Really friendly staff! It made our visit to be welcomed by a smiling face and friendly chat. Within one round Koina & Sue knew all our drinks order and didn’t even have to say ‘same again’! We would definitely recommend especially if staying in express by Holiday inn Earls Court which was a stones throw away.

Came in with my friend for an evening dinner before heading off to holidays. Lovely atmosphere, food was great. Was served by Nadia, whom is amazing. Quickly served, got everything we needed.

It is after football games so pub is understandably busy but staff need to be trained on how to pour a real ale and how much beer should be served in a pint glass. Leaving over an inch of froth is not good enough! When asked for a top up, staff reply "i am too busy and that's the best i can do?" This is between 10-20% below a pint measure and therefore illegal. Yet i am still charged for a full pint? Also they often say "i am tired, i have been here all day!" I understand it being busy i understand if the real ale is lively - i always say i am happy to wait for it to settle and for it to be topped up. However i do not understand the staff attitude? They can do better if they were trained properly and if they are tired, then they should go home. I have also been working all day in Stamford Bridge before i go in there, but i do not treat my customers in that way! This happens time and time again. Thanks...

Booked a table for four for 16:30 hours, that was about the only successful thing they did, had to wait over one hour for the food and when it did turn up it was either warm or cold, did complain about this but they really wasn’t interested.

This is our second visit to The Goose. Our daughter lives in Fulham, and when she is away we make the most of being able to stay in her flat. We really look forward to a pint of real ale (at the correct temperature), great unpretentious food and a real atmosphere. The Goose scores top in each category. Our visit this time was on Saturday evening, and a DJ was setting up close to our table. We were initially concerned that we would be blasted out, but no; not only was the volume acceptable but the music was great too. No trip to Fulham would be complete without a visit here, and we look forward to many more in the future.

Fancy, tasty, typical english! Great service! Spent some nice time over here! English breakfast (large) - 10/10 Hope to visit again!

Lovely pub just a short walk from our hotel. Food and service was good. Apart from being served our wine in a half pint glass because no wine glasses were clean it was a pleasant experience and value for money was good considering it was London. Took my 83 year old mum in there.

Food was great for a reasonable price. Nice atmosphere even for a pair of very confused foreigners like we were. I had a bit of a friendly banter about my boyfriend with one of the staff members and the person joked that the guy I am with looks like he is going to propose to me soon. And we got engaged like 2 days later after this convo which makes the whole thing absolutely hilarious and unforgettable. Thanks for good food, wonderful service and good laugh I will cherish for a life time :-) I unfortunately do not know the name of that "engagement magician", but if you read this review, please tell the short bald guy with glasses that I thank him for being hilarious and awesome. :-)

This was easily the worst pub meal i’ve had.The chicken was like cardboard and the mash was tastelessness and cold. It tasted like it had been cooked days ago. I gave it one star because I couldn’t rate without at least one. The beer was good and staff were pleasant but the food was rubbish.

The Goose is now our favorite off-the-tourist-path local neighborhood pub to visit in London. The portions are ample, the food is delicious, the atmosphere is warm and authentic, and the waitstaff is courteous and kind. We especially enjoy the variety of seating that is offered, including a fireplace sofa area and a library sofa area. The Full English Breakfast and the Fish and Chips are top recommendations.

This restaurant was right around the corner from our Airbnb. The first night we got there, we weren't aware that the kitchen closed at 7pm. The next time, a weekend night, it stayed open until 9:30pm. I wasn't really hungry so I ordered the Chicken Yakatori Skewers and house salad. Both were very, very good. The chicken was flavorful and cooked tender, not dry. The house salad was just the right amount and included some nice crunchy veggies. There is only one salad dressing and it is already tossed but it was light in flavor. This is a true local pub and because it was a weekend night, quite noisy. We sat on the patio in the back, nice and quiet. If time would have allowed, I would have gone back.

What an amazing host and venue!! Great vibes and culture. A very fun, warm and welcoming environment and lively atmosphere (especially in the beer garden). A special shout out to Sarah for being an AMAZING host for the evening!! She had everybody up and enjoying themselves and turned strangers into friends.

Came upon this place after having walk past it a couple of times, and seeing from the outside, the atmosphere. So I decided to have breakfast here and I loved the food as well as the customer service. Nadia, the lady in charge of the place is always nice and welcoming.

Every time I visit London I come back to this fabulous little place, great food, great staff and Nadia the Bar lady makes you feel welcome and part of the family, always remembers our face and has a little chat. It’s definitely worth a visit!

Me and my friends were very lucky to spot this great pub while walking down the streets of Fulham. Although we visited London just for a couple of days, we tried to eat and drink at many places - The Goose was the only one that we came back thanks to its great choice of quality beer. There’s great variety of different types of beer. Me, myself & I are strongly convinced that Guinness is the best but you should also try Camden Town Brewery and Marlow Rebellion (or something like that, I can’t remember the exact name). As soon as you get your beer you can sit down and enjoy pub’s atmosphere and cosy design. I know the vast majority of places in London are kinda “touristic” but you don’t really feel it there, which is very nice. I liked it. Anyway, it’s not only the beer which makes The Goose worth of stopping by. You can also eat there a traditional English breakfast (fairly delicious what surprised me more than the Spanish Inquisition because I use to eat “sweet” breakfasts) and what’s more it’s quite an affordable option. So I would probably call it a “must-have” whether you like this type of food or not. Last but certainly not least - the staff are extremely friendly people. To sum up, I really recommend you visiting this pub! PS Please forgive me possible mistakes, English is not my mother tongue and I’m still learning it.

Myself and a couple of friends visited the goose as recommend by our hotel (ibis) to be greeted by a lovely couple of ladies. We had a pub deal of a slice of pie and a drink for £5.99, the food was excellent and definitely worth every penny. Compliments to the chef! We stayed on a couple of drinks and nardia and sue made us feel so welcome, we actually had a good giggle. There are not a lot of places like this left in London, traditional pub/bar we will definitely be back when we are down again and we highly recommend to others. We look forward to seeing the ladies again.

Came upon this place first night in London (staying at Ibis). Simple, fair priced meal and a pint was good. After that downhill all the way. Second day went for breakfast...no coffee available as yet. Next day again for breakfast....no hot beverages available as yet. This information supplied by a very surly barperson despite the sign on the wall declaring "Coffee and Tea all day". Breakfast (no hot beverage) arrived less the sausage promised with the egg, bacon and sausage muffin. Later that evening approaching the bar with dinner menu to order,I was dismissed by another surly barperson "you'll have to wait one hour and twenty minutes".Apart from all of this,one gets the impression of either poor or no management. The tables are not wiped and left with the remains of the last occupants glass rings etc. The staff look grubby and all in all The Goose appears to have lost its feathers.

Staying close to this pub I happened to walk by with my daughter who is at that age just wants food and to be on her phone. The place was clean and tidy first bonus of the place. Ordered with a extremely friendly guy I think he said his name was Mark. ( I hope so) we got the sharing plank as I thought a bit of everything would be better so we could pick cheesy chips, chicken wings and goujons that type of thing. (The place was pretty busy as sports was on not my thing but wasn't rowdy) anyway told could be a bit of a wait but to my surprise came out on a huge platter couldnt believe my eyes. The lad explained the hot was hot as I dont always believe when I read it oh boy it was as well. Phew!!!He brought water over and was chatting away asking why we were down this way. Just a girls weekend end with the daughter. He was telling us of places to visit. Definitely passionate about his job which is great to see.Overall fantastic pub not over expensive staff member was great nothing too much trouble. cant wait to return with family for daughters 16th for wicked will definitely be back here.

Service was impeccable. A very big shout out to Marc for that by the way. The value is incredible and everything was tasty. In an area that is a bit pricy that is a true gem. The service though is what will keep us coming back on future adventures.

I cannot recommend this pub enough! The staff are lovely and the food was great! Despite being a large group of nearly 30 with all kinds of dietary requirements on the food, the team was able to accommodate us all, and the table set up for our Christmas dinner was absolutely beautiful (crackers and the lot). Thank you ever so much to the team for making it an amazing night which everyone thoroughly enjoyed.

A cold winters morning in SW6, Fulham London! I stumble across a public house. The pub is situated on North End Road market, which on first inspections looks your typical London traditional place to pick up your everyday essentials and needs, but you soon discover something that more resembles feeding time at the zoo in a foreign land than a Cockney market, but I digress. After trying to work out if I was indeed in West London or I would need a passport, immunisation jabs and Visa to pass any further than Lillie Road, I decided due to the rain and hunger issues I’d try the very conveniently located pub The Goose for a much needed bite to eat and sit down with a hot cup of tea/coffee to warm myself up.

Had the complete misfortune to stumble across this place and will not be venturing anywhere near it in future. On arrival the pub looked very hospitable and like somewhere you could lose yourself for a couple of hours in general peace and quiet this wasn’t the case at all which is a massive disappointment.

Went to this pub on the 24th October as I was working not far away for two day’s, big big big mistake, got to the pub at 5.10pm went straight to the bar which wasn’t that busy but the man and young lady seemed more interested in chatting to people than serving me, after about 5mins I managed to get the gentleman’s attention and ordered the pie and chips and a pint but as he was putting this through the till he was still more interested in chatting and laughing with people he knew on the other side of the bar, at 5.20 got my pint and paid, went back to my table and waited for food to appear at 5.40 still nothing and getting very hungry, at 5.50 went up to bar and managed to get his attention and asked if my food was ready, he told the young lady to go and look in the back to see if it was there, she came back and said no, he said it would be with me in a few minutes, went back to table and waited, at 6.20 1hr later still nothing so went back to bar and he looked at me and said oh have still not got your food, I said no and need a refund oh he said let me see if it’s done, I said have waited for an hour and have to go, he then apologised as he realized he had made some sort of mistake, then he said he could not put it back on my card and it had to be cash, okay I said this then took him a further 5mins to get the till to accept whatever he was doing, I then left and went McDonald’s instead as I needed to get back to working.

I always love going to the Goose. Great pricing for good food and good beer. You cant ask for anything better than that!

Not a rugby fan, but came here to watch the England-Australia WC game, whilst waiting for my car to be checked over on nearby Bamber Road.

The menu had so many choices and was tempted with the footling mac n cheese but knew I couldn’t eat it all. Wife had the Cumberland sausages and mash. The food was fabulous and the beer terrific. The food is so cheap it’s no wonder the place is packed on a Tuesday night.

We had a early dinner as we arrived earlier that day from a long haul flight of 22 hours. So a couple of drinks and traditional English pub food was welcomed. My husband had bangers and mash and I had the steak pie, mash n peas. Service was very good and friendly

Best pint of Guinness I've had in years and a great value lunch. My Grandad local for years, it was great to see the pub after such a long time and to be very impressed.

Puben ligger i North end road passe gangavstand fra Stamford Bridge. Her teffer en norske og engelske Chelsea fans før kamp. I North end road er der daglig marked med fisk, frukt og gønt.

Whilst the Manager was clearing glasses from the tables, he tipped half a pint of lager over my lap. He apologised profusely, but those people standing nearby suggested he buy me a drink to compensate. He rather rudely replied "it wasn't her drink" (that he had spilt on me?) En el pasado, había pasado por The Goose, pero nunca me sentí tentado de ingresar, ya que siempre parecía estar abarrotada de los partidarios del Chelsea los sábados a la hora del almuerzo, gracias a su proximidad con el puente Stamford Bridge. No es que tenga nada en contra de los partidarios del Chelsea ... Simplemente no me gusta tener que luchar por el espacio.

O "The Goose" é um típico pub bem amplo, com vários ambientes, vários telões para transmissão de eventos esportivos (corrida de cavalos, jogos de futebol, rugby etc.) e vários marcas e tipos de cervejas.

Vi gick hit en tisdag och testade deras kvällens meny - 6 pund för dryck och en bra burgare med tillbehör. Särskild meny för barnen som var helt ok. Totalt för två vuxna och två barn (mat, två öl och tre drinkar) under 40 pund. Fånigt prisvärt.

Pub nella media. L'ordinazione va fatta al bancone direttamente e si paga prima di aver consumato. Il Panino di buona qualità e soprattutto l'hamburger ha lasciato soddisfatti. Il locale è piccolo all'interno e spesso si deve attendere per potersi sedere a tavolino soprattutto nelle ore di punta. Ottima scelta, invece, per quanto riguarda la selezione delle birre.

Visito El Ganso bastante regularmente con amigos y siempre me pareció genial y muy agradable. Muchas veces nos bajamos para el desayuno la mañana después de un desayuno de recuperación. Más recientemente fuimos aquí después de nuestras vacaciones y fue un muy buen desayuno muy necesario después de un largo vuelo, como siempre el personal es muy amable y en forma

Great pub with great ambiance. The drinks are reasonable and the menu is exactly what you would expect in an English pub. They have daily meal specials and the staff and locals were friendly.

Brought colleagues here for a lunchtime meeting, we all had lunch and a couple of drinks, the food is nothing special but good value, good selection of drinks and very friendly staff.

I visited this pub for some food after travelling from Manchester for some late food. We found that they were serving the people they know first. Once got served they didn’t have a few of the items on the me but did find something I’d like.

Do not come here if you want a drink. Worst bar staff ever. You can wait and wave money around still they serve people they know. Really bad before and after match days.

Couldn't Get or Afford tickets to the Chelsea/Man U game so decided to try a pub near Stamford Bridge for game day atmosphere ! Well , every pub , apart from being "Chelsea Home Supporters Only", were also packed to the gills ! We squeezed into the freezing cold beer garden at the Goose and had 2 pre-game drinks and on going in for the 3rd round, the place was empty !!! Lucky to be 10 people in the bar, more staff then punters? But empty glasses everywhere on every surface, carpet etc ! So we moved inside to the warmth , god comfy and cheered for United (or I did) but alas to no effect ! The crowd built up again from 4:30 onwards so the action, banter was good fun ! The Goose was a good choice, meals are suspended game days but this Man U Boy still had a great time, friendly staff & cold beer (& beer garden !)
