I orderd 2 burgers just an hour ago from GBK Chiswick. They were totally burnt. It is very disappointing! Deliveroo already refund it. But It is not about money, it is more than that!!! My dad died because of cancer. Does GBK wants us to die? Please see photos.

First time for me to try gbk just down the road from home as i normally go to the one near work but i got Just Eat delivery. It was a waste of money for me. I'm not sure why or how gbk messed this up. Burgers ordered didn't match what was described, missing pickles (not so bad). Should have been med-rare but they somehow managed to incinerate them. Same situation with the onion rings. Just Eat has done nothing about it after 48hrs but they did manage to deliver it on time. Looking at the other reviews my experience seems like a 1 off hence can't understand why gbk have managed to ruin something I have had on a regular basis at another location. Thanks as fries were OK though...

Unpretentious burgers and fries place with amazing flavor profiles. Quite cozy inside and all the staff go beyond to provide excellent customer service

I just ordered a takeaway - vegan burger. I was sent a beef burger. I choose to live a life without animals products and I am disgusted I have been carelessly sent meat. All they offered was a refund.

I’ve visited Chiswick branch today during lunchtime with my family, two adults and a toddler. Our general experience was ok BUT we feel deceived as we were overcharged. There is an offer for 3 sided £9. I’ve mentioned to the waiter that we would like to use this offer so ordered 3 sides, two burgers £8,5 and kids menu £2. In total we paid almost £40 which we felt little bit too much from what we expected. We have noticed mistake when we arrived home and there was no point for us to go back and solve it at the restaurant especially with a little kid around and cost of travel. We are disappointed and as an advice - check your bill twice.

Came here with my partner and we had an excellent meal. Got a variety of sides, all of which were lovely - minor faults aside. The sweet potato fries are too thin, and were soggy, and the coleslaw needs a fair bit more mayo to help it blend. Burgers were absolutely excellent, partner had the vegan one and she loved it, even if it had a little too much sauce. I had the cheeseburger, it was fantastic. Cooked exactly how I wanted, and the size was great. Drinks were amazing, got some lemonade and this raspberry and elderflower (I think) drink which were the stand-out bits from the meal. Service was good enough throughout, and the environment was pleasant. Definitely coming back.

Great milkshakes, chicken tenders were not very crunchy and the fries are pretty good. The seats are sticky (???) for some reason which was a bit off putting

Really lovely service and the burger chef is a meat whisperer! I'd drive out of my way to come to this particular location of GBK. Clean, friendly and fast service. My chips were hot. I've never had hot chips before in a restaurant!!! Well done GBK. parking is free on the side road after 7pm.

Great potato fries, salted caramel milkshake. Breaded kimchi chicken burger was delicious.

I'm sorry....but charging people (vegetarians/vegans) £11/£15 for a bean patty is absurd. Ridiculous your going to charge non meat eaters more £ than actual meat. If that is the case go to any grocery store and buy a beyond meat patty and make yourself a vegan/vegetarian burger 100% better than this trash.

The lady who served us was absolutely amazing. In fact, the whole reason I’m writing this review is because of her. She gave us extra blue cheese, just because I said I couldn’t taste it in the burger. She also happily split out one milkshake into two glasses, and in general just had a great positive upbeat attitude. I wish I got her name, but I think she’s Eastern European and works behind the till- she’s fab! The food itself at GBK is okay , I feel that they’re struggling to compete with their competition, I’ve got the Panko fried burger and it just felt a bit oily- I could literally taste oil in every bite, so I couldn’t finish the burger. But the Oreo milkshake was delicious.

GbK CHISWICK HIGH ROAD - The GBK is not how it used to be many Years ago, definetly not worth sitting there for that price. Child's meals were fine. However their jerk thaigh burger b was brought out 5 mins after ordering I did think wow that was fast but then I realized it was pink! I am aware thaigh are pink but this obviously was chewy and needed another 3 or 4 mins. I explained this to the staff member she said she would tell the chef and to be fair did not care just wanted us out, they did not remove from the bill so had to pay for it. Place needs a tidy and broom!

Has the new jerk chicken burger and it was incredible! The tastiest chicken burger I’ve ever eaten. So full of flavours!

I had a classic cheese burger with American cheese and all the regular trimmings (£10). Fries is an additional £3.50. The burger was tasty and filling. On the smaller size though.

Friendliest staff ever! Being new to the neighborhood I found myself here one day where I assisted Shantal dealing with a complaint from a client. She has been so professional that I could not refrain to appreciate her behavior. Since then I’ve been coming back every week just to see her and Yazmine (her colleague) and to feast with the best burgers in Chiswick. Must visit if you’re around!

Food is great if you get the correct order. Several times now, we have ordered food, and something is missing or we get the wrong item. Make sure you check your items before you drive off. Staff are friendly and helpful.

The burgers were really tasty but we had to sit outside in the freezing cold as there were no dogs allowed inside so we didn't fully enjoy the atmosphere, understandable though as it is our choise to bring our dogs. The service was a bit slow for a couple of burgers but the staff were nice and friendly, would visit again on a sunny day

Me and my family went out for a GBK, expecting a delicious meal, and we weren’t disappointed. I was incredibly surprised at the efficiency of the table service and could tell that my kids loved the friendliness of the employees. The food was scrumptious and the shakes were just the right amount of sweet. I would definitely recommend this restaurant. One tiny improvement would be too deep clean the seats and tables as they were slightly sticky.

We placed a 30+ order staff lunch and the guys here were amazing! Everyone had individual bags with their names on and everything was ready to collect on time, absolutely smashed it and a special mention to Shantal and Emilia who were so organised and efficient! Marek and Teresa in the kitchen, best burgers ever! Will definitely be back soon :)

Firstly, customer service here was excellent one member of staff in particular called Shantell ( i think) was friendly bubbly and very helpful. My other half enjoyed his burger and fries however I opted for the new Korean special and it fell short. The chicken was under cooked so very rubbery. A very wet burger as it had coleslaw inside too, if the chicken was cooked longer so that it was drier it would have made it a bit better. Nonetheless it was a good experience despite my selection. Amazing milkshakes as usual 🤩

Such friendly staff from the minute we walked in. Helpful when asking questions about what I was ordering. Loved the fact I could pick a beef burger and swap it out for a beyond meat patty! The garlic Mayo and baconaise 🤤 would recommend and would definitely come back!

Burger was great and staff super friendly

Very decent burger branch without any fuss. The waitress (Yazmyn) was very friendly, respectful and helpful. Prices are also are fair (less than 10£ for the regular burger) and the kitchen are willing to make modification to the menu items without any problem. All this combine makes for a nice meal time.

Had the most amazing experience in GBK Chiswick yesterday. I could see there was a bit of problems in the building but the manager kept his focus, gave us so much attention and the food was delicious yum yum
