Absolute rip off two sandwiches £28 more green leafs than crab meat total waste of money. The Fern Pit Cafe was 100% better..

The freshest crab rolls around! Welcoming staff and a nice atmosphere in the shop. Will be back next time we visit Cornwall!

Just bought two mixed crab sarnies and a white crab sarnie, simply delicious. Freshly made, friendly service, in my opinion better than Stein's crab sandwich and that was delicious. If you like the idea of the tabasco mayo they will add more tabasco if you like it spicy. Gives the crab meat a bit of warm heat kick. When in the area Got Crabs is a must to visit. Highly recommended. We will be back when we return in the summer. (One picture shows half a sandwich we had eaten the other half before remembering to take a picture).

Absolutely incredible crab and lobster rolls! If you do one thing in the Padstow area. Forget Rick Stein and get yourself to Got Crabs for the best crab and lobster rolls this side of San Francisco. You won’t regret it!!

Food here was incredible, tried both the crab sandwich and lobster roll - I am still dreaming about it!! Can’t wait until I am back in Cornwall this Summer to try again! So fresh, so much flavour and LOVE the branding!!

Bought a couple of crab sandwiches earlier today, shop was well presented, staff very courteous, engaging and professional. Food is exceptionally good, fresh, tasty and served with the freshest of local ingredients. First time sushi sample scoffer too, excellent quality and the guy thatvpresented it was very knowledgeable. Tried to convince them I'd travelled from Birmingham just for their sandwiches but they didn't believe me!! Spot on and best of luck with the venture.

Delicious crab roll! Fresh crab meat served with a handful of great crisps. Perhaps on the pricy side but still reasonable given the quality and expected for this area these days.. Recommended!

Amazing time and time again, I didn't even like crab until I had these sandwiches! homemade lemon mayo is unreal. Abi & Tim are so lovely and have it so right!

Food highlight of our trip to Devon & Cornwall so far! We had a late lunch at Got Crabs after visiting nearby Treyarnon Bay. We started off with two Cornish lobster rolls (£17 each tried one with each of the mayos available - orange & basil and lemon), those were so good we ordered their popular White Cornish Crab Roll (£13 each) after. Couldn't get enough so we ordered another lobster and crab roll to go. Really tasty, fresh and generous with the fillings in comparison to other places we've been to that charge twice as much. Needless to say we loved it and highly recommend this place to grab a bite to eat. There isn't much seating but we didn't care as the food was great we just ate at the picnic tables of the fish and chips shop next door as it was closed. We had high expectations based on other reviews but we weren't disappointed and glad we made the effort to come. Abi and Tim were also super friendly with their service, really down to earth and just nice people. Nice to also see a fellow Aussie making foodie waves in this part of the world. Only wish they were easier for us to get to from London, we'd definitely go there more often 😅 well worth the trip from London though! Highly recommended if you enjoy your seafood.

We really fancied a Cornish crab & lobster lunch so we planned our bike ride specially around a lunch stop here. It fully met our expectations, one of us had the white crab sandwich and the other had the lobster roll - both freshly prepared and both delicious. If you want a coffee afterwards there's a really good coffee shack across the road (as well as a public loo!) Deducted 1 star because of the traffic noise where you have to sit beside the busy road.

Just to say I bought really delicious fresh picked crabmeat here yesterday. A generous portion of brown and white, inside a crabshell. V glad this pop-up has set up in St Merry. It was better value, and tasted fresher than the pot I bought at Stein's deli in Padstow a few days earlier.

Had the lobster roll at the Newquay Street food festival and loved it. I could eat them for lunch every day.

Stopped in on a Sunday morning for a coffee and pastry so can’t comment on the crab but the van had a constant stream of visitors so must be good. Coffee was the best I’ve had in the U.K., cinnamon bun was delicious and I’ll be back later in the week to visit the wine shop.

I highly recommend eating at Got Crabs. The food is fresh and very tasty. The Lobster roll with the orange and basil mayo was a particular highlight. The white crab is also excellent. The owners are friendly and passionate about their product which comes across in the food and the overall experience. If you are in the area make sure you pay these guys a visit, it is more than worth it.

Lovely friendly staff. Excellent value for money. Had to try the white crab sandwich and the half lobster roll with orange and basil dressing. Couldn’t choose!! Will have to return soon.

This food was amazing!! I’m not even a seafood or fish lover, I never order seafood but I had the white crab sandwich on sourdough bread and it was actually delicious! I couldn’t stop eating it! The crisps that come with it are also delicious and they sell cocktails now, I would highly recommend the margarita! The service and presentation is faultless, everything is wonderful and I couldn’t recommend this more if you’re in Newquay or nearby!

Friendly young couple, with a great product. I had the white crab sandwich on sourdough and half a lobster roll. Both were amazing, but I especially loved the lobster roll. They do their own Mayo's, with the orange and basil the one that accompanied my sandwich. I have had crab sandwiches in St Mawes, but this is in another league altogether. Well worth the visit...enjoy!

Stopped off on the way to Padstow for a bite and were not disappointed. The crab and lobster were obviously caught that morning, so fresh! Tim and Abi were exceptional hosts. Will definitely be returning.

Best crab sandwich in Cornwall! Fresh, delicious, and one of a kind! Homemade slaw and sauces are brilliant touches adding to an already amazing experience. The crab is straight out of the ocean and caught sustainably and locally. Absolutely a must when in Cornwall. Will be back to try the brown crab and lobster.

Amazing seafood and great value. We had two dressed crabs, for dinner that evening. There was enough for lunch the next day too. Great to see someone so passionate about the quality of their product, the crab was super fresh and the best I've ever had. Don't miss the chance to pick some up next time you're passing. You won't regret it.

My culinary intuition led me to Got Crabs on my motorcycle trip. Super delicious fresh bread with fresh crab meat. If you haven't visited Got Crabs at the crossroads in St. Merryn, then you are really missing out! Delightful lobster, in a soft yet for for purpose brioche roll! We had with both basil& orange dressing and lemon dressing. Delicious! Go and find them, you will not be disappointed #gotcrabscornwall
