its a greggs, so what can you say really. always busy but service is quick. food is good, prices are fair. only danger is burning yourself on a fresh batch of steak bakes.

What is this fast food doing?? Why does people keep going to this place. First I ordered bacon roll when it was given to me I instantly pointed out not much bacon in the roll ? . Which a man rudely pointed out 3 pieces of bacon., yes what size is the three pieces?? Do walking away spoken at rudely and reaching my car with my roll and a tea . Only to find the bacon was stone cold. And tea was black. If there was milk in the store. I feel the staff should have made me aware?? The only reason these places rip hard working people off. Is because the captured foot fall . Maybe the head office should at providing better quality and service. And stop for once thinking about profits

This store has recently joined the TooGoodToGo charity food bags I just wandered if anyone has managed to get one apart from the staff when they are sold out at 6.30 am then 10.30 then 1 .40 the sold out times are all over the place always sold out in the last couple of months no chance of buying one only ever see the sold out sighn not like most other gregg stores maybe friends and family are first in the quewe because we definitely are not even when your told to come back at a certain time all you find is sold out completely wasting my time I think the best bet is to look elsewhere plenty of greggs available just wold have been nice to use local store the same thing happened with Cinnabon before it closed down maybe take heed I will never use this store rather go further a field.

Visited GREGGS in the Riverside Shopping Arcade today and it’s the worst I have been in. We had a chicken pasty and a cheese pasty….both were barely warm and as there was a long queue we had to just eat what we could and throw most away as they were inedible. Not what we expect of Greggs which “generally” are of an acceptable quality and decent value for money. Not a place we will be going back to again.

I was looking forward to a Greggs sausage roll and decided to treat myself to one today after lockdown. I was so disappointed it was lukewarm and tasted like it had sat in the warmer for the whole period of the lockdown!!

For weeks I have been hearing the hype and Piers Morgan gobbing off about the vegan sausage roll so I had to try it. I think it’s better than the original. It’s really tasty. I knew it would be because it’s been sold out the first three times I went in to try it. I hope it stays a permanent fixture, it’s delicious. ❤️❤️❤️

Or it should be, and this site is as good as I have used across the country. Polite staff, good fast ''grub'' and at a reasonable price. The shop is clean and well presented.

Let's face it, the Greggs menu is familiar to us all and I wouldn't normally take the time to write about food everyone is so familiar with already. However, worth of mention for this store is the warm friendly greeting you get from the staff here. They take their customer service seriously. Well done Stafford Greggs.

The cheese & tomato pizza is usually cold, hard and burnt. However, when they are hot they are superb! I recommend the fresh cream donuts.

In a word - ok. Nothing particularly special, and by no means exactly quality or healthy food, but reasonably priced and can always be tempted by a sausage roll or Belgian bun! This store is quite limited for space so can be tricky during peak hours of the trading day.

Greggs is Greggs is Greggs. It is pretty much standard wherever you go. The little Greggs in Stafford is very handy, I'd s bit cramped at times. The sandwiches are OK. The pasties are more than OK. The sausage rolls are probably the tastiest anywhere. But it is Greggs hence the rating. The staff are very friendly though and I will keep going.

I have been to Wolseley Garden centre many many times. The restaurant is lovely, food is always nice and the carvery is always excellent. The staff are friendly and professional and the stock is good quality with a large selection..HOWEVER the toilets absolutely reek!!!!! This isn't a one off, I've actively avoided the toilets here for years however I did have to use them today and as soon as I opened the door the pungent stench of stagnant urine punched me in the face and made my eyes water. The staff have tried to cover this up by using numerous Reed diffusers, I have to say, to absolutely no avail. This needs to be rectified wether it's a sewage problem I don't know but they could do with all new toileting facilities desperately. 🤢 I really can't tell you how ill that smell made me feel. I URGE BGS to send a member of head office to this establishment to experience this. I have also emailed an enquiry about this on their website and suggested it is forwarded to head office.

My wife and I called in one Saturday afternoon and it was really quiet. After being stood at the bar for 10 minutes without seeing any member of staff I can understand why. We ended up walking out and going somewhere where they wanted our custom, personally I will not think about returning.

Haven’t been here for years but called in on Friday night. We’d looked a recent reviews and some didn’t sound great, but we decided to try it. We didn’t have the set two course offer as they looked abit too basic, but opted for £15ish main courses. Thai chicken curry, sea bass, beef bourgineon, and the pan fried chicken were all decent portion and well presented. Decent quality food. Staff were pleasant enough too. Our only minus was the upholstery which was ripped and had taped repairs. I know management is newish so hopefully repairs are being planned, but this lets the place down. Otherwise decor is nice. We will call again.

Ideal historic venue for breakfast from the traditional Wetherspoon's wide choice. All excellent value, served by friendly and efficient staff. Toilets were spotless, and the whole place is a real asst to the town (as it has been for 110 years).
