Ordered 2 spicy butternut squash and peanut butter soups which were delicious. Also a roasted chicken harvest bowl a kids rice bowl and a falafel and hummus salad. Unfortunately the falafel salad was missing from our order but Jamie came and delivered it himself after I managed to get through to him. Overall tasty and super healthy food.

Under new ownership the food and service is excellent. It’s a great place for breakfast on a Saturday morning.

Amazing! Good coffee, good music... Perfect place to have a coffee, read, work or just chill! The menu is great with plenty of options for veggie/ vegan and they have homemade cakes too which is really nice to see in Altrincham. Will definitely be a regular from now on.

I ordered the granola and yogurt and a blueberry smoothie. There was hardly any granola in the yoghurt and the granola was a low quality. It was overpriced for the amount of ingredients. The smoothie was extremely watery, wasn't cold enough and had a chemical flavour so I couldn't drink it. Overall I wouldn't recommend unfortunately.

I ordered a spicy tofu salad for my lunch last week through deliveroo. It looked very delicious and tempting and whilst eating the tofu piece i found a chicken piece in there! I put that aside and then found 2 more chicken pieces. By now i was totally put off by the salad as i am vegetarian by religion. I tried ringing them but the telephone number just didn't ring. I sent them an email on Tuesday last week and still no response! I not only wasted £8 but also had to go hungry. I am very disappointed and would never order again from them. They did not have the courtesy to respond back to my email either!
