Gordon Ramsay Street Burger - St Paul's in City of London, Westminster

Loved the food, and the ambience. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to accommodate us.

The coleslaw and sweet potato chips were out of the world, very friendly staff. Highly recommend!

One of my last few lunches in London, and thought I would visit Gordon Ramsay's burger chain to give it a try. Made a reservation for 1 at 11.30am when they opened, and came to an empty shop within the quiet mall. Ordered the chicken breast with avocado, as I don't take beef, and it was served within 10 minutes. Fries were great, while it did look like there's a lot of spice and would be a little too salty, i find it manageable though i did take a few gulps along the way. The burger however, was nothing to shout about. While a chicken breast is understandably hard to impress, I did expect it to at least be unique, but it was very much like something i could prepare at home with a good quality chicken breast.. That said, there was nothing to complain about as it wasn't bad at all. Overall a decent meal, but not one i would return for, at least for the chicken breast burger.

The best fries I had in London, excellent food, tasty burgers and BBQ ribs are great. The service is very good as well. Well done

After a frustrating attempt on the Farrington branch and a disappointed service and food from Convent garden the St Paul's restaurant finally delivered. The burgers were delicious, the fries crispy and fresh and the service incredible. Thank you

My friend & I had a most enjoyable experience @ Gordon Ramsay Street Burger St Paul’s on Saturday October 19th with tasty food & exceptional service provided by our delightful waitress Sana who was attentive & friendly, she is most definitely a credit to your business.

We found ourselves in a shopping center and noticed this restaurant that we already knew, it met all expectations, super-prepared and very kind staff, dishes that leave you speechless, we tried the next level, best sandwich eaten so far in our life , Well done

Overpriced, mediocre food with poor lighting and a dead atmosphere. There's a reason why it's empty. Disappointed that Gordan Ramsey has attached his name to this.

Purna was an amazing host, they recommended the best vegetarian burger that I’ve ever had (paneer) and gave us a great overall experience!

I really liked the place and especially the waiters because they made an effort to understand us despite not knowing English. A waiter spoke to us with a translator. Very good people!

I was there yesterday for dinner, we were immediately greeted by the wonderful waitress Punra, it was very good to talk to her. she recommended us the best food and she was not mistaken. The food was delicious and I would definitely come there for the second time, I recommend with all my heart.

Food tasted excellent. I had the paneer burger with fries and a cocktail. Everything else was not great. Ice cream machine was broken so no shakes were available; water glass was dirty and several other table items had smudges; the toilet door couldn't be opened all the way so I had to squeeze myself through, sauce items were extra. First time at Ramsey restaurant and I was very interested to see what a quality restaurant would be like. Disappointed. Would not be visiting back or any other restaurants. Food was great but just isn't worth it for the price.

I came in for lunch today, and was surprised to see it so busy. I was recommended the Frenchie burger. I recommend this one. Alex and Peter serviced me, they were very nice and knowledgable.

Genuinely feel like I’ve just been robbed. Headline price of £18.50 for burger and fries becomes £64 for two people due to swapping fries for sweet fries etc. Read menu carefully, will never go back.

We stopped here in the middle of our sightseeing trip for a quick bite to eat and ended up staying longer because the atmosphere was so inviting and the food was so good our server Sana was excellent and very patient with all of my questions and made awesome recommendations I will most definitely be eating here again!!!!

The place is nice and well located and the staff is pleasant, but the burger was overcooked and very dry. I tried the Frenchie and there was only a hint of the roquefort cheese. The chips were good and so was the sticky toffee pudding. But I would expect a proper cooked burger coming from a restaurant that belongs to such a famous chef!

Can barely see my food with the dim lighting. A fly was floating on my drink. Seats were dirty! My pants were stained by what seems like bbq sauce and the seats were rough because of crumbs all over The waitress changed my drink when i said there's a fly on my drink but they're not too attentive as they seated us in the corner so they dont really see us much

At some point about five years ago someone worked out that you could sell people burgers for the fat part of £20. Given they cost pennies to produce this was an economic masterstroke. It is a painful and idiotic trend and this is just another one of the joints that will hoover up your cash for a big bag of nowt. In no way culinary superior to McDonalds. Service was weird. They do have a pacman machine.

Delicious burgers! Smashed chili grill and the frenchy burger. Along with Hotter then hell fries. Alex and his team served us extremely friendly. The burgers we're extremely tastefully! I would definitely recommend this place and when im visiting Londen, no doubt we will eat here again! Thank you Alex!

Been there yesterday and we were delighted by the exceptional service delivered by Alex. Super nice lad, helpful and gave us the tips to enjoy the food fully. Burgers were awesome but the mac&cheese was average. Will come again soon.

As someone who is a business owner and previously ran a bar and restaurant, I can attest that this is one of the best experiences I have had with service in a long time. Food was really good (next level burger has been the best burger I’ve had this far), drinks are very well priced, you get more than a fair amount for the price you pay and isn’t overpriced like a lot of restaurants in London. Food was warm, served immediately. Fries are still warm after eating the burger, really nicely seasoned as well. Staff was really nice and welcoming. Came by often to check on us. Love the vibe in the restaurant, would definitely recommend 😊

Didn't dine in, but the staff were so nice. We were eating at F1 arcade when they informed us they didn't have any takeaway boxes, I had to run around trying to find some and the kind soul at this place gave me plenty. Top-notch service, thank you! 💋

The food was really good , especially the Hell’s Kitchen Burger, the wings and onion rings. Probably the best burger place I have been to in London so far. Great variety of food and drinks choices on the menu with unconventional choice for burgers too. The service was one of the best in London, friendly and welcoming staff. Had a great time. Alex was really friendly, had a good laugh. I would really recommend trying the sticky pudding and lemonade too.

The restaurant is located in a shopping center, so the ambience is not that nice. We were there in the evening and were initially the only ones in the restaurant. The burgers are good, but nothing special and quite expensive. The fries were delicious, but the onion rings were unfortunately very greasy. Unfortunately a bit too expensive in terms of price-performance ratio.

Came here a couple days ago and the food and service was great, nice chefs and met a lovely waitress called monaie Monaie, service was friendly and warming. Atmosphere was great✨ will come again

Ate here around the time it first opened, ordering the likes of #BAE, J.F.C. (Jocky's fried chicken no longer on the menu), Hell's Kitchen and sticky toffee pudding milkshake. Always looked after by the staff and can't think of any other burger place that would beat Street Burger.

We ordered the Avo chicken burger and a double beef burger. The chicken in the avo chicken burger was slightly Dry and their homemade lemonade doesn’t taste homemade. Overall it was a good experience

This is the best burger I have ever tried- juicy, but not too juicy, everithing is just in place. The service was absolutey amazing, everyone was kind, and everything is veary clean, and tidy. Interior design is very cool, and Pac-man machine is a great ide, had some fun :) I will come again for sure!
