgers on there own told um when was boxing up didn't want chips was told tough , beef burger was ordered only cheese and ketchup got home it was smothered in mayonnaise salad and no cheese couldn't of got it more wrong to be honest .... lost 4 customers ... for good

Food is excellent - friendly staff. And the wait time is good

Dated 11/11/2024 @ approx 12.15 Noon We purchased 2 x Chicken Wings 2 x Thighs 2 x Chips charged £12.80 very high price due to extra chap put on my bill. I didn't check till got home. NEVER GO AGAIN. PLEASE CHECK YOUR B4 LEAVING

Amazing service 11.30pm on Friday night. Let us take the sauce to the table. Food as hot as anything, very fresh. Great service. I’ll be here all the time.

Missing kids meal .. I call the restaurant but nobody not answer

Food arrived cold and half the order missing, I called the restaurant to see if they could send the rest and was asked to call back in half an hour to speak with a manager … we bought more food from somewhere else so we didn’t have to wait an hour!

the burger bun was stale and cold. the chicken wasn’t fresh. i was waiting for 10 minutes while the man was just paying no attention.

The lady who works there rude as anything got our order wrong then blamed us for it telling me to shut up then waited 45 mins for her to get our drinks Rang to talk to manger told they’d ring me back same day didn’t! Rang back next day the same lady who got our order wrong answered asked what the problem was I told her I didn’t want to speak to her about it and can I speak to the boss and she told me to stop ringing and put the phone down

the chicken was cooked with a flamethrower

Chips were good, Unfortunately bought a 6 strips meal and got 4 strips with 2 wings still nice though

The food tasted okay. However one of the chicken ‘tenders’ were solid and the burger was rock hard, it actually cut my gum which is really sore now :(

Awful service. I ordered 2 medium burgers and one lemon and herb all were medium other food items were missing when I called the restaurant I was told someone would call me back and heard nothing at all. Tried to call again and no answer. Requested a refund for missing items. Not great at all

burgers was cold and dry, ordered chicken nuggets they didn't come they sent a box with random bits in.

Every single time when I order 2x 6 spicy wings meal I never get both UNLESS I call the restaurant after placing my order on just eat and tell them to make sure I get what I pay for!!! I’m very unhappy they can’t do their job properly!! I’ve paid for food and delivery but can’t even get what I ordered!!! It’s sad because the wings are the best in town and my kids would only eat from there!

I ordered through just eat, the app said it was delivered, went to collect it... Nothing.. Then when I phoned to ask where the food was, they was very rude and hung up..

Why do restaurants reheat food and re-fry. We pay for fresh food. It was all dry and horrible. Ignored the drink request, wrong burger and dry chicken. Hardly any cheese on fries and no mayo on them as stated in notes. Such a shame. Threw it away.

They used to sell great chicken wings at a great price Every time I've ordered the (now overpriced) wings off the menu in the last couple of months, I've been told that they don't sell wings ...

Most of it not bad but the chicken batter was partly undercooked and mush. Not what I usually come to expect from these guys they normally do better. Needless to say I will give it a while before I order again.

By far the worst chicken burger I've ever eaten. The chicken was so dry it was inedible.

Do not order from here, food arrived was wrong and cold. chicken hard like it has been sat in a heater for hours! rang them and got told it’s not their problem. Absolutely disgusting attitude!

Would have been nice if the delivery driver had knocked on the door, luckily my neighbour saw the food on the doorstep and he knocked and gave it to us. He has a video doorbell and it had been on the doorstep for 20 minutes

Ordered a box meal. All the chicken was raw, fully pink and stone cold. Rang them to complain and he said “ok…. What do you want me to do”. Was so so rude.

İf you see this review do not eat from them, they normally open at 10am but when I called them at 12 for collection they said that they were closed and she didn’t even talk good English therefore my opinion is very very poor. I wish I can give them 0 star!

They sent the wrong food to us and then refused to send the correct food despite us not being able to eat the food they sent. They then refused to deliver our actual order.

Again 1 meal was missing!!! I’ve even left a note for the restaurant to make sure I get everything!!! When I rang the restaurant the guy couldn’t speak English!!! And put the phone down on me! I’m fed up!!! Worst experience with them!!!

The worst customer service ever!!! I’ve ordered 4 meals all together and received 3! Called the restaurant and got told he will send a meal of my choice instead of the missing one because they haven’t had enough spicy wings!! I’ve been waiting for an hour and nothing being delivered! I’ve rang the restaurant again and got the phone put down on so I’ve called again and got called names by a guy who couldn’t even speak English well enough to understand what I was saying let alone what he was saying!!! Worst experience ever and I’ve always been ordering from them!!! NEVER EVER AGAIN

This is my Go to place🧡🧡 I love their fried wings, wraps and chicken.. The grilled wings are a no for me(tastes like you eating coil and it's too hot for us that hate chilli, no mild option).. Another thing is that you open late 11 am🤦🏽‍♀️, when I knock off from night shift I crave wings 😩❤️🔥

Although food was delivered on time. Takeaway driver was polite. However, Chicken was overly crispy. Not much chips. Hot wings wasn’t spicy at all.

Food tasted like it had been cooked hours ago. Was luke warm and tough! Clearly not fresh and part of the order was missing, they cellotaped the cash to a paper bag. But that was a main part of the order and would have cancelled if I had known. Unlikely to use again!!

You should get more drivers that know we’re they are going or can at least read English

Chips hard and cold chicken dry and out of 5 pieces of chicken we had 4 drumsticks not good enough

If you order onion rings count them as I ordered 2 bags of 10 and got 7 rings in one bag and 7 + 2 halfs in the other. Also my double chicken burger came as a wrap.

Worst place ever, ordered 3 kids meals none came with chips or drinks and when I phoned they told me that’s not what I ordered or paid for, I ordered box meal 3 and they sent me box1 and said they don’t do box3, they didn’t send my drink with my meal either and would not assist in sending another driver with what was supposed to be there, instead got someone else to go on the phone and tell me he gave everything to the driver if it’s not there it’s down to the driver and not them!! Food is also cold, won’t be ordering again and I recommend you don’t either!!

Really disappointed. Chicken was mostly dry -the burgers and chicken thighs. The spicy chicken was OK but everyone was left disappointed overall. Chips weren't the best either. Wont ve ordering again
