This place is great! Atmosphere is chill and cool but the staff are also really friendly. They know what they’re doing and what they’re talking about, and you can tell making the customers happy is their main priority. Food is very good, some English and Canadian classics and some twists, and for their prices it’s 100% worth it. 5/5, will definitely go again.

Fui detenido y literalmente en viviendo el momento para un bocado ligero y nos encontramos con una cordial bienvenida. El lugar estaba a tope y después pedir del menú (creo casero comida de la cafetería) que comimos y disfrutamos y, a los parroquianos y nattering averiguar lo que estaba ocurriendo localmente. Gran loos también! Todo muy limpio y ordenado.

Enjoyed a delicious roast beef and roast pork for my husband today for Sunday lunch. Generous portions and lots of varied veg all well cooked. Apple crumble for dessert with clotted cream which was also excellent. Staff friendly and efficient. Great atmosphere, busy and buzzing! The pub operates two sittings 12-2.15pm then 2.30-5pm which was ample time. Perfect place to eat after a good walk on the moors.

41, Fore StreetI go here practically every Friday morning for 'second breakfast' with my toddler grandson. He loves it because he can play with other children (there's a big toy box), and have a warm cheese scone which he loves. I catch up with friends and have a coffee and something delicious to eat too. Everyone is so friendly... it's a wonderful place to be.
