Perfect service, particularly by Richal

We went to covent garden street burger nice graffiti, good staff and our waiter was chirag he was kind and attentive toward us.

Street Burger serves amazing burgers, and Chirag made us feel right at home.

I’m so disappointed. Food is very average and expensive. You can have much better burgers and sides around there. I was checking previous reviews, that’s why I’ve popped to this site. Service was very poor, they don’t care about the guests and all the staff look exhausted. Restaurant is so dark and not pleasant at all. I don’t recommend.

Dropped in for a late lunch after a walk, we were served by Yaswanth who was very attentive and efficient, order was taken quickly and the food was ready within 10 minutes, great little spot for lunch

London prices are ridiculous so imagine my surprise at gordon ramsey when its a burger and fries for £18. Brilliant value and loads of choice. Burger was fantastic i have an idiot burger. Beef short rib and cheese. Chips excellent too but the wings stole the show. GFC sauce and 20 to share amongst us. So good, hot, crispy and tasty. Had a sundae desert and a milkshakes. Perfect for the money spent.

Nice staff, mediocre burgers. I was hoping that I'd be more impressed by this Gordon Ramsay than the other ones I've tried to date. The staff were very nice and attentive but the food was lackluster. The beef was just not seasoned. With all the specialty burger places out there, this seems like a rookie mistake. Bummer.

I went to the restaurant today, good ambience with nice lighting. The customer service was fantastic served by Anshad. He gives lots of good combination of different foods. It was fabulous. I would love to recommend this restaurant to my friends and family.

Richal was an incredible server. Very accurate with what we ordered. She took time to look after my girlfriend's order as she requires specific dietary needs. She brought the food promptly and each order was correct. At the end she gave us back our specific bills rather than putting it all in one, something you never seen in London. She even took a photo for us. Thanks, Richal!

I was told gorden ramsay is overrated but no way, i was so so satisfied with the service and the flavor. Fresh, filling and delish! Loved the burgers and sides both. Yash and Katerina were super sweet. Def worth my money and time.

Amazing food one of the best burgers in London

Went here everything was good service food then I get the bill and they have put £20 pound service charge on the bill, this is completely unacceptable. If i feel that you deserve a tip I will give you one at my discretion not for you to decide if you deserve one and how much, 20 quid give me a break.

we visited the restaurant in the afternoon great ambiance, & good service. Anshat was serving us with postive attitude and friendly nature. The food was delicious, on time service. I highly recommend.

I added the current menu and the burgers we ordered. It was a truly delicious combination. No surprise. Even though it was a little expensive, it was worth a try. We made a reservation, but it was available. It's a good idea to make a reservation just in case.

We were there before a theatre show at the adelphi theatre was quick and delicious and Yaswanth Gutta was really kind and helpful.

Elizabeth make me feel comfortable at all moments, she recommend me the most tasty food I ever try, like the mash, and ogr burger, everything was delicious she was so polite and helpful, I wish every restaurant has that good customer service that she provides.

I went with my sister and everything was excellent from the food, the atmosphere but especially the service. Elizabeth was charming and very attentive to us at all times. She recommended the vegetarian burger and the chilli cheese mash, which were very good, a must if you come to London.

Chirag was our server today and he was absolutely incredible. Fantastic service, absolutely wonderful food & the place felt so welcoming and so homely. The onion rings are absolutely to DIE for, highly highly recommend. A little pricy but absolutely worth the money!

To be honest we were so confused to choose burgers and cocktails. Then we get to meet yaswanth such a polite guy, he suggested a burger called GFC burger. Wow!!! Great service by the team and the food was amazing aswell. My son liked the oreo milkshake very much. Really recommended. Spicy lamb kebab burger and GFC dirty fries were the best among all.

I don’t know what’s going on in this restaurant, I used to love dining here but when I went last time the atmosphere was just awful, the food is still good but the waiting staff is completely different and the service is so bad, our waiter Marek has been very bossy and rude. at the end of our meal he pushed us to leave a 5⭐️ review, he even offered to remove the service charge for it. I still love their burgers but in the future I’ll probably choose another branch.
