Very nice South Indian cuisine, friendly staff, served me quickly even though the restaurant was very busy.

Too costly shop.2 Samosa for 4.70pounds including 20 pence for the plastic bag 🫨and taste was horrendous😫 . Definitely will never shop again.

just some meters away from Kensington macD, stays open late by one more hour and 4/5 for food.

One of the items we ate was masala dosa it was crunchy and crispy (BEST ONE IN UK) the grape lime limited edition was really good these are my top 2 favorite dishes but the rest of them were still spectacular

Bought chicken lollipop x2 take away. U won't believe the quantity. I literally got 5 smallllll pieces 2 just bone and coating and no flesh. Never went back there.

Despite the food being mediocre I was disappointed with the lack of service from the waiters they were very unhelpful and had a rude attitude which dampened the spirit in the restaurant so overall I'm very disappointed with this place as I was told it was great but I found the complete opposite DONT EVER GO!!!!

We come here as I have to stay overnight for work. The masala dosa is so delicious that we order the same each time. The sambar is so delicious ( my only complaint is that I’d like a bigger serving!). As for the amazing mango lassi..we’ll definitely bring my mother here.

I have ordered 3 chicken biriyani , comes with Raitha. Disappointing with late delivery and have not received Raitha with biriyani. The restaurant charges £2.49 in deliveroo orders as services charge. Also, have ordered milk shake comes with no straw. They need to be make sure main course must comes with appropriate cutleries and dips as required.

We ordered parata, kurma,nadan chicken curry. And biriyani,The food was just awesome and felt soo fresh , they could add bit more seating capacity. All over it was nice experience

If eating in the restaurant expect to wait up to an hour for your drink to arrive and only 1/2 of your mains to come out and the remainder about 10 minutes later. You will be constantly interrupted by delivery drivers turning up to collect order and I think this is the problem. They prioritise delivery customers over in house customers and the service greatly suffers. That said the food was really good but next time I will order online and not eat in the restaurant.

The order is very cold, never suggest anyone to go green chillies, as staff don’t have manners how to talk with customers. Idiots

I visited today Green chilles for my Girl's 3rd Birthday 🎁 party. I had a wonderful experience and time. My little girl and whole family and friends had a wonderful time. They offer the best of food that is clean and hygienic and also their staff is polite and soft-spoken. Veg and chicken curry 🍛 dishes were amazing. They decorated our table with balloons which was great. I would recommend to everyone who wants to have a good time. Thanks to the Green Chillies staff for making my Girl`s birthday so special. Thank you again.

Took 1.5 hours to get the food. Food didn't come together for everyone as we ordered. 2 people got in an hour but other 2 got after 1.5 hours. Ordered 1 shake in the beginning it haven't came after 1.5 hours. So we canceled it. But they told they made it that time. So paid for it and didn't accept that.

The food was disgusting and nothing like Indian Karelia food, (I FOUND a FLY IN THE FOOD) and the service was terrible, the worst Indian restaurant I ever tried.

One of the best south indian (keralite) restaurants in liverpool kensington area..even though a bit costly the food is worth the cost paid.. Best items are chiken biriyani and porotta and beef fry! But seating is too conjested.. The chairs keep hitting each other.. I recommend to buy a parcel and eat at home.. Seating and ambience are not upto the mark.

Eaten good food all over India, this was absolutely brilliant, especially the Kerala fish curry!

Great place to experience a bit of Kerala in the UK. The main purpose of my visit was to introduce two of my friends from Peru to the authentic Kerala dishes 😅. Although it can't compare to the years of experiences we might have garnered hunting for the best restaurants back home, it was definitely one of the best south Indian places I've tried here in Liverpool. I recommend the porotta and beef curry/fry. The pazhampori and beef combo was also a hit with my friends 👍. The uzhunnu vada was the most disappointing of all the dishes we tried, but I sort of expected that since it's always been very hard to find tasty ones, even back home. In terms of pricing, it cost a bit over £20 per head, but that's only because we ordered quite a few dishes for the friends to taste 😅.

Found this Indian cuisine (south). Its finger licking goood!! Must try: Mysore Masal dosa,kappa, beef curry. And the flavours are so authentic!!!

Had food from here after reading good reviews and it was really worth it.. was in Liverpool just for 2 days..had food from here both days because it was delicious.. had masala dosa, porotta, beef fry, biriyani and poori..The food and prices were totally brilliant..(quite surprised with the prices and quantity they offer compared to other restaurants) not so spacious enough but if the food is great space won’t matter.. even saw people patiently waiting to be seated..will definitely come back again..😊

Authentic kerala flavours. Lamb chettinad and chicken ularthiyathu tasted amazing. Small portions though. Especially the chicken ularthiyathu which is onion heavy

We have visited greenchilles for our niece’s birthday. What an amazing place to visit for a family/ friends gathering. Such a cozy place to have mouth watering food. The staff are so friendly and most importantly the food supplied right on time as hot as we liked. Recommend to anyone looking for the same. Don’t miss their Batturah, (not sure spelt right) parotta & beef.

BAD EXPERIENCE. Food quality is very poor now a days. I had ordered 2 chicken biriyani. The chicken pieces were not properly cooked (even not half cooked or fried). 2 Salads and 2 Pickles with the biriyani was not enough for one set. As compaired to older days the quantity and quality of food is getting WORSE. NOT SUGGESTED. Its been already reported to the restaurant twice to improve their quality, but it was in vain.

Me and my family had a really fantastic dinner here. They are very nice and polite. The foods were perfect with strong spices. Very authentic! We had chicken briyani, chicken tikka masala, puri, paratha, chicken curry. They taste home-made!

Food was not great! Had ordered a chicken biriyani and paneer makhani curry, the paneer curry was so bland with no spices whatsoever. I can't believe the food was prepared like that. Just fantastic, authentic Indian food. Definitely not your average, with stuff on the menu you probably have never tried before. The vegetable biryani is delicious, but order a wet side like a dhal to go with it.

No space to sit.rude staff.just three of us went all the way to have some Kerala cuisine and we sat on a seat row and the staff was showing me a side seat which we can't move around.just quietly left the place.no parking area.not even consider my child.i don't recommend this place.it was my daughters 5 th birthday.me, my daughter and my husband were so hungry .learn to serve the hunger. I never had such a bad experience in my life.

Worst service by a rude staff. All others were ok. But one of the staff was with worse behaviour. We went with a child and he provided us a tight seat where we cant even properly move. Asked for a cup , he was not happy in giving the cup for drinking. And gave a single cup for 2 people. Such a stingy character. They may even reuse disposable cup . If anyone going there, please bring a cup for drinking along with you. Will not recommend this place. Cant even provide one star for his service.

Wow, really good food there Meen Pollichathu - The Best Beef Roost - Very Good Chicken Biryani and Ghee Rice - Very Good Chicken Ularthiyathu - Nothing Special The rest of the dishes were so good that I could ignore one dish being poor. You could tell that all the ingredients were very authentic and dishes freshly prepared. Will definitely visit them again. Everything is Halal as well.

An authentic taste of India. This restaurant is the best I have come across that produce tastes like back home in India. The food here is full of authentic flavours, freshly prepared and very tasty. Special mention to all the Kerala dishes, which are mind blowing. A very popular place among people from South East Asia as well as local people. The staff is very friendly and professional.

This is one of the best authentic Kerala cuisine (Indian) we have had. The food was prepared fresh and not using the typical curry base. The staff are very friendly and customer oriented. The tea was great too! Keep up with quality and taste.

Probably the most authentic South Indian restaurant this side of Kochi. Huge dosa, friendly staff, great curries and proper Indian spice levels. If you want a British curry house you won't get it here. What you will get is real Indian food, served by lovely people. Absolutely perfect. Will be back.

This place was recommended by a friend and am glad we listened. We had a lovely dinner here. The place is snug with just the right ambience. The food was fresh, delicious and authentic. Enjoyed every morsel. The kids loved it as well! All in all, a must go, if you're in Liverpool.

Been in Liverpool for 10 years now trying to find good Indian food and decided to go here based on reviews, man did it not disappoint! Doesn’t look all that from the outside, but I have to say the food was incredible. Karelian king fish curry, paneer makhani - two things I’ve had before but tasted totally unique. Our waiter made a point of saying that everything they make is fresh and not from base pastes or sauces. You can really tell. The parotta were equally magnificent. Steaming hot when they arrived and extremely soft and buttery. If you like Indian food then try here, and try something new! Sure they do tikka masala but there is a world of flavour out there to try! A quick word for our excellent waiter who was nothing other than smiles and joy for everyone who was in the restaurant. After we paid, he made a point of personally thanking us for sharing our evening with them and enjoying their food, before shaking my hand, calling me by name and wishing me a wonderful evening. Couldn’t have been more proud to welcome people into his world. Incredible place and will be recommending to anyone who will listen!

I appreciate there are regional differences in Indian cuisine (in fact the biryani and korma were nothing like I’ve had anywhere else). Irrespective of this the takeaway portions were small, the chicken was tough and most of the £35 order went in the bin. They did offer for me to return the korma to ‘check it’ but tbh wasn’t worth the hassle.

Nothing special to look at...but the food is 5 stars amazing. I had high expectations and they were exceeded.

One of the best restaurant in Liverpool side. I had a party order and they gave the food in a very fresh way and packing was also very nice and above all the taste of the food was amazing. Especially kerala porota and beef fry. Also the chicken biriyani was awesome. The customer service also was great.

Amazing food, the chicken Biryani was amazing and so were the malabar prawns. This time around had Daal tarka and Chicken Madras with chapati which were amazing.

Hi everyone…I have been ordering food from this place regularly but today 22 June 2022 I have placed an order and saw small cockroaches in the food when I have called the restaurant manager he said he will replace the food and that can be because of falling from light… But I want to complain about this and tell everyone how disgusting my experience was with them…Just to let you know I already ate 1 or 2 cockroaches and felt something was wrong and then when I saw this and realised this is disgusting…I want to tell everyone if you care for your life please avoid this restaurant

Amazing authentic food, hot and flavourful out of the kitchen and to the table. Customer service was spot on and the delicious food did not disappoint at all.

I bought meen polichathu and parrota today, one parrota is nearly £2 is very bad its very small parrota and also meen polichathu there is not enough gravy and it didn't cook properly. Its really bad price and food. I strongly don't recommend this restaurant at all. Very bad experience
