Delicious locally sourced food and homemade sourdough pizza in lovely shabby chic surroundings. The owners and staff are warm and welcoming and the prices are very reasonable for the quality of food. My top pick in Grassington.

MORE AT TripAdvisor

Grassington Farm Shop and Kitchen is a mixture of shop for local products and tea-room for lite bites and drinks. It is very homely, and comfortable, and on the day we visited when there was snow on the ground, warm. It is a little off the main street in Grassington so I guess it won't get as much passing footfall, which is a shame, as it's a nice place to be. It is also dog friendly, which our two little doggoes appreciated. There is an array of products available in the shop. Especially enticing were the cheeses. But we actually came in for a cup of tea. But the menu of light bites was tempting and we both ended up having a sausage and egg sandwich, on locally baked sourdough. It was just what the doctor ordered, and it was very pleasant sitting by the window in comfy chairs. Great value too. We also bought a few provisions, some cheese, some peppers and some eggs. If you were of a mind there is also a selection of artisan foods, cheesecakes, scones and cakes to choose from too. If you go to Grassington, try this place out...its just after the Toffee shop.
