Greggs in West Oxfordshire

Fab sausage rolls and good coffee, staff hard working and very polite even when some customers were being very rude to them

Great food and service. Amazing staff behind the counter were very patient and helpful! We had a complicated order and the women working were lovely and calm! Great place, would return!

Ordered a bacon baguette for it to arrive freezing cold this is by far the worst Greggs in the world and there food hygiene needs to be checked over absolutely disgraceful that they run a buisness like this I’ve paid £15 for to frozen bacon baguette I won’t return and will be putting in a complaint to food standards

I really like Greggs. I go often. Except this one. Looks like a closed shop with all the chairs packed up and barely any food. I go inside and wait for the person and they are in the kitchen and I wait for 5 mins with no one even there to take my order. After they come out I order a sausage roll and chicken bake, which were like the only things available. Not only was the food not the slightest bit fresh but it was just cold! Not slightly warm, like they’re not even heating it at all and they made it 8 hours ago. No one else was there and not too surprised. I’ve never seen a Greggs that looks like a ghost town but it’s no wonder why.

Went for a chicken bake, they had none. Also had no sausage rolls, pizza, steak bakes or pretty much anything. This was at 4.15pm when they shut at 5.30 and there was a mop bucket in the middle of the floor - I’m pregnant so could have tripped - and all the chairs on tables. Staff were unhelpful.
