Zizo's Gelato in Trafford

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS RESTAURANT ONLINE. Not in control of their delivery service, won’t contact you to say it’s late and haven’t been able to offer any type of refund. We had to come collect after paying for delivery, delivery driver never turned up but marked order as delivered and restaurant can confirm as they were never picked up. We decided to pick up the milkshakes in person and paid for them again in store as we were told we could just cancel our order online and get a refund for our delivery fee too. However ive now been charged twice and the restaurant have failed to offer any kind of compensation for this

This is the second time I have called here on the way home for a delicious Biscoff milkshake, so sickly but so delicious!!!!!

We visited this lovely place after meeting friends in the Trafford centre, had a mixture of ice cream rolls and freshly made waffles!! Cheerful,clean and really friendly staff Would highly recommend a visit!
