King Karahi in Hounslow

The tables and chairs are disgusting, tables have black tape around them. The tape gets caught on your clothes ,it's all sticky and dirty. Even a rubbish tip has better furniture. It's been like this for over a year! Chairs are so uncomfortable, cutlery is so cheap!!! DON'T order any soft drinks, they charge at least 5 times more for a can of soft drink- absolute rip off. Can't even clean up the restaurant but charge over the top prices.

Excellent food,(Tava chicken,Afghani naan,Seek kebab,Dal Makhani,Butter chicken were all fantastic). Didn't like the paapri chaat but the rest of the food was spot on.Ritika the lady was doing a fantastic job of running the restaurant and was well supported by Ginny and another lady.They did a great job of running a busy Saturday evening full restaurant.This place has a no pretense ambience and if it is good north Indian authentic food you looking for and not fussed about the ambience,you have arrived at the right place.Will come here again someday if in the area.Thankyou Ritika and team and the chefs for a amazing meal.

Poor service and a filthy place we got given a table near the bin bags that were left inside the restaurant! Finally moved to tables of 4 that they have made into 6 seats, so everyone was cramed in worse than the trains in rush hour it was if there was a fire good luck in getting out. Service is so poor and they want to charge 15% service charge, we had this taken off as you might aswell serve yourself. Food is average, and they charge 2.99 for a standard tin of soft drink, daylight robbery. Avoid this place unless you are desperate, felt sorry for the 3 staff who were trying there best but failing due to poor management. To add to this we kept getting told to hurry up as people were waiting. Will not be going back here gain.

The food at this place is by far the best in West London. The reshmi chicken, chilli paneer for starters and dhal makhani, lamb karahi for mains are a must. I have personally recommended this restaurant to probably about 50 people and have been there myself for 2 consecutive nights twice in the last few months. I also have family who live aboard who only what to eat at restaurant whilst visiting the UK.

Best place to go and RUIN your evening… Horrible and Disgusting food with STINKING staff attitude … If you have self respect please avoid… You might wanna have a glass of water and go to sleep rather than going to this WORST RESTAURANT EVER…. Just avoid!!!!!!!!

Fantastic food. Service was great , menu was varied .. absolutely delicious . - some friends decided to go check it out and give our local restaurants some business . It was worth it for sure .

Poppadoms really oily, chutney had no taste, really watery. Chill panner horrible was sweet Chicken jalfrezi was absolutely disgusting, chicken slimy and smelt off. When we complained we were told that's how it comes. Never again, waste of money and felt unwell after. Please avoid

We been there 3 friends we ordered food and told them we ordered now but must bring one item at a time they bring all the items together when we said we already told you guys we don’t need everything together it will be cold the waiter then take the things back but the other waiter brought back and said you have to take it we can’t take it back in a very rude way we said it gonna be cold here aswell because we was waiting for one friend who was on the way he refused and started arguing with us I know the owner of this restaurant personally Gurpreet and suraj both I called suraj but he didn’t pick the phone when we told the waiter that we know your boss personally he said I don’t care who you know finish your food and go I was shocked we wanted to leave but my friend said leave it after that another customer came to pick takeaway he ordered food without onion but they put onion in it he came back and complain aswell the same guy was aggressive with him aswell and started arguing that it’s only onion nothing else so I think people should avoid this place if this guy is here he don’t have any professionalism avoid small king Karahi

The best food ever!! I eat from this restaurant at least once a week and not even once I was disappointed the food is always fresh and the taste is just how it should be the staff is always friendly and gives great customer service I would recommend 100% !!

Went here yesterday and the food was great. The fish starters were amazing and the food was perfectly cooked. No complaints.

Second time here and the food is really tasty - if you can get a table it is worth the wait. However the seating and tables are extremely uncomfortable and very cheap - you will leave with back pain but you may also be too pissed to remember! if there were better chairs it would be a 5 star from me. The glasses and plates can have a weird smell in them. Also you will get the odd big mouth in there screaming - someone who's clearly peaked too soon on the booze or popadom chutney - so waiter staff should nip this in the bud and politely remind these individuals that are not at a football match and all they may not see it there are other people besides them in the room.

I thought the food was okay until I was on my way home. I made it home just in time! Suspected food poisoning

I visited with a friend. They tried to charge us for items we hadn’t even ordered. The food wasn’t brilliant. Really disappointed

Went there recommended by staff I was staying at the hotel near by . Food was very delicious. Food was cooked perfectly and the service was great. Would surely be there on our next stop to Heathrow airport.

Had dinner on Saturday. The food was good, especially the fish tika for starters. The dal tarka and paneer with tandoori rotis were good too. However the loud music blaring away fro a big TV marred the experience making the place very noisy. I really don't understand why Indian restaurants have to have loud unpleasant music. My attention was dragged to the TV often and I was horrified to watch the the clips playing with the music. Almost all of them had a garishly dressed young man armed to the teeth, shooting randomly or wielding a dagger slashing other young men, drawing blood. Not a very appetising scene and not a place for kids.

Main course came before starter so sent the main course back. Main course had far too much oil in, it was swimming in fat. Awful music playing on a large tv in the corner. Interior could do with a make over.

This is my 3rd time ordering food from King Karahi. Every time time I order something is cooked to perfection with authentic Indian taste. The service level is amazing especially Ana who is very attentive and focused on guests needs. Keep it guys. I will definitely recommend you to friends and family.

We were with family the ambience of the restaurant is nice but the food is outstanding.. pls ask for chef’s (Mr. Dilprit Singh) special omelette Delhi style in pure desi ghee, cream chicken, desi murga and Must have is mooli laddu(Delhi roadside food) delicious 😋.. the food is worth every penny 💰

This used to be my regular due to where I live. It has changed hands 3 or 4 times and this visit was the worst food I have ever eaten. Everything tasted awful. I ended up eating the tiniest amount and left feeling really unwell!

4 of us went on a Saturday night for dinner.Food - 10/10 We had the Tava Chicken and Tava Lamb for mains. The food was fresh and tasted fantastic. (I always right my review the following day to see if I have a "dodgy tummy #ToiletRollAlert" but after eating here this was not the case. Atmosphere - 10/10 it's not too overcrowded, well laid out restaurant with plenty of space.Service - 10/10 whilst we were there they had about 30 people over 5/6 tables in the restaurant in total and had 3 waiters/waitresses.They were all on point and served each table with none of the usual "I'll get your waiter nonsense" they took ownership for each request as you'd expect. Bad Point - Parking is not great as it's in an awkward location. But once you get in it's a very good restaurant with a high quality of food and service.Bonus points for allowing you to bring your own alcohol.I will definitely be eating here again.

The owners have changed as of the 1st Jan 2018 or just before. As a regular of the establishment for last few years, the service was never great to begin with, but WOW!!!! really awful service experience, with a completely uncaring attitude and arrogance towards paying customers.The food, whilst tasty arrived temperature cold or late.The general consensus amongst us was that if you was not of certain descent(Afghani Sikh) then your opinions or your basic human needs would not be considered. Also a working toilet and toilet paper is a prerequisite for London!!

On arrival.we.were greeted by the Head waitress. Sitting down we were offered a range of food to choose from. No menus were given out and we had to ask. We were told they were closing at 11pm so we needed to ordered quickly- it was 1015pm.
