So lovely to be able to have a healthy breakfast to start my trip. Great service, very speedy delivery of food. And expected prices. Only downside is that they are only in the south terminal!

Check you have been billed properly when using a Priority Pass. We had an extra guest added to ours by mistake from the server and it wasn't removed even when the staff knew about it. Perhaps show the screen to customers before you print off the Priority Pass receipt? Food is good quality and quickly served.

Tried this place as an alternative to the "indigestion inducing" Wetherspoons. I had the full English, my partner the veggie breakfast. We also had toast, tea and coffee. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food and also the friendly staff. Recommended!

I was served by an absolutely amazing server named Ellie M, she was so good with serving me and helped me out suggest some dishes. I would strongly recommend going to the grain store, especially if Ellie is your server!!!

We were seated in a self service "scan me" area even though they advised in their Ts&Cs that allergy customers should have table service. My veggie breakfast was poor. The guacamole was off (sour), my sausages must have been hanging around for days. They were hard and leathery. The toast was dry and inedible. And to top it all, a service charge was automatically added to our bill. Would not recommend.

My children got a kids cheeseburger and the meat was mixed with a taste of egg. My children did not like it. My husbond had a cheeseburger and found it ok. The hummus with flat bread was ok. Finally the coffee was bitter and not to warm.

I always visit The Grain Store when in Gatwick South, and have always had great service. This early morning’s (5.30am)breakfast did not disappoint. Efficient service, perfect poached eggs,etc. service quick and servers pleasant. Would recommend to fellow travellers, because for me the food and service over quite a few years,has been consistently good, and value for money.

Horrible customer service. The pizza was a tiny creation on very thin bread. The Coke Zero was also off. Tasted carbonated water and the staff were suggesting that this is how it Coke Zero tastes in the UK. Laughable. Avoid at all costs.

AWFUL DO NOT BOTHER!! The place was almost empty customer wise- makes sense now. Family of 8, 6 breakfasts came out without accompanying drinks. 2 drinks came out without the accompanying breakfasts. Asked 2 staff where missing things were and neither came back. Asked a 3rd staff member & 30 mins later after everyone else had finished their food the last 2 breakfasts turned up wrong. Extremely disappointed - just stick to Whetherspoons!!!

Stuck in an airport you know there are only expensive options but I found this place to be friedly with prompt service. I had Halloumi fries, all day breakfast and a Guiness for 34GBP.
