I had dinner with my family here, and we all ate hells kitchen burger. All the food was really salty. The spicy chips with chicken tender were too dry. It was not worth paying that much.

The Coke that was served at first was completely flat, like a glass of sugar water, but later I asked them to change it to another one, which was a little better... Fried onion rings are like eating a mouthful of oil, and every food is extremely salty... We ordered hell’s kitchen burger and it was really hell….Has Gordon Ramsay ever eaten in his own restaurant? Just three burgers and one fried onion ring cost 88 pounds? ! ? Even the Michelin pasta I eat is not that expensive... ! Lightning protection!

Very nice and clean place and the food was lovely! My server was Richal and Ansh was my servers and they were so kind to us! The music is a little bit loud, but that might also be because we were seater right under the speakers. Would definitely come back!

Absolutely AMAZING!! Food was insane - best burger I’ve ever eaten. Onion rings are to die for. Staff were amazing from start to finish. It was my boyfriend’s birthday and they sang happy birthday to him! 10/10 would recommend!

As far as quality, it was just one step above McDonald's. I was anticipating a gourmet burger. It was not. It was definitely just a fast food burger with some fancy sauces. In terms of food, it was a big disappointment. And for two people, it cost more than 100 pounds. So it will certainly costly. Definitely not worth the money.

Amazing place! We love Gordon Ramsey so we decided to try it out while in London. SO GLAD we did. The food was AWESOME. Burger was so yummy. Got the Mac and cheese too and it was bomb!!! The vibes in the restaurant were great as well. Our server name was Marek and he was so sweet, attentive and professional. The service he provided alone would have made us come back. Had an awesome time here. Definitely recommend!

I arrived during a week day, a little after 9:00 pm and got seated immediately. I wanted to try their burgers as I’ve have eaten at another Gordon Ramsey restaurants and the food was amazing. I was a bit weary with the mixed reviews, but I am happy to report that my food was DELICIOUS! I had the O.G.R burger with bacon, a side of G.F.C sauce and fries. The burger was hot, freshly, juicy and flavorful. The fries were hot and perfectly salted. The service was great as well - Yaswanth and Marek were very personable and took great care of me. I would definitely eat here again.

ABSOLUTELY BEASTED. I got the ‘Next Level’ burger with the Koffmann’s fries. The burger was juicy and the perfect size! The FRIES WERE SEASONED PERFECTLY and just divine. Our waitress Cornelia was amazing and so sweet! Definitely coming back, so worth the price! We also got ice cream that was so creamy~~

Been wanting to try out this place for along time was defently worth the wait, the idiot burger was defently a new one to me though was defently top notch if your wanting something new this is the place to go.

Gordom Ramsay has a name and standarts to meet which this restaurant does. To start the food has the quality and taste that a Gordom Ramsey should. We were served by Elizabeth which was always positive, helpful and always attentive to fill our needs. In overall would recomend this place and definetely coming back because of the treat of waitress Elizabeth.

Awful - felt completely ripped off. I saw Gordon Ramsay's and thought I'd at least get a decent lunch. Place was dead even though it was midday. The decor and setting were completely lackluster. Service was bad - even though the place was dead the waiting staff seemed distracted and uninterested. The food was just awful. We ordered 2 burgers and the ribs. The ribs were just mediocre. The burgers were plain bad: cold, gristly, boring buns, cheap tasting cheese - way worse than you'd get in a mcdonald's. The fries were also just "meh": not bad per se, but nothing special at all. The real kick in the teeth was the bill - it's about £20 a plate, plus the tip is automatically listed. Even if this was just a bad day, the fundamentals are just awful and I simply don't understand how anyone could review it positively.

We were excited to try this place after hearing good things. To our surprise, the restaurant was dead considering we turned up at lunch time! But no real surprises why it was dead because the food was really disappointing! If anything, I think Gordon should host an episode of Kitchen Nightmares in this restaurant. The burgers were overcooked and the meat was tough which overall ruined the flavour. Positives were that the waiter was friendly and the aperol was lovely. 2 burgers, 1 mac & cheese, 1 aperol and a pint came to £71 which is extortionate prices even for central London. On further inspection this is down to their 15% "optional" service charge which is automatically added to the bill. Honestly? London has other burger places which are far superior and cheaper. Honest Burger is literally around the corner and is way better value and if you walk another 15-20 you could have Burger & Beyond which is the best burger in London. Alternatively, a McDonalds Double Cheeseburger would also be a superior option.

I’m so disappointed. Food is very average and expensive. You can have much better burgers and sides around there. I was checking previous reviews, that’s why I’ve popped to this site. Service was very poor, they don’t care about the guests and all the staff look exhausted. Restaurant is so dark and not pleasant at all. I don’t recommend.

London prices are ridiculous so imagine my surprise at gordon ramsey when its a burger and fries for £18. Brilliant value and loads of choice. Burger was fantastic i have an idiot burger. Beef short rib and cheese. Chips excellent too but the wings stole the show. GFC sauce and 20 to share amongst us. So good, hot, crispy and tasty. Had a sundae desert and a milkshakes. Perfect for the money spent.
