Grand Caffè Concerto in City of London, Westminster

Very good cafe in the heart of London. The best service we received in London. Staff was nice and friendly. We ordered a piece of cake and coffee which were very good in compare with others foods we had in London.

Had a great experience here, the manager Suraj gave us some really good recommendations like the strawberry gateau. Highly highlyyyy recommend!

Beautiful Cafe. We tried Americano Coffee and a Cube cake for morning tea. The breakfast looked nice too, we noticed them on the other tables. The atmosphere was so lovely. The options on the menu were so yummy and hard to pick one. A good thing is the photos on the menu that made it easier to choose☺️

Waiting time is over an hour to get you sercived and receive your food which comes out cold! That’s not acceptable at all! Waitress needs to work a bit faster!

If I had the opportunity, I would give them 0! They don't accept us even though there are plenty of empty tables. Because we don’t want a full dinner; we just want a cup of tea. The staff is so rude and disrespectful!

Friendly place, fast service but expensive pastries and far from the best. 12 pounds a very average, if not zero, tiramisu The 10-live chocolate éclair has seen better days...

Outstanding! Best meal in London so far. Food was delicious and the service was extraordinare. Christian, the manager, was very helpful accomodating my family. I have a six month old baby and it wasnt easy to find a good table with enough space. He found the best table in the restaurant for the three of us. Tasmina, our waitress, was amazing! Very nice, kind and very professional. Thank you so much to make this day a highlight for us!

Great place and atmosphere and although busy the staff made place for us. We were served by Solan who offered a qualitative service. We would highly recommend the desserts and drinks but not the food.

I visited Caffè Concerto Whitehall on December 2 for a coffee and business meeting, followed by lunch. The food was excellent, and I especially enjoyed a delicious salad. However, the service was notably slow. It took a long time for orders to be taken and food to be served. Interestingly, when I asked for the check, it arrived promptly(twice). Overall, while the food was great, the slow service detracted from the experience. If you're not in a rush, it's a nice spot for a meal.

A very nice place and the personnel is very kind and profesional. We are very very happy to spend time in your place. The chocolate and cakes are wonderful. Nice to see you again.

The food was not good at all. We received an overcooked egg in the eggs Benedict dish, and when we asked to get a new one it came back ever more cooked. The food was cold when they brought it to the table. The heating was off and the door was kept open for repairs. It ended up being colder than outside. The male manager was rude to customers and to his employees. Not recommended.

Horribly long service, tables arrive after us but are served before us even though we had just ordered two teas, the manager does not understand our dissatisfaction and looks down on us. The drinks finally arrived, but the cups were not clean. Also, if you want to sit, say you want to eat because otherwise "there won't be any room."

Our server Abraham was great. They could use one more server for the volume of customers - service times were a bit slow because they had so many tables.

This place should be avoided! Too much waiting! More than 50 minutes to have a pasta dish or fish and chips! We are offered Parmesan for the pasta, we happily say... the Parmesan never came!! In addition, people who arrived after us were served more quickly! It spoils the place and the taste of the dishes And no apologies from the staff! And the desserts are more beautiful than good!

We stopped by for a quick coffee and cake, and Hema helped us with everything. Great place, taste and ambience. Must try if you are around this area.

Shocking. Amazing menu and 1 gluten free option - carrot cake. With so many things easily being gluten free, toast, crepes, scones yet not a single option. Terrible. Gluten free is not a fashion it is a health condition where people suffer extensively.

We were served by Tasmina, such a lovely experience! Great food, great service.

Looks fine, nice atmosphere, but the staff is really not friendly, especially the man with the bun. He doesn't look at you and says as little as possible.

The dishes were average, and not worth the wait and price. The service was slow but the servers were friendly. The prices were quite expensive (£30 per person for a main course and a frozen dessert). The Christmas music at the beginning of November was a little too much, extra Christmas decoration.

This is my favourite Caffè Concerto. We’ve been to several, but the Whitehall location is the most comfortable and has excellent service. We had a small birthday celebration for my son. We’d pre-ordered a cake and they staff served it for us. The coffee drinks were quite nice as well. They were very helpful and made the extra effort to make sure we had a good time.

Caffè Concerto Whitehall, located near Trafalgar Square, is an excellent spot to enjoy London’s traditional afternoon tea. The staff were attentive, polite and friendly, making the experience even more delightful. The bathrooms were clean and spacious, which is much appreciated when you're a tourist in the city. Highly recommended for a relaxing tea break and a quick snack before continuing your journey through the streets of the UK’s capital!

We had a wonderful meal after taking in Churchills War Rooms nearby. Everything was tasty except the misto platter, which was overcooked. Suraj was an excellent host and helped us well.

We had to wait too long just to place our order, and the service needs improvement. The table next to us also experienced a long wait. Frankly, the taste feels a bit overhyped as well.

I'm not usually one to leave bad reviews... BUT this place is a tourist trap. Pretty on outside and inside, good looking menu displayed, and inviting dessert display. However, took about 10 minutes to get a server to table, 20 minutes to get drinks, and didn't bring water until we asked. The waitress didn't know the answer to simple questions like what was a certain item. No soup of the day despite being displayed largely outdoor as an intriguing pumpkin bisque(part of the reason we went in). The meatballs were good though. The pizza was cold and cheese was a very high ratio to the little amount of sauce (if any). Bathrooms were dirty, and just felt scammed overall. I didn't realize this was a chain at first, but now know that. Don't patronize this place, and opt for local.

It is a truly beautiful place to en enjoy a meal or to have the afternoon tea in London. The atmosphere is nice and the service is quite good. Like most places in London, the food could be improved. Although the products are fresh, the preparation is very basic and nothing special. In most places in London, they charge you between 10-15% for the service. However, in this place, they charge you 6,5% for the service. My experience was good, and I will probably go back again. It is not a cheap place to go, but it is not one of the most expensive in the area.

Be careful when you dine in this restaurant. There are thieves and robbers in this area that will quickly enter the restaurant and your bag can go missing. Our bag got stolen and despite having CCTV footage the restaurant was not at all cooperative to share with us. Despite this poor service we did pay our bill and walk away but the management is not at all responsive or helpful. I have personally called the restaurant 4 times with assurance they will come back to me but of no avail. Hope they cooperate with the police.

It was a very unpleasant time!! Black hair tied up at the entrance... .A person like a manager!! From the moment I walked in, they told me I would sit on the terrace and they handed me a menu to take away without telling me where to sit. When I took my order, I made sure to make eye contact with them, but they ignored me. When the employee took my order, I understood it, but they took my order wrong and didn't even give me a menu. So when I asked if I had forgotten my order or made a mistake, I pretended not to understand... . I think it's racism, but they also look like Arabs, not Europeans with blonde hair, so why are they doing that... I felt so bad
