Una mujer llamada Foxie fue muy grosera, no mostró paciencia y respeto. Mi novio tuvo que añadir su comida después de la mía, pero ella procesó mi pedido primero y luego se molestó porque tenía que rehacerlo. Fue un error honesto, sin embargo, ella nos gritó muy groseramente, donde otros clientes podían escuchar. Debería considerar encontrar un trabajo diferente. A pesar de que todo el resto del personal es genial, esta mujer arruinó mi día.

Most Saturdays around 08-00 I visit for a bacon roll. There is a queue upto or even through the entrance door most occasions, yet very rarely more than one person serving, an experience of fast food at it's slowest. Customer experience is very poor.

I'd like to say how pleasantly surprised I was to see new staff that were trainees in Greggs cambridge today. They were professional and so good with their customer service skills. I mentioned this to the manager and told them I was grateful for their service. Keep up the good work girls.

Estoy embarazada de 7 meses y medio. Entré a comprar comida, pero también necesitaba urgentemente el baño (maldición del embarazo) cuando pregunté si podía usar el baño, me dijeron que estaban cerrados a los clientes debido a la covid. Como estoy embarazada, tengo derecho a usar cualquier baño que tenga disponible una empresa, incluidos los baños del personal, les dije esto y aún así me rechazaron. Terminé yendo a usar los baños en una cafetería en la calle. Es evidente que estoy muy embarazada y también estaba desesperada por ir al baño.No es como si hubiera ido al baño porque también les estaba comprando comida.

Por lo general, obtengo una empanada de queso y cebolla, que siempre es agradable. Puede ser impredecible si está muy caliente o no, dependiendo de cuándo se cocina. Stopped here for a quick bite to eat and coffee. Very good deal for both, lovely coffee and the vegan sausage roll was amazing!!! Very busy but managed to get a seat in the window. Clean tables, helpful staff. Will eat here again.

Great location . Very busy and very clean . Staff pleasant but for the first time ever in Greggs a stale cake . We should have complained but did not as it was extremely busy . The sitting area is large and comfortable .

Went to purchase a breakfast roll recently only to be told by the young girl behind the counter 'Sorry we havent got any rolls' Errrrr, had to think if I was in the right shop? Had the offer of a very un-appealling dry cheesy pastry instead. What a shambles. Not the first time I've queued up at breakfast time to be told 'Sorry we're out of sausages or bacon...and now rolls! The staff look like they dont want to be there and always look so miserable. The place also looks it could do with a good clean! Will be going elsewhere.

Well.... this is one to miss! Waited in line for a long time to be served, when I got to the front I stood in front of the hot food counter so I could point to what I wanted (a slice of pizza) when the young girl who was supposed to acknowledge me and serve me says in a loud voice from the other end of the counter "I'm up here, not down there" in a very rude, disrespectful tone! I asked if she would come to the other end (approx 5ft away) to which she seemed quite annoyed and came across as having a very bad attitude! I don't expect to get an attitude like that from anyone who is paid to serve the general public! I was very polite and friendly to her from the start. Seating area was filthy and looked like no one had bothered to clear the tables in some time.

Llevé a mis hijos a tomar un rollo de café y salchichas. Fui a conseguir una silla alta para mi hijo de 14 meses y me disgustó el estado de la misma. Nunca limpiado! !Fui a buscar un segundo solo para multar, esto también estaba en un estado absoluto. Intenté que el bebé se lo limpiara, pero la suciedad tenía semanas de antigüedad y se pegó con firmeza.Al final mantuve a mi hijo en su silla de empuje.Cuando le dije al personal, me encontraron con un perdón! No puedo conseguir que alguien lo limpie por ti.Todo el lugar era un desastre, comida, bebida por todo el piso.No ofrezca un lugar para que las personas se sienten y coman, si no está preparado para limpiar las mesas, los asientos para bebés y el piso.¡Tal vez la salud y la seguridad deberían ser informadas!

You queue for 10 minutes only to find they have nothing available. Everything will be ready on 20 minutes. Who waits that long and who is running this outfit. Must be the worst Greggs in Britain

Stopped by for a mid-afternoon pick me up, the counter was over half empty, trays had mixed items on and not in front of correct labels so ordering was hit and miss. Eating in meant my choice of food was placed on a piece of greaseproof paper (not recyclable) straight on a little black tray, no sign of a plate so when my over filled tea was placed in the tray and slipped it ran straight onto the food.

As with most chains these days. There was one member of staff on the counter and the other 'floating' (making the best if a VERY under budgeted store). Arrived to a store that had rubbish on the floors around tables making customers NOT want to sit down. Fittings had crumbs, dust and fluff on them (shelves, display cases, pictures etc) and generally the place was very grimy. Unisex toilet was a giant puddle according to my wife and another customer (sink tap flow rate to high). Lady manager making excuses for lack of cleanliness (we believed her) and frankly Greggs should be ashamed of themselves putting their employee(s) in this BAD situation. Come on Greggs, cough up some bread / dough and get some staff into your stores!! It doesn't hurt you know! You may even find your customers stay and eat something rather than walk away (wiping their feet while EXITING the building!!) .. Shame on you Greggs. You have done so mucg better in the past. Reinvest in your biggest asset (STAFF) for goodness sake! Not Impressed!

I had a very disappointing encounter today when my wife and I came to order food. She had ordered a margarita for herself and a pepperoni for her friend. But the server had made the pepporoni and margarita together in one pan and on the same sheet. This was only discovered when they had seen the server picking the cheese off the pepperoni slice and putting it on the magheritta. This firstly could have been a mistake, so my wife stated she can’t have this as it’s been with the pepperoni and she doesn’t eat pork. The server looked at her very confused and asked why? She then further explained, she doesn’t eat pork and only halal meat hence why she ordered the magheritta. The server then asked, “so you don’t want this?” This was really disappointing to see and hear as subway should really educate their employees on keeping things separate. Whether it be a religious reason or an intolerance or just choosing to be vegan/vegetarian. More measure should be put in place to educate their employees and to work on their customer service skills. The employee didn’t apologise and hesitated to rectify the situation. Whilst she did eventually make a new magherita sub for my wife, we will not be returning.

I ordered the chipotle pork tenderloin and wow ! I didn’t leave anything on the plate, so delicious. The service was a little slow but I think that’s because it was close to closing. My mom also ordered the crab cakes and said it was the best she’s ever had! Wonderful dinner experience. The buffet is also good and filled with staples. I wish there were less flies around but after that it’s wonderful.
