Ok for a stop off didn’t order food as staff was overwhelmed with the amount of customers did manage to get a warm hot drink. Sadly the toilets were horrid and had all been closed for cleaning once the young lady opened them again they were still dirty and lacking toilet roll so made our way over the road to the public loos. Great views comfortable seating and that’s where it ends sadly.

We simply love this little cafe, situated on the busy car park at Pen y Pass. The staff are lovely and always remember us every time we visit. It's quiet its warm and they do perfect cheese and onion pasties. Their food is better than the hostels food opposite.

Supposedly open Looked closed, chair on tables. Sunny day, lots of tired and hungry walkers. No food to be seen. Menu basic. Now that many people walking up Yr Wyddfa come to Pen y Pass by bus, and need to wait for the next one, there is so much potential here. I’m sorry that visitors have such a poor welcome. Croeso i Cymru?

Lovely cakes and helpful staff. Tables near the window are the best so you can look up towards Snowdon or down the valley. Great selection of food and drink. If you’re not sure just ask as the staff are lovely.

Went with an international coach group and everything was bad and i dont understand seeing as its a primely located cafe. Toilets were disgusting and inadequate, and they closed them early resulting in a massive queue outside the one disabled toilet. Food was bad, the chips were soggy, undercooked and oily - how do you mess up chips? Coffee was pretty bad, tasted like cheap instant coffee, and they could only make regular coffee cause the milk frother wasnt working. Even the tea wasnt great - clearly using the cheapest tea bags possible. Even the staff were rude and seemed like they didnt want to be there. My girlfriend who isnt a native english speaker took a moment to understand what the lady said and she scoffed and walked off. So bad food, bad facilities and rude staff. Such a shame as it could be a really lovely little place in a great location if these things were improved.

Certainly the place to warm up with a lovely brew and snack! The staff are truly honest and lovely people! A friend’s coat was left here with a phone in the pocket , spoke to staff the following day once realising it wasntnin the car and they had recovered the coat and dried it and also locked the phone in there safe! It was safely returned the following weekend! Safe to say this would not of happened in Manchester! Definitely recommend a visit for a nice warm brew before or after your climb!

We stopped by here to wait out the rain for a while before we started our climb up snowdon. Had a great brew! Lots of other climbers to chat with. Very clean, and staff were really friendly. Do basic snacks and cakes also.

On returning from Snowdon the temptation for a hot drink and food was too great to resist. Rather than the breakfast I opted for the chilli and rice. Despite 4 unhelpful staff and the place nearly empty, it still took over 20 minutes to bring the food. Ordinarily this would be fine but the fact I sat watching them re-heat both the chilli and rice in the microwave was poor. Despite the expensive coffee machine, the one I got tasted like an instant. Location is great but in future I will cross the road.

Happened to take refuge from the squalid rain yesterday whilst waiting for my son on three peaks challenge at this establishment. Staff and service first class. Great start for assent of Snowdon. £10 all day parking at foot of Pyg and Miners paths to top. Doug

Stopped here for some fuel while cycling but the establishment has amateurs as staff. When I asked the young lady what soup(s) they had she had to ask a young gentleman - who promptly replied “dim” meaning no soups at all! for the avoidance of doubt I am a Welsh speaker and local. The fridge was pitifully supplied with some chocolate stuff and there was one ham sandwich and one ham & pickle sandwich. Good little library though - best thing I can say about the place - oh and the view is pretty good too

Visited this pub while on a solo break away with my dog a couple of weeks ago and it was a fantastic atmosphere, great service, lovely food and I have to give the highest praise to the lady (who I think was a manager or supervisor) (gutted I didn’t catch her name) but she was so friendly and welcoming, she made a fuss of my dog even giving her some doggie treats which went down (a treat) 😆would definitely recommend this place and will be sure to visit again next time I’m passing!!

Had a coupla beers here, they dragged the large bean bags out for us. There was just the 2, I felt very privileged 🫅 Everyone was walking past greedily eyeing them up, before they took to their hard chair 🤭 I was so disappointed when it began to rain & we had to give them up. This place is one of my fave’s. I’d only popped back to get some of their lovely food but we couldn’t sit on the benches with the rain. We returned a few weeks later but they’d closed until spring. I can wait.

We stayed here for our honeymoon and found the hotel really easy to navigate and parking was superb. The hotel was clean and tidy and room facilities were excellent. It was a lovely, old fashioned hotel which we were charmed by. We ate breakfast, but found the dinner prices a little out of our range and taste. Would recommend to anyone staying in Beddgelert, especially with the parking.
